We enjoyed our stay at The Perry Lane! The house car service was very much appreciated and is a great amenity that not every hotel provides. The bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. My only suggestions would be that the lighting could be a little brighter in the bathroom and the cafe off the lobby that provided complimentary coffee should sell small bottles of orange juice to avoid guests from having to walk to the market to buy some.

Had an amazing time as usual. We ran away for our 40th anniversary. We love the service and the location. We love being able to walk to great restaurants and to Independent Presbyterian on Sundays. As always, a great experience.

First night we had to switch rooms because ac was broken and room wreaked of sewage. In fact the whole hotel did until Wednesday, 2 days into our stay, the. We noticed them cleaning out the sewers. It was quite gross and the manager never spoke to us or apologized. Not a great welcome to Savannah.

Can’t beat location. Great A/C which is probably the most important thing. Beds were very comfortable. Great shower as well. Also enjoyed the rooftop pool. Honestly I don’t know why someone would stay anywhere else in Savannah.

Only complaint is the musty smell in both the room and the upstairs hallways and the ice cold air conditioning set on blast when walking into the room. Once I turned it off, the musty smell consumed me. You may need to manage humidity in the rooms better than with the air conditioning.

I loved the Perry Hotel! The staff was so helpful, nice and informative! The beds were so comfortable like a pillow. The Perry Hotel will be my new place to stay when I come to Savannah. Loved the Prosecco too!

Exceptional amd astonishing are two of the many superlatives we can apply to this stellar hotel amd it’s extraordinary staff. From the front desk staff and concierge to the valets to housekeeping , pool attendants and restaurant wait staff, every single person went above and beyond to make our stay more than memorable. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. I could not imagine staying anywhere else!!! They deserve a constellation’s worth of stars, not just 5.

Service team was top tier. Very friendly! The hotel on the other hand was subpar at best. For 4/5 star hotel is did not meet the mark. Most of the attention is put into the cafe:restaurant but the rooms are not even close to 5 star. Lots of dust, one wash cloth, no house cleaning came up to 330pm. I had to call them. No microwave, no coffee maker, fridge was filled within purchase items only. No space to store your food, not hot water in shower!, room service ends early at 8pm. Parking is $55 a day but it’s blocks away from the hotel. So you can’t even access your vehicle conveniently. All of these misses are okay if this was a 3star hotel but for almost $400 total a night I would not recommend this hotel if you are use to 5star amenities and expectations.

We had a fantastic stay here. Just as I have been reading in the reviews, the friendly staff is what makes this place very special. All the staff are very personable and accommodating. They made sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we need at all times. The complimentary bubbles, coffee, and water was a huge plus for us. Over all thumbs up on all accounts!

For the most expensive property in Savannah, I had higher expectations. It was fine but bed/mattress felt dated. Also, there must have been a leak in the hall before arriving. Sole remedy appeared to be a small dehumidifier which didn't do much. Hall had a distinct smell that was not remedied entire trip. Great location but will probably not splurge next trip given the product.

Perry Lane Hotel was all around outstanding. The service was impeccable, rooms were luxurious and comfortable,’and the location perfect for walking and exploring Savannah’s rich history. When we return to Savannah there is no doubt that this will be where we stay. LOVED it!

Great restaurant. Room beautifully interior decorated in soothing color with built ins.and shower and bathroom same with extra large shower. towels large and were plentiful. There were no chairs in room which would have been helpful if did not want to sit on bed while watching TV. Lobby and elevator were hot while room and restaurant were air conditioned. Hotel was in a good place in the city for sightseeing.Personnel accomodating.

This property is a newer hotel in Savannah. The design is so lovely. If you love, unique art, and fun style than this is a great hotel for you. The greet you with champagne when you check in. The concierge is amazing so make sure to utilize them. You can walk to shopping areas and delicious neighborhood restaurants. The rooftop bar is really nice and the views are spectacular. Highly recommend checking out.

This is hands down the best hotel in our 20 years traveling. The service was impeccable. The front desk was so gracious, accommodating, friendly and always ready to offer a recommendation. The doorman were so incredibly attentive. From the Rose' all day, to the house car, every need was catered to. If you want ro feel pampered while staying in Savannah, I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
