The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed. The beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, and water tubes were a plus. We did a lot of cooking while we were there and had plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. This condo has been taken care of very well by the owners. The communication was fabulous.

This condo worked out for my family and I. Very clean and roomy so everyone had their own space. It comes with a beautiful view of the ocean and perfect balcony sitting to watch the sunset. Would definitely recommend this place. Also, working with the Host was very convenient she answered to all my questions/concerns I had in a very timely manner.

We cannot rave enough about this property. We had a wonderful time and the condo was beautiful and exactly as described. Our view was amazing! The only complaint we had at all was that the building needs more elevators because the elevator wait time was sometimes long. Great place for families with children! The multiple pools and splash pads had something for every age group.

Absolutely first class. Not just the expected amenities and details, but also many unexpected touches. There are no corners cut. The quality and quantity of equipment, appliances, supplies, furnishings (indoor and balconies) etc is as good as we have ever experienced.

Second time staying at this condo. I was very surprised at the cleanliness. What I typically see are unclean windows, unclean tubs, unclean floors, unclean ac filters, unclean fridge, etc.. But even the fan blades were clean, among everything else. The only thing that I would say wasn't fully clean was the floor and rug. It was swept, but not mopped, leaving feet black when walked on bare foot.
Everyone in my family was happy with the condo.
We are already talking about renting it again next Thanksgiving

We were very impressed with this Condo. It very nice and was very clean. WE really enjoyed having the water park right there for the children. The parking garage connected to the condo was very helpful and very secure for safety. We loved our stay and will return soon.

We very much enjoyed our stay and are likely to return. My only recommendation, considering this condo is furnished for children to stay, would be to make the decor a little more childproof. The necklaces around the fragile lamps were way too tempting for my young kiddos, and the fragile turtle figurines everywhere, glass tables, it was all a bit nerve-racking. I feel like I could’ve relaxed a bit more if there wasn’t so much breakable decor in a condo meant to be rented to families with kids.

The condo was perfect for our family. Everything about it was quality from the most comfortable couch to the pots and pans! Everyone was nice to work with and no problems at all. Another big plus was the parking. There was always plenty! This was the best condo that we’ve stayed in for a large family!

The condo was beautiful, and exactly the way it looks in the pictures. We had no complaints ab the condo it’s self. Although if you stay at Splash Resort don’t bother with a roller cart for the beach, they don’t have a Ramp to get onto the beach and you have to go down 2 things of stairs, not easy!! And the elevators are extremely slow when it came to checking in at 4 and checking out. We waited no joke 45 mins on 7 to get on an elevator. So my advice is check in early if you can and check out really early, or just be ready to wait awhile, lol. We were out of the room by 9:35 and it was bad. But the room was beautiful and very spacious!!

Panama City Beach has stepped it up some since the new airport is soo convenient.
Nice building and spacious condo steps from the beach and wonderful views. Great shaded pools and mini water park for the kids.
Clean. Privacy with three bedrooms. Three decks - main and each of the other two bedrooms has their own small one with small view.
Half mile walk/drive either way to two local great local restaurants and two grocery stores. Easy access to back beach road (Hwy 90) through the neighborhood across the street so you can avoid the beach traffic.
Great comm with owner.
Would stay here again if going to PCB.

We loved our condo and all the amenities that came with it. The 7th floor felt safe and not too high. We loved all the private balconies that everyone could enjoy. Communication was great. The comfort of the beds were nice. We loved the location!

Our room was fantastic. Check in process was horrible. 2 elevators for 21 floors. Took us over 1 1/2 hours to get into our room after searching for a cart for 45 minutes. Mandatory 4:00 check in is ridiculous. People were lined up all the way down the walk over tunnel waiting for an elevator. When we hit to the elevator we had to wait another 20-30 minutes because they were all full. Outdoor pool was very small and did not receive sun until late afternoon. We did nit get in pool all week because water was so cold. Storms came thru and pool would have to be closed and again the elevators would back up tremendously and you could not get to your room forcing us to stand outside in lightning storms. Same long process trying to leave as well. Long elevator lines etc.
Will never stay there again.

This place was amazing! The communication with Roberta was great! She checked in on us during the stay to make sure we didn’t have any questions! My kids enjoyed the bunk beds although I think they slept on the couch most of the time - which was super comfortable! We will be staying here when we come back to Splash!

This room was absolutely beautiful and very clean! The views from every room are incredible. This property had an abundance of anything you may need if you forget something (beach towels, beach toys for kids, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.). The check in and check out process was a breeze. There is so much to do at this condo for kids and we will definitely more than likely visit again next year!!

Splash condo
The splash condo was beautiful. Pictures didn’t do it justice. There was the perfect amount of room for 8 people. The little ones loved the pools, and the adults loved the access to the beach. The downfall would be waiting sometimes upwards of an hour to get on the elevator especially around checkin/checkout. Overall a great stay!

Great Time with minor issues!
We had a wonderful stay, and was able to enjoy our time with very little issues. This property did have a lot of bulky decor that made it hard to store some of our beach gear, and there was very little room for dry groceries since all the cabinets were full. Also, the check out process was a little ridiculous on how much cleaning they want you to do before you leave when we are paying a good amount for a cleaning fee. The Splash property never disappoints with all the pools, lazy river, water park, and easy access to beach.

Nice place
Some of the pros: There is lots of space and lots of great extras in the condo. The kitchen had lots of great quality kitchen appliances, stainless steel pots, pans and utensils which was really nice. The only thing we ended up needing the we couldn’t find was a whisk but it wasn’t a big deal. We were pleased that there were lots of beach chairs and toys included with the condo as well.
Cons: Our biggest complaint would be the check out cleaning requirements. Our group was shocked(and quite honestly grossed out) to learn that the duty of cleaning the towels and dishes is entrusted to the tenants. We didn’t mind washing them but You are only allowed to leave 6 dirty towels for the entire condo and I have no doubt there are people who fold up dirty towels at the end of their stay to avoid having to wash them. I would suggest washing all towels at the beginning of your stay to ensure your towels are clean. Same with the dishes. Also you basically have to leave the condo as clean as your found it to not be charged extra cleaning fees.
Maintenance was in our room 3 different times, all for issues in the kitchen which was an inconvenience because they came during breakfast time and we had 5 children total in the room and they weren’t happy about waiting to eat. But we were grateful the owner was able to get the issues fixed rather quickly. Also, the floor in the lock out room was extremely dirty upon arrival. After walking around in there barefoot for less than an hour, our feet were very dirty, almost black. Cleanliness in the bigger room was much better though. Another con, this place is not very child friendly. With it being a place with a huge splash pad that’s obviously going to attract families with children, there was tons of glass/fragile decor everywhere that kept us on edge most of the time. We were constantly worried about one of the kids knocking something over or breaking something. The kitchen chairs/furniture is mostly light colored and apparently stains easily(we were charged a hefty fee for stains on the couch/accent pillows). You would think they would invest in furniture that can easily be cleaned and wiped down and stain resistant. There is no high chair/other baby equipment provided so obviously it’s going to be easier for little ones to drop food on the couch/chairs. I would NOT recommend this condo for families with toddlers/younger children who are not able to sit at a table unassisted in an adult chair.

Beautiful Beach Getaway
We had a wonderful stay. Owner was fantastic with excellent communication. Condo has everything you need with a fully stocked kitchen. We loved that each room has its own balcony. We saw Dolphins from main balcony every morning. Condo was cozy and very clean. We can’t wait to stay here again in the future. Thank you!!

Well Stocked Condo with Amazing Views
We have stayed in several other units at Splash. 701W was by far the best stocked condo! There was even an air fryer. Little things like hand soap and ice packs for the coolers were so appreciated. The owners were very responsive when we had a small issue with one of the dining chairs and had it fixed in no time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
