Beautifully decorated luxury GULF FRONT end unit Condo at GRAND PANAMA BEACH RESORT is on the 4th floor overlooking the beautiful white sand and emerald waters of the gulf from our large oversized balcony. BEACH RENTAL CHAIRS INCLUDED March 15- Oct 30th! Enjoy the view of the Gulf from our oversized balcony. Our beautiful Condo sleeps 9 to 10 comfortably with views from every bedroom. Free upgraded WiFi included. Enjoy swimming in one of our 2 pools or hot tubs after a workout in our state of the art gym. Then relax with a drink and a bite to eat at our Tiki Bars.
We are within walking distance to M.B. County Pier and Shipwreck Island Water park as well as many great restaurants.
Ring doorbell outside front door is used for guest safety and security.

Step in to this our beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with beautiful views from all of the bedrooms and living room. Step out on the large balcony and watch the waves and sugar sand beach. Or make a beautiful meal in our fully stocked kitchen to enjoy on the balcony.

My family and I stayed at Deans place in the Grand Panama Resort directly on the beach! Awesome 3 bedroom 2 bath accommodations for a large family. Nice pool, centrally located among all attractions Panama City Beach has to offer. I would highly recommend this condo to friends and family!

This was our first trip with our pup and this condo was very dog-friendly good location, and had nice heated pool and hot tub areas. The condo was perfect one of the nicest we stayed in PCB, highly recommend it.

This unit is fantastic. The kitchen was nicely equipped and very clean. We loved the oversized balcony with a wonderful view of the beach. The beds were very comfortable. The owners were very quick to respond to a couple of questions we had. Already planning our return trip for next time.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this very clean, easy accessible, and roomy condo. The views were breathtaking as the balcony offered sunrises and viewing of the pier--along with fireworks on New Year's Eve. The kitchen organized and well kept, which was a major plus. The rooms are big and offered our family a comfortable stay. Our dog enjoyed his stay here too as this condo is very close to the pet walk area. If we vacay in PCB again, I will definitely see if this condo is available.

This was the first time sraying somewhere else for Christmas and it did not disappoint. The dogs seemed comfortable as well as the humans! Lol. Your home was very beautiful and convenient to everything. Thank you so much for sharing it with us.

Patti & Dean, we had an amazing time at your beautifully appointed condo at the Grand Panama Beach Resort! A perfect corner condo on the 4th floor (an easy walk down the stairs) with an awesome view of the gulf and spectacular sunsets, as well as the pier. The location was great for driving or walking to restaurants, shops, and activities. We loved all of the smart TV's when we weren't on the beach or out and about. We also appreciated being able to bring our pup with us and thought the dog walk areas were great. I think we visited them all! Thank you for your quick informative communication! Everything about our week at your condo was a wonderful, lovely experience and we hope to return in the future!! 😎🏖🏝🌞

Great vacation with 16 of us total staying at the Grand Panama. Ours was by far the best room with a fantastic view. The beach supplies provided by the owner was also a nice touch.

I went there with my spouse and two teens. It was exactly what I hoped it would be. The pictures are completely accurate. The view from the balcony is perfect, especially with the unit being a corner spot. I drank my coffee every morning while sitting on the balcony. The king size bed was just fine (if you are like me, I struggle sleeping well if I don’t have my own bed). The main room had a huge closet. The place itself was decorated nicely and contributed to my feeling of being relaxed while on our weeklong vacation. Being on the fourth floor was perfect. For example, anytime we were leaving the unit, we just used the stairs located outside our door and went down. No waiting for the elevator. However, when we did use the elevator to come back up, the wait wasn’t long. The pool was big and fun. We used the convenient tiki bar next to the pool for drinks and lunch. We had the chicken tenders, hotdogs, and hamburgers. If you want the beach, it is a short walk just past the pool. You can rent chairs, but we used the beach chairs located on our balcony that were supplied by the unit owners Dean and Patti. If you need more beach supplies, there are options in walking distance, literally right across the road using the pedestrian crosswalk. I seriously have no complaints about this unit and property. It was literally what we wanted and needed. Bonus tip: download the Publix app so you can buy coffee, food, waters, extra toilet paper, etc to be delivered.

We couldn’t go into the water due to double red every day but we had a great time at the property. It’s close to everything you would want to do. The condo was extremely clean and the owners were informative. A great place to stay!

The condo is located in the middle of everything and so convenient to get anywhere. It’s beautifully decorated and has a huge balcony with an amazing view of the gulf. Any and all questions I had Dean was very responsive to get back to me. Highly recommend this condo!

Came here for my 60th birthday and my granddaughter's 10th birthday! Great accommodations for 5 adults and 1 child. Wonderful balcony! Kitchen had everything we needed! Nice and clean. Weather was perfect! Just a wonderful place to vacation and I would highly recommend!! Butch

The view from the balcony was top notch I didn’t want to leave the condo! Absolutely best view in PCB!! Clean rooms and amazing layout! I hope we can continue to stay here. Would love to come back next year. Pool was great and this was on the 4th floor so it was easy to take the stairs if I didn’t want to wait on the elevator! Thanks again for letting us stay!

The condo was clean and the perfect location. Loved the views from the balcony and outside the dinning room. It had everything we needed!! We were so happy we could bring our 2 fur babies as well. Very dog friendly community. We will 100% be back!! Loved it!!

This is the 2nd straight year staying here, and we loved it. Great resort that is clean and located close to everything, but away from the pier park traffic. The unit is clean, and has everything you could need. The balcony is excellent! We will be staying here again next year. We highly recommend.
