Enjoy your very own spacious and sunny three bedrooms, three bathroom townhome in the exclusive Windsor Hills Resort. Your Disney Home offers a Disney theme bedroom for the Kids.
Decorated with special care to be child-friendly. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and its own flat-screen TV ! The upstairs master suite features a king-sized bed. Also upstairs is the Disney-themed bedroom suite with two twin beds. On the lower level, the third bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed. The great room is equipped with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. Your family will enjoy their favorite meals in our dining set that can accommodate six guests and three in the stools in the breakfast bar.
We provide free Internet access, free unlimited long-distance and international phone calls are also included. For those traveling with young children, this is the place for you! We provide a Pack N Play playpen, stroller, bed-rail, and highchair free of charge. We have even taken care of basic baby-proofing, like covering outlets and providing a gate at the top of the stairs.

We stayed 5 days while we were in Orlando for a cheer competition at ESPN Wide World of Sports. The location of Windsor Hills is very convenient to Disney properties. The location of the townhome within Windsor Hills was perfect. It was an easy 5-min walk to the Clubhouse. The townhome was very clean and well-stocked. Ana was extremely responsive to all our needs. I had read reviews that it got hot, we stayed in late April-early May and this was not an issue at all for us. The temperature was set to 72, each bedroom had a fan and the townhome always felt cool.

We really enjoyed our stay! The complex has a lot to offer with the pools, arcade and more. We went over Christmas break and our kids were excited to see Santa at the pool. We loved having our own private swimming pool as well. The condo was nicely stocked with everything that we needed for our stay. We will definitely look to book again on our next trip to Orlando.

We LOVED the neighborhood and amenities of this condo. My kids especially loved the pool and splash pad.
The condo was clean and well stocked. There was more than enough room for my family of 4.
The downstairs queen bed was more comfortable than the king bed upstairs and the couch was a little creaky. My kids loved the Mickey bedroom though.

The condo was great for what we needed for attending the college dance team Nationals. Our only issues were that the towels smelled like they were left wet too long in the laundry OR they actually weren’t washed with soap. The check out process included starting the washer with the towels and there was no soap left for that, so we only thought maybe there wasn’t any soap for the previous tenants as well. The primary bed needs some attention: the mattress needs to be replaced…the topper is not the same size as the mattress so it’s not really helping and the left side creaks with every movement. The condo is septic, which is fine but the smell permeates throughout…we bought some plug ins and that alleviated the issue

The house was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfy and the splash pad/pool area for the resort was amazing. Host was very responsive and helpful. Great location especially for Disney. Walmart and lots of places to eat near the house.
The check-in process at the gate was a bit much. We had to add someone as a guest for our stay for them to be let in to see us for a few hours. The AC could not be adjusted below 72 and it was kinda warm for sleeping at night. We had to turn the fan on to make it more comfortable. The pool at the house should not be called a pool. It was very small. More like a built in hot tub or something. Couches were uncomfortable and very thin cushions. Very limited parking at the house (only one spot) but did have extra parking around the corner.

We had a very nice stay at the townhome. Property was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Paid for the pool heat and the kids were able to enjoy a night swim everyday we were there. The dryer was not working while we were there which was a big inconvenience; however, the property manager was very communicative during the stay.

Location was great, however we were not aware of the unworking dryer.
The property was dirty. The towels were musty and I do not think they cleaned the bed sheets as the pillow still had makeup on it when I turned it around.

Excellent property. Very roomy. Zero issues. Pool and amenities are great. Very secure. 2 miles from Disney and maybe 15 miles from Universal. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. The only thing I recommend is not to leave Disney between 4-6 in the afternoon. Traffic on 192 is very heavy at that time.

This property was very clean, very comfortable. It had everything we needed. Great location, the pool was perfect for my family. We loved being able to walk to the main pain and use all the facilities there. We definitely look to book again in the future!

Disney Stay
We enjoyed our Windsor Hills condo very much. It was clean but a little lacking on toilet paper, and supplies from others we have stayed in. Very cute condo. We were a little disappointed that to have the pool heated and cleaned required an extra $25 a night venmo to host. As it turned out we were too busy to use it but one night. With small children we felt the need to have it heated though. Would recommend to others!

NOT COMFORTABLE!
Watch out for the penny pincher! The owner has the thermostat locked down so you can't put it at a comfortable level. We visited in March, which is somewhat cool in Florida, but it's humid. The owner has a temperature lockout on the thermostat , but has no accommodation for running the A/C to drop the humidity. When it's hot outside, this may not be an issue (since the A/C will naturally run more), but for us it was a major problem. The first night was almost unbearable, and there were a couple of other nights that were just "unpleasant" with the fan running. I don't normally even write reviews, but this is important. It is not mentioned in the description, and after staying at a lot of VRBOs, this is the first time I've ever experienced this. Everything else was OK, but this severely overshadows anything else I can say about the place. The plugs in the master bath didn't work, and resetting the GFCI didn't bring them back. I assume they'll be fixed after I left, but it wasn't a big deal for us since there's a nice mirror in the master bedroom to use with the hair dryer. The owner was quick to message me back about that, but I told them not to worry about it while I was there, so I'm not taking off any stars for that. All the removed stars are due to the lack of climate control.

Comfortable getaway
Booking,Check in, communication with property owner were all smooth and easy. Very nice and helpful owners.
Cleanliness of home could have been better. Linens & towels had a weird moldy odor to them. Limited amount of towels and very poor quality.
Beds have poor quality linens on them. Mattresses are all comfortable.
Kitchen is fully stocked with pots,pans and Utensils. Some are broken but can be used.
Lots of baby supplies but we did notice a broken baby gate. If you're staying here and have a little one you will need a baby gate for the stairs.
Pool area is VERY SMALL and patio furniture needs cleaning and updated.
The AC system setup is the absolute worst. The entire house never gets to a COLD comfortable temperature. The downstairs always feels a good 10 degrees warmer. We enjoy a FREEZING setting at night for sleep. Not possible at this property.
We will definetly stay in this community again just not at this property. The owners need to invest in making it a bit more comfortable for their guest.

We loved the condo complex. Our kids had so much fun in the personal pool, which has a very safe kid-safety gate. The condo complex has a great pool/splash pad/playground as well. The condo was equipped with so many family-friendly items like packing plays, strollers and a high chair. The toddler rail was not functional and my toddler actually fell out of bed, but there was an extra pack n play that we were able to use.
We appreciated having so many towels and linens. The condo is very sparse - it would be nice to at least stock it with toilet paper, salt and pepper and dish soap...some very basic items would go a long way.
Close to Disney - although the property description says "2 miles to Disney" it's not quite accurate. On the roads it's about 8 miles/20 min to magical kingdom.
Even though there were a couple tiny things that would have made the condo better, altogether we loved this property and would definitely stay again! Thank you so much!

Enjoyable vacation spot!
My family had a great stay at this property. There was plenty of space for all of us and we enjoyed having private bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone. It was very family friendly and we enjoyed that they provided a pack n play and high chair for our little one. We all enjoyed the pool too! The resort community was fantastic and we enjoyed the amenities of the pool, slide and convenience store on property as well. The only downside was that we thought we would be in walking distance of shops/restaurants but we were not and required a taxi/Uber to get from place to place, which was not a big deal, but it took some time for the taxis to get through security, so just allow for extra time and you will be fine. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again. Thanks!!

Not as good as it could have been
Location is great and the community has nice amenities especially for children. This particular unit was fair. The primary sofa has a cushion that is squished to non existence where you are sitting on the frame. A prior visitor complained about this in a review so I contacted the owner and she explained that they had replaced the sofa with a brand new one. That was not what we experienced- it was well worn and unusable. Lastly, we find one major benefit to vrbos is the convenience of a basic pantry and simple cleaning supplies. We have been to approximately a half dozen vacation rentals by owner and have never seen a less stocked property. Expect nothing. Not even salt and pepper, a sponge or 99 cent dish washing liquid. Granted you will get a roll of toilet paper and a small chip of soap (of course they had spot removal cleaner to protect their property but nothing for the convenience of guests.).Low price = lower your expectations. Consider spending $20-$40 more for something really nicely furnished.

Absolutely Wonderful Property
This Townhouse is outstanding!! Its the perfect layout for extended families to stay. Kids and Parents can stay upstairs and the In-Laws have their own privacy and suite downstairs. It has everything you need and then some. From the bed rails to the strollers its all there! It was easy to book and the owners are a pleasure to rent from! The Magic Kingdom is about a 15 minute car ride and when we go back to Disney we will be sure to rent this townhouse again!!

Perfect Size, Value, and Location.
This was our second stay in Windsor Hills. It's a great location for getting to the Disney parks in under 15 minutes. The last unit we rented was a whole villa, which was nice but way more space than we needed to pay for. This townhouse is the perfect size if you're going to spend most of your days at the parks anyway. For 4 adults (Parents and Grandparents) and two kids (4 and 8), I think this is the best value around. Way more comfortable the smallish Disney rooms at half the price. The unit was clean and had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable.

Excellent vacation home
Utterly impressed with this townhouse. Clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen and closets...all you need is your luggage. We loved the pool in the backyard and swam every night. We truly felt at home here and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
