CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

This condo was beautiful and very clean. It had all of the items needed in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. The view from the balcony was beautiful! Loved watching the sunset and all the boats coming and going. The bunk room is located in the master closet which was a little awkward for us with teenagers having to walk through the master bedroom while we were trying to sleep, but would be perfect for little kids who go to bed earlier than their parents. Overall a great stay!!

We think this is the fifth time we have stayed at the lovely condo. It is very spacious, very clean, perfect balcony overlooking the bay, beautiful sunsets and huge master bath. The mattress in the master is very comfortable. The bunk has double mattress on bottom and twin on top. It’s a short walk to Florabamma! Big Earl is a must go see/hear. Also good music! We have this condo reserved for next week for sleepover vacation with the grands. After many years of vacationing at the beach, we have found our perfect stay.

We came for a quick getaway to the beach and truly enjoyed ourselves. The condo was just like the pictures. We did have issues with the TV not signing in, but gave that up for the board games. Overall it was relaxing and fun!

From information . Checkin, stay and check out, graciousness is defined . Ample space, light filled, clean as can be. The most comfortable mattress ever. Please replace the living room remote, it is so worn out it takes forever to input. We used our c”laptop instead, glad we brought it with us. We notice we are right under the ball court, not too noisy, this could have been mentioned. Busy street, but 11 floors up, no big deal.. the location is a lovely beach community where rest is possible.

Very nice property. All amenities were as stated. Laundry was very helpful and kitchen was very nice. Very comfortable bed and great view of the inner bay. They took very good care of us here and were very attentive and answered immediately when we were locked out of our room due to our error. Only drawback was our specific room was directly under the indoor tennis court so we were unable to sleep in when we wanted. Other than that it was great. Would highly recommend.

Nice room. Beautifully furnished and had a great master bathroom. Televisions were nice as well. Bed was extra firm which I liked, my wife found it uncomfortable with slight hump in the middle. The deadbolt at entrance doesn't line up so it doesn't lock. The check in was a bit confusing and original door code didn't work.

What a great condo! Parked on the second floor and had a short walk to the elevator and then from elevator to unit, just around the corner, so another very short walk. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and pool area. Everything was great! Flori Bama was close enough to walk to and it was great! We also enjoyed Tacky Jack's which was a short drive away. So many great places to eat and drink. The view from the balcony was great! We watched boats coming and going all day long. Although it rained, we were able to sit on the balcony and stay dry. We cannot say enough about this wonderful celebration week!

Over all this condo was great. The pictures really didn’t do this unit justice. It was so nice, clean and well kept. Pros: - We have stayed in units with ocean views before and can honestly say this gulf view is so nice we didn’t miss the ocean view. - The unit’s furniture was very nice, functional and decor was kids friendly. - The location was great, beach was steps from the elevator, chair rental was easy and the pool was very nice. - The staff at the condo were all nice, the building itself was very clean and well maintained. - This was a very quiet and family friendly building. - A lot of people in reviews mentioned the noise from the Tennis courts above. However during our stay we didn’t hear anything, it was very peaceful. - The bed in the master was so comfortable. - The kids loved the bunk beds. - The condo is VERY LARGE and spacious. Cons - No real “cons” but some suggestions. - It would be nice to have some very light pantry staples like other VRBO rentals we have stayed at i.e cooking oil, very light seasonings, foil etc. It was very barebones which isn’t a big deal but it would be a nice amenity so you wouldn’t have to buy so much “big items” at the store. - Some Tupperware for guest to use would be nice as well. We wanted to take lunch to the beach one day but had no “beach friendly” containers making that very difficult to accomplish. Overall a great stay. Also the management team that oversees this unit was very helpful, extremely responsive and one of the best we have worked with when reserving VRBO rentals.

This spacious place was romantic but had the capability of being family oriented had we decided to bring our daughter. We were definitely pleased with our decision to getaway for our anniversary!
