Our group very much loved the space, there was enough room for all of us to stay and the living space was very comfortable. The only issue we ran into was the AC stopped working for a couple days and the freezer wouldn’t hold at the right temperature. Aside from that we love the stay and we have the best time!!!

We had the absolute best time staying here in Saratoga. The house is perfect for a bunch of friends and family, so clean, and only a 10min ride to downtown. Garth was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this rental to anybody!

The house and location were perfect for our family! Plenty of bedrooms and space to enjoy our weekend away! The kitchen was large making our meal preparation easy and convenient. The deck overlooking the lake made morning coffee, grilling, and evening cocktails relaxing and enjoyable. We were minutes away from downtown Saratoga Springs and the racetrack. Garth was an excellent host, easy to work with and communication was timely. Great weekend and we hope to be back again next year!

Garth’s a great host and this house is beautiful. It is very spacious with a beautiful view of the lake. I rented this house for my wedding weekend and we used it to get ready the morning of. There was plenty of room. I could not be happy with this house and I am looking forward to returning again next year!

This house was perfect for our big family. Lots of bedrooms and big kitchen. Garth was a great host. Very responsive and flexible. **Make sure to bring toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, garbage bags etc.

Great house for a golf trip with buddies. Beautiful living/dining/kitchen area that’s an open space for everything to hangout, watch some sports but if the weather is beautiful you can enjoy the great deck that overlooks Saratoga Lake. The 4.5 baths were very convenient for all the guest. The house was close to downtown Saratoga and even closer to Saratoga National Golf Course. The management was spectacular and there for any questions we had. Would definitely stay there again!

The location is amazing, the owner was very kind and attentive, the layout is awesome, and the beds were comfy. Unfortunately, the stove had a good amount of mouse droppings in it, and the ping-pong paddles and pool sticks were so beaten up that they were barely functional. Would definitely recommend this rental, just BYO paddles/pool sticks and order in!

We absolutely loved this property. We had 12 adults staying and there was more than enough room for everyone - could have fit plenty more people comfortably. Garth was an excellent host and was able to quickly remedy any issue that we had.

This home was more than we could ask for. Big , spacious, clean as a whistle and so close to all the great Saratoga spots especially the race track. This was the perfect house for our group (14 guys celebrating a bachelor party). We brought food and grilled night 1 and loved the deck overlooking the lake and open concept of the kitchen/living room/dining room and pool table area. The bedrooms comfortably fit all of us. We played golf at Saratoga spa, enjoyed 2 dinners in town, and a day at the racetrack. Everything we did was a 10-20 min Uber ride. Garth was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again with a large group.

Wonderful home!

Staying here was wonderful. The home was large enough for my family and a friend or two. It is nicely equipped, has a fantastic view of Saratoga Lake, a fire pit, a wonderful side deck, tons of parking. We were able to have a doubles and singles ping pong tourney which was so much fun! The home was easy to access and easy to keep clean. We all loved being there!!

Had 12 guys together for a reunion and found this spot to be ideal for us. Very close to the golf course, and a reasonable distance to town. Host was very quick with communication with us and very accommodating. I would recommend this house for a reunion or bachelor party.

First time together in 2 years

As billed; a very good house for a lot of people to gather and connect. Garth was quickly responsive to any questions and was flexible with a couple of requests. We were so happy to be together, and with 2 gathering spaces, one became the quieter one-perfect! Kitchen is not equipped for creating meals, but fine if you bring mostly grill foods and pre made meals that works-nice grill. Lovely sunset across the lake. We will be back.

This was the most seamless, stress-free rental process I’ve ever gone through. Check-in was super easy. It snowed when we were there and Garth had someone come out right away to salt and plow the driveway. Garth was extremely responsive and answered any messages within minutes. The house itself was great - very spacious, clean, and perfect for a large group. 5 stars in my book!

Great location and views. Plenty of room for multiple families. The pool table, ping pong table, multiple televisions, wifi and double refrigerators added to the long list of amenities. As for a bit of constructive feedback, we could have used some larger pots/ pans and a couple of things were loose and could have been tightened up (eg. toilets). Overall, the home was perfect for our large family and a fantasic value. One more thing: Owner responsiveness was impressive. The was a snow storm on one of the nights and the driveway was icy. Justin showed up within a half hour to plow and salt. He even hand shoveled around the cars. That's something no one has ever done for us in 20 years of renting vacation homes.

This place was absolutely amazing and as advertised! We came up for a bachelor party and it exceeded expectations. We had 14 of us and we had plenty of space. The view was great and we were right across the street from the lake. The house is so close to everything. 10 min Uber to prime steak house, 15 min Uber to downtown Saratoga and 10 min Uber to the race track. The house was clean and so much space for plenty of activity. The refrigerator and freezer were huge! We bought a lot of ice to keep the kegs cold and the freezer held all of our ice no problem. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes and all the kitchenware you need. We cooked everyday and the bbq worked great. The bedrooms were nice and the beds where comfortable. All 14 of us had our own beds which was nice. Great for big groups and real close to explore all of Saratoga. I will be booking again! James

My buddies and I all had a great time staying here. Garth was super helpful and quick to respond with any questions or with anything we needed help with. At times the water pressure in the showers were weak, but other times it was fine. Overall I would absolutely stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

House was spacious and clean with a great layout and activities. Kitchen was huge and had everything you could need. Perfect view of the lake and sunsets from the deck. Also a very relaxing & quiet spot down on the lake dock. Only a short drive to get to downtown & the racetrack. Bedrooms were quiet to sleep even with others up in the common areas. Owner was super responsive. Check in / check out was a breeze.

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend away (there was 14 of us in total). I think the pictures of the house depicted it perfectly and I loved that everyone had plenty of room and a bed to sleep in! Garth was very responsive to any question I had and prompt as well, which made checking in and checking out a breeze. My only concern is that since the house is located right across the street from the lake, there are a mass amount of bugs everywhere (all over the doors, the deck, etc.). Even when we pulled up there were bugs all over every single door and you could see dead bugs in the light fixtures on the ceiling so cleaning wise I think it could have been a little cleaner overall. However I would still recommend staying here with a large group. The beds were comfy and the location cannot be beat! You are close to great restaurants, the lake, the race track, etc.
