About this apartment rental
Views! Views! Views! Relax on your private deck and take it all in... seagulls, pelicans, sandpipers, otters, seals, dolphins, and even whales! Miles of whitewater and endless views of the sea with steps to the sand immediately below the unit!
You will love this Caycuos condo! It is a very quiet, upper story, end unit located directly on the beach with some of the best views ever. Recently, it was completely gutted and rebuilt with loads of custom features that include granite counters, custom cabinetry, stainless appliances, a fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, 2 large flat screen TVs, wifi, washer & dryer, and slate deck with outside electric grill. It is light and bright with large oceanfront windows and six skylights. One of the exciting features is a floor-to-ceiling picture window allowing one to enjoy waves breaking on the beach from the comfort of the upstairs bed in the master suite. Even more, the skylights above the bed open to allow enjoyment of the cool sea breeze and gentle sound of the waves. Truly, this this condo must be seen to fully appreciate!
Private, on-site gated parking is included. After parking your car, you might never use it again until your stay has ended. Once you enter this condo and enjoy the deck and amenities, it is hard to leave the condo itself! However, you can easily walk to almost everything you might need or want.
This Cayucos condo is located 1/4 mile from the pier, restaurants, and shops in the town named as the "Best Undiscovered Vacation Spot in the U.S." You will love this town that seems to have been forgotten by time. It is said to be one of the last authentic California seaside towns. It is filled with an ample assortment of unique restaurants that range from casual take out to high-end culinary delights. Indeed, one couple coming out of the famous Cass House restaurant told my wife and me that they rated this eatery, along with two others in Europe, as having the best food anywhere! Cayucos and its restaurants and shops have been written up in Sunset and Coast magazines and in various newspaper travel sections on quite a number of occasions. Without a doubt, there is something for every taste and every budget.
Several upgrades have been made to this property:
*Brand new Sleep Number adjustable beds
*All new comforters, duvets, and bedding
*Bedside lamps with built-in charging connections for electronic devices
*A new refrigerator with automatic ice dispenser
*A new washer and drier
*New top-grade leather couch and loveseat/sleeper
*Refreshed decor
In addition the exterior of the property has new deck railings, a new roof, a new landscaping plan, and more.
Besides all of the beautiful natural scenery and great eateries, Cayucos offers much more. Stroll the aisles of several antique shops, enjoy three trendy surf shops (which also offer equipment rentals), and be sure to stop in at the gift and jewelry boutiques. If you're feeling more energetic, you might choose bike riding, surfing, tennis (the tennis courts are only two-three blocks away), swimming (there is a public pool next to the tennis courts and park), fishing, or kayaking. It is almost impossible to get bored in Cayucos!
Step out the door of your condo and discover miles of beach. If you feel like an adventure, take the six-mile walk along the seashore to Morro Bay and have lunch in one of the many bayfront restaurants along the embarcadero. If you time it right, you can ride back and have the shuttle drop you right across the street from your vacation get-away.
For those interested in exploring destinations within a 30-minute radius, there are many to choose from including Morro Bay (marina, shops, restaurants, museum of natural history, golf), Montana de Oro State Park (hiking, beaching, horseback riding), the Pismo Dunes, San Luis Obispo (the mission, famous farmers market, Cal Poly, Madonna Inn), the wine country, Hearst Castle, the Elfin Forest, the Monarch Butterfly Grove, the Elephant Seal Viewing Area, etc. etc. etc.!

Absolutely love this gem of a property. Hope to be able to use again. Beautiful place in a cute little town. Had a great time relaxing next to the ocean.

My husband and I have the same birthday and stayed for two nights and had a wonderful stay. Randy is great host and the ocean view and access was amazing. Loved having the bedrooms in seperate parts of the condo to have privacy. Would stay again.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay! Wish we could have stayed longer. Will be sure to come back in the near future.

This is the second consecutive stay and it was as great as the first one which tells you the cleanliness and level of service is consistent. Please reserve this place for you next stay, you will not be disappointed. The beach access is great and the little downtown area is within walking distance for restaurants and the pier. People are truly friendly and it's a nice slower pace meant for family groups not for the party scene. Excellent view of beach and pier from balcony. Pictures are accurate

No wonder Randy has so many return guests. The unit was super clean, well equipped, and the view is exceptional. The beach theme decor was done with flair. Very walkable to the village or to Estero Bluffs park. Hope to return next year.

The condo was perfect for us, 2 couples on long weekend. Super clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The view was spectacular, and the sound of the waves was very soothing. Parking was easy, and we enjoyed walking into town. We ate at the Hidden Kitchen for breakfast and Lunada for dinner one night. Both were very good. We all agreed we would go back for another visit.

The pictures accurately show how amazing the view and location is of this rental. But actually opening the door and standing in the living room and seeing the surf roll in right out the window, the historic pier and the entertainment of the surfers is far more impressive than the pictures. The rental is immaculate, well cared for and a convenient location for walking into town to shop, eat and take in this old beach town. We didn't move our car for 3 days! We did a combination of eating in and eating out. A note to future rentals, there is a very minimally stocked market in town, so it would be advisable to purchase your grocery items before arriving, or make the short trip to Morro Bay. The primary bedroom is sooo uniquely positioned upstairs with a full interior window allowing for views to the waves. While the condo complex is nearly 50 years old, it is obvious that it is well maintained and this unit has been really nicely updated with flooring, painting and thoughtful architectural features.

Great location for a wedding in Cayucos! We attended a wedding at The Cass House. Perfect location! The condo was very clean and quiet and had all of the amenities desired. Loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the morning sun and ocean waves.

The condo is spotless and neat. No time to check out TV as everything around us was close by. Comfortable beds, modern kitchen, excellent patio balcony overlooking beach and pier. There are beach chairs and bogie boards in the condo you can use. Did bonfire on the beach one night and went fishing for anchovies, catching 10. Daughter spotted whales, sea lions. I will definitely come back

We loved this place! Sound of the waves is so relaxing. Loved the view of the ocean and the coastline, all the way down to Morro Rock. Excellent condo. Enjoyed the balcony for dining. Convenient parking.
Easy to walk down to the sandy beach.
Will definitely visit again!

Wonderful condo with a nice kitchen, living room and balcony. We had a great trip and loved walking on the beach and downtown. The sound of the waves, and the view were lovely. The only thing I would change would be putting the king bed downstairs I felt the upstairs bedroom was very claustrophobic and so my husband and I slept in different rooms.

This is the second time we stayed at this property and found the property to be again wonderful. Great view and location right on the beach. Close to town (walking distance) Highly recommend this place.

This place is really special. We were looking for a place on the central coast with an ocean view - a base to explore the vineyards, coastline and glorious Californian countryside. Once we arrived at the condo, we didn’t want to leave. We spent near our entire time in Cayucos. We only managed one trip out to the vineyards inland and the fantastic night market in San Luis Obispo. Randy was a fantastic host - responsive and really helpful. The condo is stunning - worth the trip from London. It has everything you need, even the boogie boards. Cayucos is a lovely seaside town with great places to eat and old California charm. I would highly recommend. We are planning our next trip.

We wanted a special place for moms 80th. This is the place. It was clean and had a fantastic view. It was close to wine tasting and Hearst Castle. Everything was great.

We were in Cayucos for a wedding and this condo suited our needs perfectly. Location was perfect - right on the beach with an incredible view, yet tucked just a couple blocks away from the town. An added bonus was the open skylights allowing us to listen to the ocean waves all night long. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others.

What one sees in the photos is exactly what one gets! Condo on the beach with views of the pier and Morro Rock. Clean and adequately roomy for 4 guests. Owner is available and responsive to all inquiries.
