Great property and an easy walk to everything including short stroll to Printer’s Alley. Urban grocer 2 - 3 blocks down the street with most of the basics including beer and wine… a bit pricey but what do you expect. I pinged Michael as I was leaving the airport and he met me when I arrived at the bldg. Great host. Friendly & responsive when a couple things came up before and during our stay. One enclosed bedroom and 2 queens in the loft, plus a pull out in the main room and the couch by the TV. Public parking right behind the building… again pricey but what do you expect. My only (minor) complaint is that the main TV is a bit older so no streaming services.
But naturally we did not come to Nashville to watch TV. No noise from the other lofts. Safe neighborhood.

At 3:30 I contacted Michael to let him know we would be arriving at 7PM. He responded "Sounds good. See u tonight." There were 6 of us going to Nashville to celebrate birthdays. Our flight landed late, I texted Michael at 7 PM and told him we were just leaving airport. We waited several minutes outside of check-in before Michael greeted us with "We have a problem. The property was double booked." Michael assured us they are working on something and gets Bill on the phone. Bill tells me he's going to fix it.
Our conversation: Me: Bill, how are you going to fix it?
Bill: Is this the same person I'm talking to Me: Yes, it is.
Bill: Okay, I"m not going to have attitude from a group of people when we spent last half hour to fix a mistake.
So, me responding yes it is was giving him attitude? Right away nobody in the group wanted to continue to deal with someone this impolite. I imagine most prop owners would have been nice as could be, especially considering we were the ones stranded on a corner in Nashville with our luggage. I don't understand how the double booking wasnt noticed at the time I contacted Bill the night before, or Michael that day at 3:30. He should have contacted us at 7 so we could make alternative arrangements. Bill and Michael both blamed VRBO. I don't know who is to blame, but the customer service of the owner was not good. We ended up finding and paying for a hotel. I would be very careful in booking these properties.

This place is AMAZING!!!!
1st time in Nashville and it was great. This loft made the experience that much better! The pictures dont do the space justice! Plenty of room for the 6 of us who stayed. Michael, the manager, was great and attentive. Quick walk to downtown, printers alley and the riverfront, in the middle of everything!! The unit was clean, neat and exactly as described in the listing. We will be back next time!!

Awesome Apartment for a Getaway
The apartment was perfect for a boys golf trip to Nashville. The space is huge so we could spread out and not be crowded. The common area is open and spacious as well with a big couch, foosball table, big tv and a nice kitchen. After a day on the course it was perfect for a few beers and snacks before heading out on the town. It also has a washer/dryer if you feel like doing laundry on vacation.
The apartment is perfectly located within walking distance (a quick 4 blocks) of all the honky tonks and bars in The District. and Printers Row (which I preferred) is literally out the back door.
There are several markets and coffee shops within a quick walk of the apartment so supplies and morning caffeine were easy to get to.
Had a great time in Nashville and this was the perfect home base.

Super fun long weekend
Great location. walking to everything was great. Pretty nice view and Close to markets for food and booze. Tons of places to eat and the Ryman was so close and so was a lot of other sight seeing places. We had 8 friends all stay. Wish there was a bit more privacy for couples (only one official bedroom). Maybe a curtain wall or even a room divider of sorts. We really did not use the kitchen other than to make coffee and the cold storage. Great hang out vibe for everyone and the pool table was great. Could use some built in speakers for music and TV sound as it was hard to hear and have people talking in the same room,. With only one shower it was tight but totally worked for us. Good supply of hot water and I would suggest a bench or something in the bathroom for putting clean clothes on to help with keeping it off the floor. Michael was a great host and was very polite. Overall it was a great stay.

Excellent vacation
Had a great time in this great location. Perfect for downtown Broadway, everything is walking distance. Our property manager Michael took great care of us. He even washed clothes for us while we were out on the town. Wonderful time highly recommend this rental!

Michael the property manager checked us in right on time and gave us a full tour….Recommended places to eat and was just down to earth with us. The unit is easy walking distance to everything and my family enjoyed hanging together in the cool space. Pool games got intense! Thanks again Michael.

Great property in a great location!
Had a great time staying here! The property was in a perfect location as it’s a short walk to Broadway and Nissan Stadium. There are quite a few stairs to get up to the unit that were a bit tricky after a night out, but other than that no complaints!

Amazing place, very close to broadway
This place was amazing and management was extremely responsive. Ignore negative reviews, the ones posted seem like professional yelpers. I'd stay here any day. - rented 2 of their units for the same trip

Expensive but very nice
Watch out before booking. The extra fees are outrageous. Advertised at a reasonable range for 2 nights, final price after all the fees was almost double. Once I clicked "reserve", I was booked and owner wouldn't budge on the nonrefundable status. Watch the fine print on all the charges.
The place was very nice and just down the street from Broadway. Little things could be stocked better in the kitchen, like coffee. There's a Keurig but no K-cups with coffee. Has one of those messy "fill-your-own cup" with a container of Foldgers. Just having a coffee maker or a stock of K-cups would've been better.

What a great place!
We were there with 4 generations of family for my daughter’s college graduation We had plenty of space for all, a great view of Titan’s Stadium and a short walk to Broadway. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The pool table was a big hit with the whole family. Bill & Michael were wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks guys for a fun and memorable visit!!!

Perfect for guys’ getaway
Perfect location, very near but not on the main streets. Within arms reach of downtown music venues, stadium, arena, gulch. a few min from Vandy. Manager is friendly and attentive. Would be my “go to” spot in Nashville.

Incredible location not much attention spent on details
You can't beat the location and the place is perfect for a group or entertaining.....now for the downside......For the price I would have expected a smooth check in, cleaning supplies of any kind, dish soap, more that 4 tools of tp...........also would have been nice to have some sort of audio system or speaker so bring your own. Private elevator is a nice touch, lots of construction going on in the area currently (but that can be said for all of downtown) for those who want a good sleep in take the bedroom without window.
I did not do much research on other like properties but with a little TLC this place would have been perfect.

Amazing
There was nine of us that came down for the 4th of July. The place was amazing, but what made the experience great was the owner Bill. One of the nicest guys you will ever meet. He invited our entire group over to his place to watch the fireworks from his rooftop. I highly recommend this property!

Great Location
The location was better than advertised. The friends that came were in awe of the space itself and it was more than comfortable for us. Very walkable area. Highly recommended.

Location without the frills
You most certainly are paying for location with this property. Communication with the owner/management company throughout the planning process was less than ideal and emails always resulted with a "call me" as a response. I travel internationally for work so it is very difficult for we to coordinate various time zones making email my preferred method of communication. Once I arrived at the property the owner did not answer my call with check-in instructions and I was forced to drive around Nashville for 30 minutes until I heard back from him. Amenities such as parking cost $40/day and the bathrooms were stocked with one roll of economy toilet paper. Working as event planner, this property did not tick all the boxes as I had hoped, especially at the hefty price tag. But if your only concern in location, this place is for you!

Great for bachelor party's or a guys get away!!
Bill was great to work with and the place was awesome! Very close to all the action that comes with Nashville! The elevator entrance to the room gave it a penthouse feel! Definitely going to be staying here again in the future or at another property owned by Bill!

We LOVED the place, the location, and the property manager!!!!!
We rented this penthouse out for a Beachbody work conference and it was PERFECT!! Very nice place! It was walking distance to everything! Bill is the bomb, we all loved him!! He even gave us a ride to the grocery store and to one of our events! Nicest guy ever! So thankful for him!

This place is legit
I had my bachelor party in Nashville. This was the perfect place to stay. The place easily sleeps the advertised amount with the couch and a few air mattresses. The elevator opens up right into the place which gives it the pent house vibe. The location is also perfect. Walk to plenty of bars and restaurants. The party went phenomenal and this place was a big party of it.
The owner is a no-nonsense guy. Make sure you discuss your plans with him up front to make sure you two are on the same page. If you treat him and his place with respect he will treat you with respect.

Great Place, Great Location, Great Property Manager
Our group had an amazing time in Nashville and our accommodations could not have been better. We were a little surprised the condo didn't have a sound system for music, but then again you are walking distance to some of the best live music on earth, so no big deal.
