About this house rental
The first thing you will do when you open the front door is smile. This is a happy place! Our guests tell us the minute they walk in they relax. Maybe it's the lack of clutter? Maybe the supreme cleanliness? Maybe the place just has good juju! With the exception of a few cool vintage pieces, everything in the house is new! Most of the art is original and a good number of the pieces are vintage as well.
The place has a nice vibe. Cool, but not so cool you don't want to sit on anything. Serene and lively at the same time, depending on where you're looking.
Kitchen is equipped with top of the line Bosch appliances, including an induction cooktop. You'll find everything you need whether you're a professional chef or just use the kitchen to microwave your cold Starbucks. Blender, mixer, griddle, waffle iron, Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press, bar tools, etc. All store away neatly. Full set of All-Clad cookware especially for induction cooking. We challenge you to find a kitchen gadget this kitchen is without!
The back of the house opens up to the lanai and pool with 3 sliders that store completely away in the walls. Pool is heated and the area is equipped with 4 comfortable lounge chairs as well as 2 chaises. Beyond the pool cage is a spacious tropical oasis with 2 more chaises. The entire back of house is enclosed in tropical greenery and completely private. We're not saying you should skinny dip in the pool, but if you feel the need . . . no one will be able to see you.
Family room area is furnished with two exceedingly comfortable Eilersen sofas with movable backrests that allow you to configure to suit, or remove completely. Wonderful, cozy area to watch movies on the 55" LED 3D TV or stream your favorite content with the Apple TV.
Master bedroom and en suite bath is a serene retreat. Furnished with a Beauty Rest Black Label king sized mattress, luxury high thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets and luxury European white goose down pillows. Also furnished with a 40" Samsung LED TV. The bath includes double sinks with lighted medicine cabinets, a luxurious soaking tub, glass enclosed shower with dual shower heads, seated vanity with lighted makeup mirror, Dyson hair dryer and custom walk-in closet.
First guest room and en suite bath is furnished with a queen sized top-of-the-line Beauty Rest mattress, high thread count Egyptian cotton linens and luxury European goose down pillows. This room is equipped with an extremely large custom closet and a 40" Samsung LED TV. The bath is equipped with a large glass shower with dual shower heads and a large vanity with lighted vanity mirror and lighted makeup mirror.
Second guest room is furnished with two top-of-the-line Serta twin beds (suitable for adults as well as children), luxury sateen bed linens and synthetic down pillows. This room also has a large custom closet and 40" Samsung LED TV.
Second guest bath is directly across the hall from either bedroom. It is also directly accessible from the pool area. This bath is equipped with a large glass shower with dual shower heads and a large vanity.
New Whirlpool front load washer and dryer are located in the garage where you will also find 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas, a Crate & Barrel fold-up beach table, 2 wheeled coolers and 6 bicycles for your use.
There is a large Weber gas grill at the rear of the house as well as a Weber charcoal grill . . . for you grilling purists.

The house was in a nice area of Naples, close to the beach and a short drive to 5th Ave shopping and restaurants. We loved having the option of the pool or beach. The host thought of everything that you might need and was very responsive to any questions that we had.

I was in Naples for the first time 34 years ago and have rented a house in Naples many times since then.
Jeff’s and Gloria's house is simply the best! We felt at home right from the start. Everything is very high quality (the house, the furniture, beach equipment, bicycles (different sizes including for me: 6ft3), and much more)! Even the little things have been thought of.
The pool and garden are beautiful.
The communication with Gloria was sensational and fast.
The neighborhood is gorgeous and we used the access to the private beach daily.
We hope very much that we can spend our vacation in Jeff’s and Gloria's house again sometime.
Therefore we can fully recommend the house! Thank you very much, Gloria and Jeff!

A repeat visit for us and we were not disappointed. Great location, excellently resourced house with all you could need for a great vacation stay. As well as the house being tastefully furnished and decorated, much thought has gone into providing for guests, from the fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, dual bbq options, great bikes and beach chairs, and most importantly Park Shore Assoc membership for beach parking! Thanks a lot and hope to be back again.

We stayed just over one month in late 2023 and were EXTREMELY HAPPY with all the accommodations, reservation process, communications with owner. The villa is well equipped, spotless, tastefully decorated, comfortable, conveniently located, with magnificent private grounds and recreational equipment. The beach, shopping, entertainment and restaurants are all within walking distances. The neighbourhood of Park shore is friendly, well landscaped, pleasant to walk and a short 5 minute drive to 5th avenue. We would certainly wish to return next year. Thank you Gloria for all your help, care, organizational skills, tasteful decoration and responsiveness.

Gloria was the perfect host - we were not able to find anything which was missing. Gloria was always available for any request we had and responded very quickly. The access to the private beach is a huge advantage of this house. We are absolutely sure that this was not the last time - we are looking forward to come back once...

This is a great Villa, Near to Park Shore beach ( you get a pass to get in), in a beautiful neighbourhood and close to shopping. Every time we go we feel at home. The villa is kept in immaculate conditions. Every bedroom has its own TV, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you can think of. We travel a long way from London (UK) to get here but it is well worth it. Gloria is a wonderful host with lots of helpful information and always available should you need to.

We have stayed at Jeff and Gloria’s beautiful home in Naples many times now and it never disappoints. The home is extremely well equipped and very comfortable. Gloria is always available if we have any queries, although we rarely do. As for location, it would struggle to be better. We are able to cycle up to The Waterside shops, down to 3rd Street and 5th Avenue, walk to the supermarket and coffee shop and walk to a several very nice restaurants. Needless to say, we will be back later in the year.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, was spotless when we arrived, and well stocked. Gloria was very helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns. We loved sitting outside in the lanai/pool area. The landscaping is beautiful, especially at night with all the low level lights highlighting the trees and plants. I especially enjoyed relaxing there watching all the birds that were in the area. Definitely a 5 star house.

This place is just perfect. The interior of Gloria and Jeff's place is something special. Colourful, happy, stylish and also very functional.
They have thought of everything you might need. Even a dyson hairdryer. Which for my hair is a must!
There are plenty of beach towels, chairs, toys and everything you require for fun days at the beach or pool.
The house is spotless and there are plenty of cleaning items to keep it that way.
I LOVE USA washing machines. That in itself makes my holiday!
Gloria is so,so helpful and kind. Such a wonderful host and I can understand why thier place is so popular.
The Parkshore area itself is lovely and nothing is too far away.

Perfect in every way !
This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. As always we had a great time. The House is beautifully furnished and you can see that Gloria (the owner) has great taste and does her utmost to make one feel comfortable, you can see she has thought of everything you might need . The kitchen is well equipped and there are lots of spare linens and towels (all of excellent quality). The house was very clean and the pool as well. Gloria is available if you need anything and makes contact with you during the week to confirm no issues. We love the location, it is a quiet neighbourhood and the pass to the nearby private beach makes it a special holiday. Definitely recommend.

The house is perfectly situated, the beach is stunning and the home is spotless, equipped with everything you could need and so comfortable. Always Amazing
This was the 2nd time our family has stayed at this lovely home, and it is always a wonderful stay! Aside from the fabulous location, the home is stylishly decorated and is equipped with everything you need for cooking, cocktails, and a trip to the beach. We appreciated the child bike seat and many bikes available for rides around the neighborhood and to the nearby Venetian Village. Gloria is super responsive and helpful, and happy to ensure you have a great stay. We look forward to returning with our family soon.

We spent two wonderful relaxing weeks at this amazing home. The home is a breath of fresh air. Immaculately clean, comfortable and uncluttered. Incredible Oasis
This incredible oasis became our safe harbor during the pandemic. My family hunkered down for 6 weeks at this incredible home that contained every provision we could imagine. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable, meeting all of the needs of my family, which includes 2 teenagers. The highlight or our stay was the communication I had with the host. Gloria is the most gracious, kind and supportive person. She truly helped us through this time and for that I will be forever grateful. If your family has the good fortune to be able to stay at this home, you will be as lucky as we were.

Tasteful Floridian home in excellent location
We had a wonderful experience and very much enjoyed our stay in the house. The attention to detail is excellent and the neighboured is lovely. We felt at home as soon as we arrived We enjoyed going to the beach which was made hassle free with the multitude of beach equipment provided by Jeff and Gloria. They really know how to make their guests feel welcome and we hope to come back in the near future.

This was our third time staying at Gloria and Jeff’s oasis! It feels like we are coming home when we arrive at 747 Fountainhead Lane!! They have paid so much attention to detail.....there is ABSOLUTELY nothing that needs to be improved upon from the decor to the cleanliness to the location and on and on it goes!!! There are so many perks that go with renting this house...private beach pass, bikes, heated pool....just too many to mention. We are so sad to leave and can’t wait to book our next trip back!!! Thank you Gloria and Jeff.....you are truly wonderful hosts!!!!

Loved staying here! Gloria was great to work with! Our family has always loved the Parkshore area in Naples! The access to shopping and beaches is perfect! The owner supplied 6 bikes which we used almost every day!!! The house was perfectly decorated and included everything we needed and then some!! We will definitely be staying here again!!! 5 Star luxury in Park Shore
We had a truly wonderful 11 nights at Jeff and Gloria's fantastic villa. Having stayed in various properties in Naples over the past 15 years, I can honestly say this is THE BEST. The location is amazing and the house is absolutely immaculate. What struck us was the quality of all the fixtures and fittings and how Jeff and Gloria had thought of everything. We felt so comfortable here and will definitely return. I was so impressed from start to finish. The private beach passes really were special - we so enjoyed going to the beach whenever we felt like it, so close we often walked. I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful villa, it's simply perfect.

Perfect Naples Property
We have just returned back to the UK after having spent two weeks at Gloria & Jeff's home. We knew from the website photos that it would be good but nothing can do justice as to how stunning this property is! We have had many trips to the USA, staying in similar properties but this far exceeded our expectations.
The house has been furnished with great taste in a very contemporary style. The open plan living area works really well and its great to be able to open the 3 sliders to let the outside in. The kitchen is equipped with everything imaginable in the highest quality - we could not think of anything that was missing. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were gorgeous. As there was just the two of us we only used the master bedroom and the mattress was one of the comfiest we have slept on. The master en suite had everything we needed including a huge glass shower cubicle, magnificent free standing tub and twin sinks all of which looked very new.
The pool and lanai were great for catching the sun for most of the day. We loved the outside bar, a great area to enjoy a drink daytime or evening.
The garage is huge and we put our rental car in there to keep it cool out of the sun. The garage also contains all the equipment needed for a trip to the beach - deck chairs, umbrellas and cool boxes etc.
The house is in a great area with easy access to the Venetian Village for bars and restaurants and a short drive or inexpensive Uber ride of downtown Naples. Access to the white sand beach via the Park Shore residents pass is a real bonus.
Gloria was in contact throughout our stay making sure that everything was OK. Gloria & Jeff are obviously very proud of their house and rightly so as it is immaculate.

Modern and immaculate
Our second time staying in this property, it is as good as it was two years ago: extremely clean, well maintained, smells very good, and, thanks to the modern furnishings, very calming and relaxing. The house is very well stocked in terms of conveniences and features. We hope to be able to stay here again on our next trip to Naples.

Perfect vacation
This is our second stay at Jeff and Gloria’s wonderful home and the second time was as good, if not better, than the first time. The house is beautifully equipped with every luxury you could wish for. We particularly enjoy the pool and garden area, making regular use of the grill. We will most definitely be back for a third visit.

Perfection Does Exist!
My husband and I stayed for our 1 year wedding anniversary. This place is an oasis!
Gloria and Jeff have thought of absolutely EVERYTHING!
The backyard landscaping was so perfectly thought out. It makes you feel like you are the only ones around. This is the perfect place to go for relaxation, privacy, food, and fun in the sun.

Naples-a great property in a fantastic location.
The villa is as described, a real home from home. It’s extremely well presented with a lovely pool. The beach passes are a great addition with some lovely sunsets. It was hard to leave and come home ! Gloria is an excellent host and always helpful.
