We had a lovely week using Rowanlea Cottage as a base for exploring this part of Scotland.

We had a lovely week using Rowanlea Cottage as a base for exploring this part of Scotland. The cottage was lovely and roomy and had all the facilities we needed for an enjoyable break away. Only problem was the top shelf of the dishwasher which took some mastering, and had to get a lighter for the cooker hob. However these were minor things and the cottage was well equipped with all we needed. Would definetly recommend it as a stay near the beautiful beaches at Nairn. Impeccably clean with everything that we needed.

Impeccably clean with everything that we needed. Comfy beds, good showers. The dishwasher is only half-size though so take plenty of tablets. Friendly and helpful owners, who very quickly solved a small issue we had. Handy location within walking distance of shops and the beach. Lovely sandy and quiet beach. Some great days out very close by - Cawdor Castle, Culloden Battlefield. Great location for visiting Inverness and Loch Ness. We would definitely recommend this cottage and area, especially in the current situation with coronavirus. We felt very safe there. Thank you for a lovely week's stay :-) Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Beautifully clean cottage in lovely Nairn. Really comfortable place to stay, well equipped and good space. Great for touring local area and beaches. Dolphins in Moray Firth were a highlight. A temperamental dishwasher shelf then a problem with a broken fridge but owner tried hard to fix for us. Would recommend Rowanlea and hope to be back.
