This was the perfect location to spend a holiday with our family. The cabin was spacious and well equipped. The outdoor spaces were perfect, and our grandson loved the swing set/playground. So very convenient to have a generous supply of items like paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry soap on hand. The fully stocked kitchen had all the utensils and appliances we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner! The fire pit, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, horse shoes, and ladder golf were all In a beautiful wooded setting. We could not have asked for a more perfect holiday long weekend!

Convenient to everything, yet secluded. This cabin is FANTASTIC! From the yard games, to the hot tub, to the amazing amount of space (inside and outside), to the VERY COMFORTABLE beds, and stocked kitchen, this cabin has ALL you need. We will definitely stay here again when visiting BB!

Great location. Beautiful home, well stocked and very comfortable. Would highly recommend this rental. The only negative was the road going to the house. Lots of potholes and very rough.

We all had a great time with the family the place was beautiful and very comfortable. If I had any complaints it would be I don’t understand why you hold the deposit for so long and the road getting into the area was really bad. Other than that 5***** in my book!!!

This cabin has everything you would want or need for a great family getaway. It was spacious enough for everyone to have plenty of room to relax, enjoy the hot tub, smores by the fire, or just soak in the outdoors on the deck. We absolutely loved the property and location. The beds were so comfortable. We could have just stayed there. We will book this one again. Thank you.

For starters, it was exactly as pictured…...beautiful!! A few things not working, but that was made aware to us, and the others were fixed shortly after we let them know. Truly enjoyed all the outdoor entertaining space and the activities for the grown ups and kids. We had three families, 6 adults and 8 kids. The house accommodations were perfect for our group! Have shared with all our friends and look forward to coming back again! Thanks for having us!

Everything was amazing the beds were super soft and comfortable all of them even the bunkbed room, the host Julie was so helpful and easy to get in contact with. I highly recommend this place everything was amazing.

Spent Memorial Day Weekend here. It was parents, adult kids and grandkids. The cabin accommodated us well. Had everything we needed. We did order the 1/4th ric of firewood for our stay and how nice that it was delivered there for us. We enoyed the porches, fire pit, hot tub and slept well at night.

We had an excellent experience from communication with the property before we arrived to the moment we arrived. The house is gorgeous. We were here in December and the house was beautifully decorated. It even had 2 Christmas trees. The house was spotless. Perfect for couples and a cute little loft on the top floor for little ones. The two walk in showers are amazing. Plenty of hot water to go around. We enjoyed the fire pit outside. It was nice being able to order the wood ahead of time. We ordered a lot, not realizing the indoor fire place was gas. It's close to restaurants and the park. We loved the location.

The home was very nice & clean as expected from the listing. There’s no garbage disposal therefore dishes was extra—highly recommend adding one. Kitchen was stocked with lots of cookware. The septic tank backed up therefore we were unable to use amenities for several hours and no shower. House mgmt did get a pump truck out in timely manner. The odor from the backed up septic was awful and co tied lingering until check out We were unable to use the outside areas due to smell. Next time, I’d like to stay at one of the homes with a fishing pond for kids. Nice property tho for large groups.

Only one concern.

Only one concern.

First we had a great time and most likely will stay again. We loved out time at Iron Stone, however had one concern regarding the height of the guardrail from the loft to the main floor on the wall side. Parents were concerned about kids falling over the rail to the basement area. Seemed like a safety issue that the owners would want to address. That being said, it's a beautiful property I pray someone will leave me in their will. :)

Unfortunately, the Iron Stone Lodge has significantly raised the bar for booking family vacations in VRBO's. It will become the new standard for measuring the quality of a rental. The house was awesome and the amenities great. The huge yard was a plus. Whether it was sitting around the campfire roasting marshmallows (only got to do that once due to rain every day) or playing horseshoes and ladder golf - it was nice to have space to spread out. Our grandson loved the miniature pool (hot tub) and the play set. The location in Hochatown was really convenient to multiple restaurants and attractions. The only negatives are noise does travel within the house, so if someone is still asleep everyone else needs to be pretty quiet. Also, it would be nice to have a small room fan for the loft. The temperature was fine, but it lacked air circulation. Overall, it was a great house and I would love to rent it again the next time we come to Broken Bow

Much Needed Getaway at a Place That Has it All

Three families stayed in this house for a much needed getaway. We chose this house because it had EVERYTHING! From the jacuzzi, to the fire pit, to the playground, to the wet bar area, to the showers and tub, to the air hockey table- everything was perfect. Just to clarify there are four bedrooms NOT including the loft area with bunk beds. So, three king bedrooms, one queen bedrooms and the loft area with two twin beds and two double beds. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. The only things that were a bit surprising to us is you could hear the road noise and the party noise from the Main Street in Hochatown and the cabins were closer together than we had expected, but it wasn’t awful.

Easily accommodated ourselves, 3 grown children & their children (grands). Already planning our next getaway. In love with this property. Can’t wait to return!

I’m OCD, and this property was cleaner than I thought it would be. Initially, before arrival, this was one of my main concerns, but everything seemed really clean. I, however, wipe down whatever is applicable when I stay anywhere, and spray Lysol(even prior to COVID), but let’s just say, “I would stay here again”. I did hear a few gun shots(sounded like a shot gun) at night, not sure if that’s normal, but other than that the area seems peaceful.

We needed a January getaway and this cabin was perfect for 6 adults and 4 kiddos. There was something for everyone and a super close drive to activities in town. The grill was charcoal, not gas, which was unexpected since most cabins we visit have gas, but it was easy to go pick up some charcoal since everything is so close.

We only stayed 2 nights but it was a great place our kids were never bored there were plenty of games and outdoor activities. This cabin is very luxurious and detailed. I will say I am very impressed with the amenities it had as well as a full stocked kitchen. The owner/manager of the house Julie was a great person to work with and any questions we had were dealt with quickly. We will be staying again in the future. We really loved this place. Definitely if we had to scale this cabin it would be beyond a 10.
