Everything was as advertised. Loved the rooftop, grill & fire table, only wish the weather had been nicer to enjoy it even more. The kids loved having a TV in every room. Nice amenities were provided - soap, shampoo, shower gel, laundry pods, dishwasher pods. More than many places provide!
Location was convenient to many places within 20 minutes drive. Not a walking neighborhood. 2 car garage, but if you have a full size SUV only one vehicle will fit. They do allow one vehicle to park behind garage which nearly all units did so parking got a bit tight at times.
Great place for couples, families or groups of 6-8 people.
Only minor inconveniences such as a TV remote with dead batteries and minor cleanliness issues such as dust bunnies, stained rugs & towels. Not a good place for anyone who has trouble with stairs. The stairs are quite steep.
We would definitely stay again.

Having a separate bathroom for each bedroom was awesome, and the toiletries provided were very nice. The location was convenient, but on a busy street and road noise was very loud until around midnight. The sound machines provided were very much appreciated. A few things could be improved - in the primary bedroom, for some weird reason, the overhead light came on in the middle of our first night and twice in the middle of our second night - woke us up each time! There were no hand towels provided in the primary bath, but plenty of bath towels. In the other 3d floor bedroom, the ceiling fan didn't work, there was no blow dryer (we just shared), and the curtains didn't close well enough to block out the bright sunlight, which made it hard for a toddler's nap time. In the first floor bedroom, the TV strangely came on in the middle of one night and woke up our friends. We wish there had been more seating in the den for the 8 adults and 2 toddlers staying there. Three people could sit on the sofa, but the few other seats weren't comfy. The rug in the den was very stained and dirty. The clothes dryer also didn't work well. We washed a small load, ran it through the dryer twice, and finally had to hang the clothes up to dry. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all the basics and had everything we needed and more. The coffee and kitchen supplies provided were generous. We couldn't use the rooftop deck because the furniture cushions were soaking wet all weekend.

The Kitchen/Living Room was nice and big with lots of seating. The large island and "coffee station" were perfect for our group of adults. Very well stocked with all the things you need.
All the bedrooms have their own bath which made EVERYONE happy. Even the Guys!. The rooftop deck with Fireplace and TV were a perfect place for a nightcap every evening and to relax and visit after a busy day in Nashville.
There is a little traffic noise, as one review mentioned, but unless you're ultra sensitive to that, none of us found it to be a problem. The location had easy access to all the main roads leading to everything Nashville.
I would highly recommend this VRBO as your home base on your next trip to Nashville!

Our stay at the condo at 4309 Gallitan Pike was very nice. The accommodations were great, the beds were all comfortable and the facility was clean. The location was great for getting into and out of Nashville easily and in a relatively short time.
I would suggest that when you have 11 people staying for five days that you provide adequate paper products. We ran out of paper toweling and needed more toilet paper.
It would also be helpful to have the check out information printed and placed somewhere in the condo to make it easier to know what is expected at check out.
I would highly recommend this location for a Nashville adventure.

Rental was well appointed and roomy. Very nice having separate bathrooms for each bedroom. Perfect for a girls trip! The condo just needs a little TLC. A half day of deep cleaning -- ceiling fans, baseboards, touch up paint -- would make it feel brand new and worth the price! When I pay this much, I expect luxury, and cleanliness is a part of that. The remote in the 2nd level bedroom was not working, FYI. :)

The home was very nice although we would not stay there again due to the road noise. It is located close to a very busy road and there were many emergency vehicles that went by with the sirens blaring. Needless to say, we did not sleep very well.

This condo was a comfortable, spacious place for a gathering of cousins for a reunion. Each bedroom had a very nice bathroom and very roomy closets and the living room/kitchen area was a perfect gathering area. The rooftop deck is amazing! The location is also an easy drive to all the venues in Nashville. We all had a wonderful time and I recommend staying here.

This was my second stay in Nashville and the first for my friends. We all enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly what they depicted on the site…. spacious, clean and not far from downtown. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others as well.

We had a great time at this property. Plenty of space for a large group of friends and family. The roof top patio is amazing. Wish we could have stayed a few more days to enjoy it more! My friend appreciated the inclusion of tea drinkers in the supplies in the kitchen.

Booked for a group of 8 to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. House is amazing. The rooftop deck was our favorite spot. We couldn’t find the tv remote for the deck when we arrived, so a team member made a special trip to buy remotes and leave them at the door for us. Can’t ask for a better spot or customer service. Will definitely stay again!

My small family rented the townhome for a week to vacation in Nashville. It’s a 3 story townhome with a really great upstairs rooftop area. Just a heads up, lots of stairs. The unit is connected to another unit and you can hear them partying. The townhome is exactly as pictured and very nice. Location isn’t the best.. shady folks walking out front day and night.
The house is well stocked with all the comforts of home.
We were overall happy until I got an email with a damage charge for a Queen duvet cover. The picture attached showed lots of tiny dots of mildew on it. As if the damp duvet was placed on a bed an mildewed. We didn’t wash the duvet nor cause it to mildew. I emailed the management company twice to discuss the erroneous charge and no response. I think they may have the wrong unit pictured because the background in the picture was no rug/headboard/carpet that was in the unit we stayed in. There are multiple townhomes in a grouping at this property location.

Y'all this is THE place to stay!! 4 huge bedrooms with their own bathrooms!! The living room and kitchen were gorgeous! Such fun and easy decor throughout!! The best part... A ROOFTOP Deck with plenty of space to Relax or Entertain! I wish I had taken more pictures! Perfect Girls Getaway or even for a Business Group!! I stayed here during a recent convention!! Highly recommended!! Wish I could give more stars!!

Nice house, good location to city and Opryland. All needs met. Only items are the second floor bedroom had very little hot water in the bathroom shower (probably the regulator needs adjusted), and the code given to the outside control for the garage door didn't work.

This location had everything to fulfill all our needs! Plenty of room, looks great, beds were comfortable. Average Uber ride to broadway $23. Had all the information in email, rental co responded quickly. Learned quickly how to wait a few seconds for exterior doors to lock. We will TOTALLY stay there again!!!

We loved this house! There was a bedroom and bathroom for everyone and a garage to park your car. The rooftop deck was amazing with a tv, firepit, grill, fridge and lights to make a great place to hang out. It was 4 minutes to the Gaylord Resort and about 15-20 minutes to downtown Nashville.
