About this house rental
The main house has three regular bedrooms, all with queen beds and two full bathrooms. The guest house is a full en-suite with a King bed and big bathroom.
The pool house is also an en-suite with a large bedroom and a queen and full bathroom.
All houses and bedrooms have air condition!
Please note that even though we have 5 bedrooms, we have a 8 people maximum occupancy as the house is set up for 8 people in term of dinning area etc. Please respect that!

Casa Molino is just what you need to enjoy your stay in Sonoma Valley. Y
ou'll be minutes away from world renowned wineries, restaurants, hiking trails and more, while tucked on probably the most exquisite and beautiful roads in all of wine country with very little traffic and views of endless rolling hills of vineyards.
Guests at Casa Molino should enjoy a stroll down the road, with a glass of wine in hand, to admire the scenic Wine County Landscape or just sit by the pool and enjoy the views and quietness of it all!
The hot tub is always heated to 103F and it's included. The pool is normally warm from end of May to end of October by it self, but can always be heated at cost. Either order it at booking or you contact us about week before arrival, when you know how the weather is going to be.
We want you to have a great time when you are visiting Casa Molino, but we do not allow any parties or loud music and there can never be more than 4 additional guests on the property during day time and evening and night only the staying guests.

My party arrived to perfect instructions and a superbly clean home for a 4 night adventure. The beds are cozy, the bathrooms are large and clean, the kitchen is equipped with professional grade equipment and the den is very comfortable. The location is perfect and the pool was wonderful.

The house is amazing and the views are spectacular! Wish we had more time for a longer stay.
The house is so unique with the separate buildings for 2 of the bedrooms. It had everything we needed and then some. The pool and hot tub were both very relaxing.
The email with recommendations was awesome. Close proximity to wineries like the hosts said.
Only problem was the Glen Ellen Inn bar was closed so we didn't get to try the otters the hosts recommend. We will have to try it next time.
Planning a return trip with some family in the future.

We absolutely loved this property! Some windy roads to get in but nothing steep or scary :) the layout of the house is excellent - two guest houses (plus main) make it perfect for multiple couples/families. And don’t get me started on the VIEWS!! We would definitely stay here again :)

The property was astonishing as were the surrounding vineyards. We had a wonderful time and our host was extremely welcoming and helpful…responsive to questions and provided recommendations to enhance our wine tasting experience.

We loved our stay at Casa Molino! A beautiful wine country location. This property fit our 3 generation family escape perfectly - a place to hang out, cook, eat, play. There were 6 adults and 2 children. Two of the bedrooms are separate from the house. We were there on a rainy winter weekend so couldn't make use of the many outdoor areas. We brought most of our food supplies with us, but there is also a market close by in Glen Ellen and a bit further in Santa Rosa there is a Safeway. There are many nearby wineries to visit. We would recommend this property and hope to visit again.

We traveled with four adults, two children (aged 4 and 5), and my two older parents. This house was phenomenal. Plenty of room for all of us. My parents enjoyed having their own space. The kids loves the pool. So convenient to have an array of pool tools and a pump for the inflatables. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Best I've had in a rental house. We did have trouble with the oven. Despite the instructions we were only able to get the broil function to work. Note the guest house is not air conditioned. This was not clear to us in the listing and it was so hot it was not tolerable to sleep in. My parents ended up staying in the pool house instead as it had a floor air conditioning unit. But overall, excellent house. Good location that felt remote but was not too far from anything. Wish we would have booked it for longer!

Loved our recent stay, the house is very comfortable and roomy with an updated kitchen and great bathrooms. The main suite is separated from the main house, fantastic for privacy. And the pool house with its own bathroom also a plus. But the view was the most loved of all, unbelievable. It is quite a distance from towns so plan accordantly for gas and goods if needed. The 3 rooms upstairs share a bathroom, the rooms have great size, but barely any closet room, and the furniture in those rooms need a bit of an upgrade, but we’re still very comfy and the views again, were amazing. The pool is fantastic and clean, we didn’t use it because of personal preference as it was on the cold end to do so, but you also have a jacuzzi if you’d like. I would totally rent this house again !!!!

We had an incredible time staying at this amazing property and partaking in the beautiful sights, sounds, and tastes of Sonoma and Napa! A serene location overlooking vineyards where you can experience an exceptional getaway and yet be relatively close to the hustle and bustle of Sonoma Valley!

Our party was five adult friends for a weekend getaway. It was the perfect size for us, though I think it might have been a bit cramped if spouses/significant others had come along. The house is clean and attractive with a good layout and it came with everything we might have needed. The setting and location are fantastic. It feels quite private and remote, but nearly every location along the main corridor of Sonoma County can be reached within 30 mins.
We only had to reach out to the owners once with a very minor question, to which they responded quickly.
As good an experience as I have had - perhaps the best - with a home rental in Sonoma.

I booked this house based on the pictures and location. We were not disappointed! Everything was just as it was pictured. We loved the home and the grounds were lovely. Every part of the home was enjoyed by our group. The well-appointed kitchen and space made it possible for us to enjoy several meals together as a group.

This is a beautiful property in a very quiet location with amazing views.
While the listing is essentially correct, note the following.
There are 3 bedrooms on the upper level with one full bathroom there, as well. There is another at the bottom of the stairs.
The staircase is a spiral one and may not be appropriate for the young and older ones.
The small accessory cottage is not air conditioned, but it was not an issue for us.
Our group of 8 wouldn’t hesitate to return, and this property is well worth your consideration.
The kitchen is very well equipped.

Gorgeous views of rolling wine country hills
Although our family has enjoyed multiple getaways to different properties in the wine country, we agreed that this one had the most beautiful views of them all. The house and grounds offered a wonderful escape outside of Glen Ellen during the fall season. The house and guest suites were very clean and well-appointed, although our family of four didn't take advantage of all the bedrooms on the property. Per as the host was extremely welcoming and responsive. We asked to have the pool heated , and our children enjoyed swimming in spite of the chilly weather. We hope to return for another getaway soon!

2021 visit to wine country
Highly recommend this property. Very clean, attractive, and well-stocked, this house sets on a beautiful property looking out to vineyards and mountains. Wonderful deck for evening drinks and conversation. Very quiet and a bit remote, yet a quick drive into Glen Ellen for supplies and only 30-40 minutes to other towns in wine country. Owners gave very clear and relevant information about the area and about the house. Would definitely consider booking again for our group of 3 couples.

Remote Wine Country Getaway
This house was exactly as pictured. It was the perfect remote wine country getaway for our family. Per worked with us and was always in communication. The house if off the beaten path but it was definitely worth it. Get a car or have a driver its that remote. It was so quiet at night and to see the fog roll down the hill of the mountain over the nearby winery was just beautiful. When we come back to the area we will definitely be requesting to stay here again.

Excellent property and host
Beautiful and spacious property with an amazing pool - close to wineries! Host was kind and attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend this place and hope to stay there again! Great stay for a family or just friends visiting. Note that property does have quite a few steps up to the house just in case you have anyone in your party with mobility issues.

Fantastic @
It was the perfect location to relax. Only Vineyards and tree-covered hills in sight and yet we were 15 minutes away from everything we needed. Quick access to Jack London State Park for hiking. The swimming pool is a dream ! The owner Per was traveling in Europe, but he was available to answer every question and left specific instructions for everything.

Thanksgiving get away - 2020
Escaped with the family for Thanksgiving. Amazing location, beautiful home. So peaceful. Beautiful house with great views. Pool was beautiful and the new hot tub was a great addition. Per was a fantastic host and so accommodating. Cant wait to go back!

Wonderful vineyard escape
Our family was looong overdue for an escape from the last several months in relative lockdown. This property nestled in rolling hills melted our stress away and had our 4 yr old giggling in the pool. We felt miles away from the noise of civilization but in reality has everything very nearby if we felt the need...we did not! Fantastically appointed kitchen with top level oven/range and powerful gas grill on the deck made our large family meals easy and enjoyable. Per was very nicely in touch throughout and made it clear we could reach out at any time. Spectacular views in daylight and stargazing at night will definitely lead us back. Highly, highly recommend!

Paradise
We just loved the home. Per was there to greet us and informed us of all the features of the home. He was available for any questions during our stay. We even received the recipe for a red wine reduction and recommendations for the area. The home was very comfortable and had all the needed condiments in the fabulous kitchen. Great views of the vineyards and a perfect pool for relaxing. We could even star gaze with the clear skies. This is a home we will definitely return to and will rent one of his other properties.

Great gateway house, good for families
Great location! Able to enjoy quality quiet time with families but also within Short driving distance to a dozen restaurants. Property is well managed. We enjoyed fun time at the pool and cooking for the family in an upscale kitchen. Owner is very responsive and easy to communicate. Great hospitality!

Amazing 3 weeks
We had a wonderful time at Casa Molina. The property is wonderful and the house very charming. Very well laid out and organized with space optimally used. The pool was awesome and the kids loved exploring the property.

The property has lots of charm and nice views of vineyards and the hills. Nice riel road for walking or biking. Short drive to Glen Ellen for restaurants or the village market to grab stuff to cook at the well stocked rental home. Would recommend this property if you plan on visiting the Sonoma area.

A hidden gem with spectacular views!
Wonderful stay in this small town and gem of a property. The house was very clean with the most spectacular views of several rolling vineyards. House was spacious and very comfortable for our party of 7. The owner gave excellent recommendations for wonderful places to eat and visit during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!
