Beautiful Beach Cottage in Quonnie. 3 Bedroom 2 bath. Sleeps 7 comfortably. All new furnishings. Washer and Dryer. Flat Screen TV with cable and wireless internet. Central air conditioning. Nice Outdoor shower. Comes with private beach parking pass for parking next to Blue Shutters Beach. Or bike down to the Beach. Beach chairs, bikes, and boogie boards are included.

This house was exactly as advertised. We've stayed in the area for years so knew what to expect and everything worked out great. We had young kids with us and naps and beach time worked out well. Already talking about next year.

We had a great time at this Charlestown beach house! The house was great (my kids loved the bunk beds!) and it was a 2 minute drive to the private beach parking lot near blue shutters . We also really enjoyed the fire pit at night. Thanks!

Adorable Quonnie like cottage. Upset new Poland spring refill not done as too heavy for us to do and bottle almost completely empty. Would like QEBA pass but Saca not n=bad option. Beach cooler way too dirty to use and no hose to watch things out etc. overall I liked it.

This property has ample room for a family. We were 4 adults and 3 children and a corgi. Beds were comfortable. A big plus is central air conditioning, two bathrooms washer and dryer, outdoor shower and well equipped kitchen. The only thing we would like but knew we could not get here was a place closer to the beach. It is mile down the road so we needed to use our vehicle to bring all our stuff to the associations beach. I do recommend this property if you don't mind not being right on the beach or even a block away. .

We enjoyed the house very much. The layout is quirky due to the additions over time to the original footprint of the house, but that added to the beach-house fun feeling. Kitchen was well appointed for cooking, beds were comfy. The outside shower was perfect after long days on the beach and the kids appreciated being able to get on WiFi!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this clean, well equipped vacation home. The home was comfortably and roomy. The fire pit in the back yard gave us hours of fun, and some delicious s'mores! The nearby private beach was enjoyed by all of us. I highly recommend this home away from home.
