Ideal location, large property, staff very helpful and friendly, took feedback well, property in need of some TLC, damp is an issue in main bathroom, cleaning could be better, carpets stained and tired looking, no batteries in clocks, and a few other little things that would've made it the perfect stay, staff did say they would try to improve the property, would stay again 😊

Very spacious property and within easy reach to local amenities. I highly recommend the property.

The property is spacious (6 adults, plus baby and dog) and is in a quiet neighbourhood as well as in an ideal situation, 5 mins from a beautiful beach.
We knew beforehand that the water pressure wouldn't be great so it didn't come as a surprise.
We had a lovely family weekend which left us with lots of laughter and memories.

Lovely spacious bungalow, perfect for those with mobility issues too.
Clean and warm and walking distance to takeaways, pub and bus routes etc.
Huge kitchen, nice welcome pack, massive master bedroom with ensuite, bar area in livingroom, 2 dining tables seating 8ppl in total, great large twin room, smaller double bed a little bouncy so you roll into the middle 😆 large master double perfect, smaller seperate twin room at the front of the house was so bright and airy and such very lovely room it just needs a door curtain for privacy but we used a blanket whilst changing etc. A bath also in the main bathroom was a bonus too. Gsrden area very peaceful listening to the sea late at night, highly recommend had a loverly sunny week at Sunningdale we will be back.

We were a bit worried when we read the reviews, but when we got there we got a friendly welcome and pack, the cottage was perfect for our needs, not everyone likes the same thing, great location close to all amenities, things go wrong sometimes just as it does at home don’t be too hard on people, one thing there is no longer a back garden been changed into a car park, the decking is still there and enclosed, need to update in cottages .com, lovely and warm don’t know about the WiFi we are old so don’t use it😂

The place was very roomy and big enough for us all . There was a problem with the hot water where it came out of the taps at boiling point . Very dangerous and I scalded my hand . The beds were very uncomfortable and made very loud noises when moving around . Both these had been pointed out in feedback to the owner in the welcome book from previous guests on many occasions . Mr Whiley was very pleasant and helpful when needed . The sofas were very uncomfortable and low down making it difficult to get up . The freezer had not been defrosted in a very long time the kitchen was well equipped for our needs and was the only room in the house that was quite modern. The place needs some updating . Overall we had a good holiday and we would stay again if the above is sorted out .

Nice bungalow but beds a bit hard and broadband connection none existant. Unable to connect and no help from the managing company. Bad but when the mobile connection is also bad makes for a frustrating lack of communication

Absolutely beautiful and spacious bungalow with plenty of room for 8 of us, a dog and a baby.
Absolutely beautiful and spacious bungalow with plenty of room for 8 of us, a dog and a baby. The location is literally on the beach via the carpark through the back gate. The owners were lovely and left us a welcome pack with cereal coffee tea milk bread and most important - a bottle of wine! Shops are two minutes away and the beach is very quiet and dog friendly. Back yard has decking and furniture and the en suite was amazing. Only quibble was the WiFi which I told the owner on the guest book how to fix. Plenty of things to do in chapel st Leonard's and we even saw seals swimming next to us near the shore. Will definitely book again. X

Fantastic location for families.
Fantastic location for families. Everything on your door step but far enough away to be private. Amenities that we used were very good.
The accommodation is very big and spacious. Great kitchen. Good bedrooms. Parts of the accommodation are better than others but on the whole its good and great value for money. The owner was very helpful.
We will be booking again for next year.
