The house was PERFECT! Everything was clean and ready. We had everything we needed. It was private but close to the Princeville center. It was relaxing and beautiful!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful bungalow! The backyard and gardens are gorgeous and peaceful. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed having a trail to the beach. The pool is very clean and parking was convenient. We really enjoyed the farmers market and close travel to Hanalei and other beaches. Thank you!!!

Had a great stay at Jeff's place. Clean, well equipped kitchen and beach accessories ( coolers, chairs, recreation equip. including fins, masks and reef shoes! ) all in excellent condition. Quiet complex but there is traffic noise from the street that is unfortunately on bedroom side. I would definitely recommend earplugs if you are sensitive to noise. That was the only negative and would not be a dealbreaker for me to rent this place again. Thanks Jeff

We had stayed here before, and it was even better than we remembered! The location was perfect and it was easy to travel everywhere on the island from here. The place itself was clean, cozy and peaceful. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We will be back for sure!!

Beautiful home and nicely furnished. Very clean. Gorgeous private lanai. Location was good for us. Host was great. As noted in description the house does not have air cond. Since it rained several days the humidity was over the top. And the bedroom was warm at night. We did use both fans which allowed us to sleep ok. Extremely small living room Tv if that matters to you, it did to us in the evenings.

This cottage is in a perfect location for exploring Morth Shore Kauai ( our favorite area’). It’s a comfortable, well equipped accommodation. We enjoyed the large lanai set in the lush garden and the easy walk to the Princeville Center for Farmers Markets , groceries, whatever else we needed. It’s also an easy drive e to our favorite beaches, Kalihiwai and Hanalei Bay! Jeff was extremely quick to respond to any questions too. We’d absustsy here again when we return to Kauai!!

Lovely decorated and comfortable cottage. Full of all kitchen necessities, great WiFi, beautiful lanai and a cozy bed….super clean. Minutes to beautiful beaches and delicious restaurants. The host quickly and respectfully responded to all questions. We will definitely be back.

Had a lovely two weeks in this rental. The owner has all the necessities available which is helpful. Private grill on lanai was used daily, bed was marvelous, pool is easy access from rental, and personally I loved the chickens. If it bothers you plug in a fan for white noise. Easy walk to Princeville or down to beach. Washer/dryer is a must for me and nearest laundromat is not convenient so that alone made it worth the money. Great decorations make it feel like home I can’t say enough about how great this place was.

We absolutely loved our time in beautiful Kauai and your bungalow was a huge part of the reason. The perfectly equipped kitchen, the comfy Tempur-Pedicure mattress with new linens, and beach paraphernalia was appreciated. Obviously the house was super clean. The lanai was a delightful spot to cooldown and refresh after a day at the beach. Thank you for sharing a slice of paradise with us🤗

This was simply perfect. The location was amazing with an intense but worth it hike down to the far side of anini beach minutes away from the door. It was secluded from the rest of the community, giving some real privacy. The home itself was just beautiful. I couldn’t recommend this more and we’ll certainly be back.

Walked down the street/hill to great beach. Went to Kileaua, Hanalei. Great location for these spots. Spectacular sunset from the overlook above Hanalei Very quiet except for Kauai’s ubiquitous roosters! Would definitely stay again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jeff's property. The property was clean and neat and close to the most beautiful beach we have ever experienced, Hanalei Beach. Our Kauai honeymoon was a wonderful experience, and Jeff's property enhanced our stay. If you are from a quiet and rural area as we are, you should know that a high volume of cars pass by between 8 pm and 10 pm, making sleep impossible. Still, the sounds of cars and trucks were a minor inconvenience. The property is truly wonderful and you will love it. We are grateful to Jeff for his hospitality.

Great way to spend a staycation, the bungalow is close to Haena and Limahuli, Hanalei and well stocked with a BBQ grill and beautiful space including a loft! Cool rains greeted us and the white rumped Shama, a song bird just outside the window. Pleasure to reconnect with the Island of Kauai again.

Nice and private. The big soaker tub was awesome. No air conditioning, but so many open windows and fans, that it didn't matter. Short hike from the beach (but it is a hike, not a walk). Thank you!

We had the best time staying here. The property was beautiful and loved the large kitchen to cook in. We had everything we needed. It was nice to be able to do a load of laundry. Loved the bungalow being separate so you didn’t hear anyone above you, below you around you. Except the roosters. Lol. The location was perfect. Thank you SO much for sharing your bungalow with us! We loved it!

Surprisingly spacious and with everything promised. One note to visitors, owner and the cleaning person: The unit is ventilated by two attic-type fans up in the A-frame ceiling that turn on automatically via thermostat. When we arrived, the place was very hot. Do NOT use the regular ceiling fans during the day as they blow hot air back down to the unit instead of up to the unused loft to be ventilated away. Owner: consider switching the fans to reverse mode to pull air up.

Very lovely place to stay. Location is convenient to beaches and Hanalei. The home has a nice, sophisticated island vibe. Love the bird activity around the house, though not necessarily the roosters at 3 am! But I guess that's part of the charm. It's necessary to keep the windows at night to keep the place cool, and the two large provided circulating fans were much appreciated. We were very comfortable there.

We LOVED our stay here. The place is wonderful and the location is beautiful. Although it is in part of a complex, and there are many other communities nearby, it doesn't feel busy. It is a beautiful area that is just minutes from so many things on the North Shore. I would warn anyone who might be naive like us that the place doesn't have AC. I believe that is standard in Princeville as nearly every neighbor has doors and/or windows open 24/7. I didn't deduct a star because we weren't promised AC. It eventually gets cold enough to sleep at night. I just couldn't nap during the day like I'm used to on vacation. If you only need AC at night during summer, or if it is any other season, I would HIGHLY recommend it. Such a cute place with a great vibe!

Our stay was wonderful. Not the biggest cottage but the way it’s made, the kids had their side and we had the master bed room. Kitchen well stocked, enough of everything. It’s close to grocery store and other shops. Location is great, in the middle of all attractions we chose. We underestimated the time it takes to Waimea but drive is always nice. Thanks Jeff and Joanna to share your place.

The bungalow was spacious, clean, well furnished and in a great location. My husband and I loved that we could walk to Anini beach in less than 15 minutes. There is a trail from behind the house that takes you to the beach (you have to navigate a somewhat steep descent down; although even with a bad knee I was able to do it). Watched spectacular sunrise and sunset from the beach (yeah- both)!

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay on the island (spices, oil, cooking things, bbq, beach chairs, snorkel/fins, an umbrella, etc.! My mom and I enjoyed the unit and the location. Was perfect for the two of us!

Perfect distance to Hanalei. The host had beach essentials like towels, beach chairs, even an umbrella and boogie board! The kitchen was stocked too. Best part of all was we slept amazing every night we stayed here. Thanks for the best experience in Kauai!!
