Absolutely love this place!
Can’t wait for my next stay.

It was in a great location and very clean!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. It’s on a quiet block in the south end of the historic district, an ideal location for families (easy walking distance to many popular attractions, but peaceful at night). The house is spacious and clean, and the host is great to work with. We hope to stay here again and recommend that others do the same!

Location was perfect for exploring the historic city. The house was very comfortable, clean, and a welcome home to come back to after a day out and about. We had a wonderful stay.

My mother, daughter, and myself enjoyed our Jones Street stay! My daughter and I stayed in the garden level apartment a couple of years ago, so when we started looking for a place to stay we were ecstatic that the upper level was available for this trip. It was the perfect set up for the three of us to get ready each day. The property is in a perfect location. Thank you for the opportunity to share this beautiful property with my mother. She loved the authenticity of staying in a historic home in the downtown district.

Location was perfect to beautiful gardens and cemeteries and parks and easy to River St as well

The house looks just like pictures until you actually look closer . Property is old and needs a few coats of paint and updates from a lot of wear and tear. A few Bannister beans at top of stairs are loose, water leak at base of tub some noticeably leak stains on ceiling. Front bedroom mattress didn’t actually fit the frame which we found out by sitting at the end of the bed and mattress literally lifted up. We had a good stay considering, just keep in mind non refundable policy. Last but not least the cleaning crew left the house with an overwhelming chemical smell of cleaning products since I have asthma I really thought I would have to check into a hotel because of the smell and none of the windows opened or had screens. Just for your fyi

The house is clean and fine to stay in for a night or two, but definitely needs some tlc. Also the proximity to stores is not really walkable as advertised. Some odd things about our stay, the remotes were scattered throughout the house so we had to figure out which room they went to, then some didn’t have batteries or wouldn’t work at all, so it was useless. Also the top of the stair rail is coming loose from the banister which I wasn’t prepared for when I was holding on to the rail to walk. Good things are that there a lot of families out and about in the neighborhood and there are some really beautiful homes in the area.

Nice location and good amenities.

I enjoyed celebrating a birthday. The location was a little far from the center of historic Savannah but easily accessible by Uber when the weather was not cooperative for walking. The authenticity of the location, with large trees, a wide, clean street, and amenities, was perfect for a getaway with friends.

Priced fairly since the location is in the historical district please read on…
Cockroaches present, upstairs tv not functional, description needs mentioning there are numerous stairs to climb should be in description. There was a shortage of small pans in the kitchen. TV programming service extremely poor. The strong point of the property is its location.

We enjoyed our stay. It was about 2-3 blocks from Forsyth Park. Not to far from J.Christophers or Leopolds and River Front. The beds were comfortable and had all the necessities. It was quiet and we enjoyed using the outside porch in the morning and the evening. We did flip the cushions over because they must have a visiting cat that likes to lay on them. We had no issues with parking in front of the home.

Awesome place. Great location on quiet street. Well appointed and comfortable. Absolutely would book again

Would suggest a different window covering for the front bathroom. One that provides more privacy.
FYI - plaster was falling down the fireplace in the sitting room.
Are you aware there is a black cat that sits on the furniture on the deck, leaving black hair on the cushions. We didn’t use the deck because the cushions were dirty.

This was a beautiful property right in the middle of the historic section and within walking distance of anything you want to do in the area. Great café down the street with excellent servers and good food. Just a short walk. Parking was not a problem. Would gladly return.

It is in a superb location. It is perfect for 2 couples. Very clean and we never had trouble finding parking. We would rerun to this property.

Beautiful home, close to everything.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Property was exactly as described. Entry stairs were steep but not an issue for the four of us. Beds were comfortable and baths met our needs. Of course with older homes, you have the issue of fewer outlets available for devices so be creative.
We enjoyed the high ceilings and charm of the home. That being said, I would advise against staying with young children. The stairs to the second floor bedrooms were steep and railings shorter than code provides for today
Owners left detailed infor regarding restaurants which was helpful as well. As long as you enjoy walking, you can get anywhere and enjoy the scenery along the way. The home is located in a very quiet area which is also a bonus.

Very nice, well appointed, easy-on-street parking, short walking distance to Savannah's main commercial area and to Kroger's grocercy store.
Would definitely recommend this accommodation to families visiting Savannah.

We enjoyed the weekend in this cozy townhome. Very clean, beds were comfy and a great location. Communication with host was great and check in was easy. Only thing needed would be an extension cord for one of the upstairs baths since the plug in wasn’t at the sink. Not a big deal just a tip😊 we would recommend this home! Thanks for sharing!

A reunion with two longtime friends couldn’t have been any better. Because the townhouse was so centrally located, we walked just about everywhere. The linens and the beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked (even a complimentary bottle of wine), and the living area was cozy and ideal for catching up! I would definitely stay there again.

I really enjoyed our stay on Jones St. The house was everything we had hoped for, the owner responded to our one request and the location was quite but close to the areas we wanted to walk to. When we plan another trip, this is where we would want to stay.

Great property. My sister and I chose this home for our sister's weekend in Savanna and it did not disappoint. Easy check in/check out. Very clean and well appointed.
Walking distance to all sites, shopping and restaurants (a mile or less depending on the location) and in general a beautiful area. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this location to our friends and family.

I couldn't be more pleased with location or unit. Plenty of room for two couples with kings in each bedroom. Within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Lots of stairs, so if you have mobility issues, wouldn't be a good choice. Easy parking on the street. Owner is very easy to work with.

This house is absolutely beautiful. It is nicely located on a quiet street in the historic district. The pictures do not do this house justice as they cannot possibly show the charm and details included. I highly recommend this house for all of those looking to enjoy the southern gem of a town that is Savannah.
