Absolutely lovely!

The bed was super comfy, there is a small supermarket close by and you have all the kitchen utensils you need to cook anything. The sunset view's are just absolutely stunning. You even get a discount code in the apartment to do a boat's trip along the coast line.

That my stay couldn't be longer.

Niente , ce ne siamo andati

Struttura fatiscente e degradata , sembrava abbandonata da anni . Erba alta e secca con rifiuti depositati ovunque, piastrelle rotte ,ambiente insalubre pieno di umidità e cattivo odore ,ai limiti del respiro, Sia nell appartamento che all interno della struttura stessa. La vista dalla camera da letto era una piscina vuota e piena di rifiuti. Coperte e lenzuola che puzzavano . Bagno indecente . Siamo restati una notte solo il tempo per riorganizzare un altro soggiorno e siamo ripartiti. Consegnate le chiavi il sig Alexander ci ha rassicurati che avrebbe provveduto al rimborso dell importo pagato tramite booking peccato che tutto questo non è mai successo. Ancora si fa negare al telefono. Credo che una “struttura”di questo tipo non sia affittabile tantomeno in europa. Mai vista una cosa del genere viaggiando anche in paesi con standard qualitativi più bassi mi chiedo come possa circolare su Booking una desolazione di questo tipo. Vacanza rovinata e ulteriori soldi spesi Oltre la beffa di essere fregati due volte rassicurandoci di riaccreditare L importo speso e non utilizzato e poi non accettare la richiesta fatta da Booking .

VERY run down! No lights in hallways. Strange smell as soon as you walked in hallway. Pull-out couch was dirty & uncomfortable to sleep on. TV didn’t work. Kitchen chairs were dirty. Entire property needs to be renovated.

The location was excellent, close to the beach with an amazing view.

The building is old and the smell is unpleasant. A lot of mold in the bathroom. The windows do not have insect nets.

Location looks kind of central

The building/apartment is in terrible condition, musty smell, dirty, long corridors leading to room that doesn't feel safe. Looks like something out of a thriller movie. Would not recommend! The pictures are VERY misleading. We arrived at midnight otherwise we would be staying somewhere else.

It was adorable and right by the beach. Comfy bed and nicely sized apartment.

Dirty shower curtain, AC didn’t work in the bedroom, property itself was rundown and dirty.

Good location, different feel than the pictures onsite

The location is excelent for the beach, but not excelent for the city center. A 30 min walk will get you there. Also the host was nice and very accomodating. It felt very quiet. I am sure that a room with view over the beach makes the experience more pleasurable.

Building was poorly upkept. Going to the room and from the room to the beach felt awkard, like being in a thriller. Long corridors, poor lighting, a drained pool. They all took away from the beauty of the location. I was expecting something else from the pictures. In fact is a hotel that looks like any time soon it's going to close and nobody invest in it. Also, for wifi you have to leave the room and go in the hallway.

the air conditioning was not working, and it was very uncomfortable because it was very hot and there was only one fan for 4 people. this is impossible because there were two people in the room and days in the room

everything! calm place close to the beach with an amazing view. Excellent place to stay with a good aerea.

it would be even better if it had an air conditioning in the rooms. sometimes were too hot on the rooms or too cold in the house because we needed to use the air conditioning from the living room to freshen up the rooms. But I understand we got some very hot days and maybe it was an exceptional case.

close to the beach. nothing else.

never felt safe as doors wouldn’t lock, owner didn’t seem to care. view wasn’t the best. false advertisement as photos weren’t the same as the place. broken plug sockets, hole in the wall. bed uncomfortable.

Superb

Fantastic place: apartment with huge taras is great for Sunsets as it has great view on the Ocean. Appartment is not far away from the city - we have both calm and access to the shops, restos etc. Joao welcomed us waiting for us with keys and was vey communicative along our stay.
