Lovely accommodation.
Lovely accommodation. Small, compact but everything you need for a small break next to the coast. We are a family of 4 and a lab, kids loved being near the beach, wonderful dog walks along the coast path into town. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Chalet is compact but fine for 2 adults and a dog.
Chalet is compact but fine for 2 adults and a dog. Very clean - kitchen and bathroom had been recently refurbished so oven, dishwasher, shower, toilet etc were new.Well equipped with utensils, washing up liquid, kitchen towel, handwash and plenty of cleaning products provided. The chalet has an elevated position so although we couldn't see the sea there was a nice view over the holiday park. Unoverlooked. Very convenient for walking the dog. Highly recommended

Lovely and clean and everything you need for your stay only downside is not much storage space in bedroom or space to get into the double bed, so ok for 2 but would feel crowded for 4 adults staying.

Excellent accommodation overall.
Excellent accommodation overall.
The only minor drawback was lack of storage space. To be fair there is no practical way to improve this, as long as it is offered for 4 adults. All floor space is fully covered by recreation/ kitchen and two bedrooms. No space in the bedrooms for wardrobes.
Great location, easy to walk into Cromer, either by road or along the cliff path.
Bus stop nearby.

Cottage was compact with everything we needed.
Cottage was compact with everything we needed. Having £10 of electricity supplied was gratefully appreciated, we only needed to add another £4 for the week and we had the heaters on full whack as it was a cold week. Parking areas are close to the chalets and there are two lovely woodland walks via the park at the back of the site. I wish we stayed longer to explore more! Close to sea and walkways down to the coast line. Cromer is probably about half a mile walk from the site via the park at the back then follow the footpath from there or via Warren Woods.
No shops within walking distance for local food. Makes an excellent base. Highly recommend for what it is. Would definitely return!
