Fantastic home! So open yet warm and cozy - with views for days! Our party enjoyed the perfectly laid our kitchen and living area. The beds were comfortable and the showers hot with great pressure. Terri was an incredible host - really easy to work with and timely responses. This home is a gem!

This is a beautiful home just minutes from town! The views are stunning! Quiet location. Great property for family or groups.

We were given very prompt help with a chirping smoke alarm on a high ceiling that needed a new battery.
Our stay was great, the property is great. So is the view.
One minor issue--no dressers for clothes. But no big deal. We would be happy to stay here again.

This property was great for our group! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and we loved being able to watch the birds, bunnies, and moose! Ample space to hang out with each other and apart from each other. The windows all had dark out shades which worked great (only improvement would be to add curtains for full black-out). Additionally, one of the bedrooms did not have a door, and that would have been nice to have a real curtain or better block off. Otherwise, amazing stay!

Beautiful property with everything you could possibly need. Quiet and serene. We even had a couple of moose come wandering through the yard. The view is amazing.
We would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed in this house. It is lovely, comfortable, pleasant, roomy, and great for families with kids. Big kids enjoyed staying in the loft, the kitchen was well equipped, the jet tub was a good alternative to a jacuzzi, and the leaving room was a nice hang out place. Tom is flexible, friendly, and very responsive! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Came up to homer for a 3 day fishing charter and the cabin was perfect to come back to after a long day of fishing. Good accommodations to cook some of your catch that night and plenty of room to sleep 6 guys.

Perfect location. Cozy. Had all you need. Clean comfy beds. I’ve stayed twice now. Once in winter and once in summer. Will be sure to reserve for my next trip! Saw a moose and baby in the yard too. Thank you Terri!!

We absolutely loved this house. The location was great with fantastic views. The layout accommodated our group of six with room to spare. The house was very clean and accurately represented by the pictures and description.

Excellent property in all respects.
Outstanding panoramic views from a high ridge looking out over Honer Spit and the ocean.
We had a moos with two calves that were "residents" on the property daily.
I would definitely return to this rental.

Beautiful home! Thank you for sharing with us! Enough sleeping areas so every one has their own space. We had 8 people (3 families) and everyone loved their rooms. The view was incredible. The deck was great! Great location to be close to Homer, yet not in town. We had mamma moose and baby in the yard twice and saw lots of moose between the house and town.

We came to Homer AK with our adult kids…there were 6 of us so we needed a place to accommodate all of us comfortably…Diamond Ridge fit the bill. Absolutely beautiful cabin with views of Kachemak Bay. 3 beds and 3 baths so everyone had their own space. Well stocked kitchen with large dining area…gas grill on the wonderful deck. Would definitely stay here again…heck, I wish I lived there!

Great house!
We loved our stay at Diamond Ridge! The property was perfect for our family of six. The location was great (10 min to town) and the views were beautiful. I had two questions during our stay and Terri got back to me immediately. The kids (teens) had enough space to escape the adults:). We all enjoyed spending time on the deck taking in the views!! Highly recommend!

Amazing property!
Everything about our rental was excellent. The communication was always timely, property was clean and well stocked, and the view was amazing! The different bedroom spaces allowed all 7 adults to be comfortable, with room to spare. We can’t wait until we are able to come back!

Great way to enjoy Alaska
This is a wonderful property with a great view - and when we were there moose and their newly born babies. We liked being able to easily get to the spit and Homer business district and then enjoy quiet mornings and evenings on the deck. The layout was perfect for us and we enjoyed cooking and hanging.

Views are GRAND - pictures can not capture it.
The house was great with only a couple of hiccups in the beginning - mentioned later on. . . Comfortably met the needs of my family (with special needs kids) - we wanted seclusion for a stay-cation. And this house had it. . . I am sure in the summer when everything is open and green it has more to offer, but we wanted a warm place with the views, and this house did not disappoint. Only one morning were we not awed by the sunrise - not the fault of the house, just a cloudy day. There were several eagle sightings in the the air currents - just awesome to watch.
Only had a few issues - if going in the winter 4 wheel drive is a must - I have been driving Alaskan roads for 45 years, this drive is steep. My sons truck could get up but my 12 passenger van could not (studs and the little van that could momentum). However - it didn't seem to have been plowed or sanded in awhile. All the thermostats were set at 50 and it took about 6 hours for the heat to up to 65 before we went to bed. Also, my issue with locked rooms (which the next day I was able to verify there were no windows or doors to this part of the house), but it was disconcerting to a parent with special needs kids and with 2 of the doors going into private areas.
However, I would stay there again. . .

Warm, cozy, views for days
We really enjoyed this property. We stayed a weekend in October and had the option to just rent the top two floors. This worked perfect for our party of five (two adults and three teenagers). There was more than enough room. I read a review that the photos don’t do this place justice and I would have to agree. It was better than I thought it would be: super cozy, clean, nicely furnished, cute little Alaska touches, big deck, nice view. It was adorable. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful Area and Home
A perfect hideaway with a gorgeous view. The house was immaculate and location (for us) was perfect. Having rented over 40+ homes all over the world from Austria to Norway to the Caribbean, this house was the most well stocked. We shopped before arriving so ended up with lots of duplicates such as paper towels and toilet paper as rhose were provided. What was great was the flour, sugar, spices, coffee, pancake mix, etc. that were at the house (and we added to the supply!!😊) which made cooking easier and tastier!! The directions to the house were great and we had no problem finding it (but use West Hills road though to go to town-much shorter but coming from Anchorage, Diamond Ridge was the best way in.). The view was really great (180@° view of Kachamak Bay) and we enjoyed walking the roads and trails of the area. It was our first time in Alaska and this house was a wonderful place to stay and explore the peninsula area. Owner was great to work with and provided all the information we needed. Townspeople were friendly and there were some closures that kept us from enjoying certain things but that was to be expected for our dates and the covid situation. Privacy and beauty would be the key words for this home.

An Amazing View
This home offered plenty of space for our large group and views for days. We enjoyed our evenings playing games around the table, cooked family meals and sat on the back porch enjoying the views. We were able to see Moose and eagles flying over.

Amazing Cabin and Views!
This is an amazing property with beautiful backyard and AMAZING views of the mountains and water. There was a mother moose and calf who wondered around the property on a daily basis. We even spotted a lynx by the shed one night. The three stars on communication was an issue over placing trash out by the curb when we had only been there 1 whole day and had not generated trash. I felt that the directions in handbook needed to be more specific to let guest know that they would be putting out previous guest’s trash out. The other issue was over replenishing towels for an extended stay. I rented property for 19 days, which I considered an extended stay, but was told to wash my own towels that rental houses are not like hotels, so we did wash our own towels. The house instructions notebook states in Rental Agreement Form that towels would be replenished for extended stays, it needs to be taken out if it’s not to be honored, unless 19 days is not considered an extended stay. My family and I had an amazing family vacation once we understood the confusing trash and towel situation rules.

Gorgeous House with Amazing View
We loved our stay at this property. The house is just a beautiful cabin - everything is new and high quality from furniture to linens and towels. This is one of those rare instances when house is better in reality than on pictures. Good location close to Homer, beautiful views from living room, kitchen and bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels and linens and bedding. Check in was easy. We have no complaints and would highly recommend this place. We had 9 people - and it was plenty of space. If this house is available for your dates - book it before it is gone!

Scenic overlook of Homer
Our family of 5 adults thoroughly enjoyed this property overlooking Homer. The Spit is just a short drive away and it served as a launching point for our fishing and hiking adventures. The Cottage itself is well appointed, and truly lovely. Everyone had their own space and the kitchen had many supplies, a definite bonus! Loved waking up to a mama moose and her baby, also saw a few porcupines. Highly recommend this lovely property!
