You will love this Caycuos condo! It is a very quiet, upper story, end unit located directly on the beach with some of the best views ever. Recently, it was completely gutted and rebuilt with loads of custom features that include granite counters, custom cabinetry, stainless appliances, a fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, 2 large flat screen TVs, wifi, washer & dryer, and slate deck with outside electric grill. It is light and bright with large oceanfront windows and six skylights. One of the exciting features is a floor-to-ceiling picture window allowing one to enjoy waves breaking on the beach from the comfort of the upstairs bed in the master suite. Even more, the skylights above the bed open to allow enjoyment of the cool sea breeze and gentle sound of the waves. Truly, this this condo must be seen to fully appreciate!
Private, on-site gated parking is included. After parking your car, you might never use it again until your stay has ended. Once you enter this condo and enjoy the deck and amenities, it is hard to leave the condo itself! However, you can easily walk to almost everything you might need or want.
This Cayucos condo is located 1/4 mile from the pier, restaurants, and shops in the town named as the "Best Undiscovered Vacation Spot in the U.S." You will love this town that seems to have been forgotten by time. It is said to be one of the last authentic California seaside towns. It is filled with an ample assortment of unique restaurants that range from casual take out to high-end culinary delights. Indeed, one couple coming out of the famous Cass House restaurant told my wife and me that they rated this eatery, along with two others in Europe, as having the best food anywhere! Cayucos and its restaurants and shops have been written up in Sunset and Coast magazines and in various newspaper travel sections on quite a number of occasions. Without a doubt, there is something for every taste and every budget.

Besides all of the beautiful natural scenery and great eateries, Cayucos offers much more. Stroll the aisles of several antique shops, enjoy three trendy surf shops (which also offer equipment rentals), and be sure to stop in at the gift and jewelry boutiques. If you're feeling more energetic, you might choose bike riding, surfing, tennis (the tennis courts are only two-three blocks away), swimming (there is a public pool next to the tennis courts and park), fishing, or kayaking. It is almost impossible to get bored in Cayucos!
Step out the door of your condo and discover miles of beach. If you feel like an adventure, take the six-mile walk along the seashore to Morro Bay and have lunch in one of the many bayfront restaurants along the embarcadero. If you time it right, you can ride back and have the shuttle drop you right across the street from your vacation get-away.
For those interested in exploring destinations within a 30-minute radius, there are many to choose from including Morro Bay (marina, shops, restaurants, museum of natural history, golf), Montana de Oro State Park (hiking, beaching, horseback riding), the Pismo Dunes, San Luis Obispo (the mission, famous farmers market, Cal Poly, Madonna Inn), the wine country, Hearst Castle, the Elfin Forest, the Monarch Butterfly Grove, the Elephant Seal Viewing Area, etc. etc. etc.!
