About this house rental

This beautiful and private all season home is located on the west side of the historic Saratoga Lake. The house was recently built (finished in early 2021) and is situated off a quiet, private road and is awaiting your stay! This property is under new ownership as of October 2024. When you rent this property you will be able to walk out the back patio door and bask in the beauty of Saratoga lake only feet away! The property is wonderfully landscaped with an oversized bluestone patio (with a hot-tub, gas fire pit, dining table, and chaise lounges). The property boasts 70 feet of spacious level lakefront manicured lawn with beautiful flowers and picturesque scenery. We feature our 80-foot private dock ( in the summer) where you can fish, swim, or relax with your toes in the water while enjoying the magnificent view, Ice fishing is fun in the winter also! Kayak rentals available (in the summer ) to explore the lake or the nooks and crannies of Kayaderosseras Creek, the entrance of which is only a few hundred feet from our dock! We offer upon request the ability to bring your own boat and enjoy your days tubing, water skiing, or just relaxing out on the lake. In the mornings, enjoy the breathtaking views and peaceful sunrises (and perhaps even a visit from a blue heron) while eating breakfast in front of the wall-to-wall lake-view windows at our Amish-made rustic wooden dining table or out on our upper-level deck. After cooking your meals in our fully stocked kitchen or on our gas grill, catch up with your guests in front of our spacious gas fire pit. We have an excellent private chef that we can help you coordinate for additional price. Escape by reading a book, playing games, or enjoying a movie on our Smart TV in one of two living rooms in our exceptionally clean and comfortable two-story home. At night, retreat to one of our four bedrooms (two upstairs, two downstairs), each of which includes natural light, comfortable beds (one king and three queen-size), and extra blankets and pillows. There is a washer and dryer upstairs for your convience. Rest assured that your safety and security are in the forefront of our minds (smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, outside-only home perimeter cameras, including the hot tub area, and a Ring doorbell). Please review out lease Agreement attached to this listing. While our property is private and secluded our location is easily accessible to the Northway, and we are only 7 minutes from the Saratoga casino/ Race Course, 10 min to downtown. We had such an excellent stay at Denise and Tim's house in Saratoga Springs. The house is beautiful, new and well decorated. The four bedrooms are large and the master bathroom includes a washer and dryer. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you could need, plus a gas grill on the outdoor deck. The hottub worked great and we made good use of the kayaks, canoe, paddle boards. Denise and Tim were available for any questions we had at any time including over the weekend. We were so happy we chose to rent this house for our trip to Saratoga. We would have no doubt staying here again in the future. Very much recommend.

A beautiful home with all the amenities. The area is so quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently located to hiking, horse racing, museums, shopping, and dining. This was our second time here and loved every minute!

This was our 1st time visiting Saratoga Springs, and it did not disappoint! If we could have stayed at the house the entire time we would have, it was a gorgeous property. But there is so much to do in the area, we had to split our time. Thank you!

Golf getaway with friends, we stayed at a home that could be the nicest home on Saratoga lake. Proximity to everything was 5 minutes. Very pleased with the whole experience.

The moment you walk through the beautiful front glass door into the living room... that view! Took our breath away. This is the perfect Saratoga rental - So clean, new and very well appointed. My family and I had such a relaxing visit. The photos don't do it justice! This home is perfection. We will be back!!

This home is so beautiful!! Highly recommend for a great location. The host was very helpful with providing information about finding the place and parking. The only thing it could need is more mirrors if possible :) other than that, it was great! Wish I could have coffee on the deck every morning

Everything about this property and overall stay exceeded our expectations. The view of the lake from the top floor was beautiful. The patio space and hot tub were amazing. It was the perfect place for our family to relax together and recharge. Hopefully we will be back soon!

This was our second trip to this spectacular home. The house sits directly on Saratoga Lake. The home is beautifully designed and well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need to make yourself at home, The views from the deck and the patio are breathtaking. The house is immaculate and the beds are so comfortable. The house was absolutely perfect for our group, and hosts Denise and Tim were so incredibly accommodating and helpful. Everything was top notch! The house was immaculate and had all the comforts of home. The area is very quiet and tranquil. The home offers amazing views from multiple rooms . This home was truly a relaxing oasis with all it’s amenities . Very close to the track and downtown Saratoga. The only downfall is that my husband and I wished we stayed longer. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property while visiting family in the area. The home has been thoughtfully done and has every amenity one could wish for! We had a great time enjoying the incredible lake views. Denise and Tim were incredibly hospitable, friendly and easy to communicate with before we arrived and during our stay. My sisters, nieces and I had a wonderful time on our girls weekend to celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday. What an amazing house this was… beautifully built, decorated and appointed with all high end amenities (from the appliances to the silverware). Not a detail was missed and the lake was spectacular! Denise was wonderful to work with and even though she lives right next door, was not intrusive at all. Anything you needed, she took care of. Any question you had, she answered. In my opinion, if you don’t rent this house when you come to Saratoga Springs, your making a huge mistake. Thank you Denise for a great weekend. We will definitely be back!

We were a family of four with two kids ages 7 and 8. We spent a long weekend here and had a amazing time. The kids loved the hot tub and we loved the gas fireplace overlooking the water! Beautiful new home right on the shores of Saratoga Lake and only 10 minutes from the Track or downtown. The perfect location. Well furnished, well stocked and very comfortable. Owners are welcoming and helpful. Views are incredible and you have your own blue heron who stops by daily for a visit.

The house is even better in reality than in the pictures! The first thing you see after entering the house is the most stunnig view of the lake through an enormous sliding door opening into a large terrace. The interior is clean and tastefully furnished. The cherry on top is the owner - Denise was responsive, kind and very accommodating. I highly recommend her house!

Our family had a fantastic time at this beautiful lakefront property hosted by Denise and Tim! Denise and Tim were the perfect hosts: communicated clearly, were available if we had any questions, and made our family feel welcomed in their vacation home. The home itself is beautiful, clean, thoughtfully appointed and THOSE VIEWS ARE STUNNING! We are now hoping that we'll be able to go back in the summer to take advantage of a different season at this property!

When planning a family trip to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday, we immediately thought of this rental home in Saratoga Springs because other family members have stayed at Denise and Tim’s property. Their experience seemed so serene and just what we were looking for. From the beginning of the process, Denise made me feel this was going to be such a positive experience for our family. The home is absolutely stunning and Denise and Tim welcomed us and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Everything about the house and setting is perfect. Our entire family was so happy to stay at this magnificent home and grounds where Denise and Tim thought of everything we would need for our stay.
