Pathetic

On the beach.

We booked an Independent bunglow and we were not provided with it, staff told us the bunglows are occupied and gave another room which was of less price. AC does not work during the day. Food does not have any taste, no salt-no spice. Room alloted to us was similar to a godown.

False advertising, grossly overpriced

Water pressure was strong, good hot water. Obviously the location is excellent, in the middle of Patnem Beach, steps from the water. Staff was helpful enough, particularly after we lost the miniscule room key on the beach.

Definitely not "Deluxe"! False advertising, didn't get what we booked, promises were not fulfilled. Originally it seemed like they couldn't find our booking, and we were herded into a little-used back shack. We specifically booked a room for two big guys, with two double beds, but this didn't materialise. Manager promised to set up two beds, that never happened - apparently because we were out all day. Only one pillow. Bathroom broken - hose not working. No soap. While driving south to Patnem, I sent a message confirming the double beds, and asking about parking. Odd reply from manager, misspelled: that we should "Cancel booking". Our particular room was a complete rip off - 3-4x the price for such a room elsewhere. By comparison, later we found a great poolside room at a nearby 3-star resort that included breakfast - for the same price.

Horrible, dirty place, owner doesn't care he just wants money that is it.

Had to walk through the sand with suitcase to reach the beach shack. no help received. everything in the room was dirty. the owner spoke no English. payment by cash or google pay only, he did not have a card machine. He provided no bill but just a handwritten piece of paper. Totally overcharged. I paid INR 8000 even for New Year it was overcharged. no service was provided, not even hot water in the room. the entire room and bathroom was a makeshift.

Great relaxing stay

Beach front property. Good staff.but the restaurant was closed when we stayed. Got fresh towels and drinking water once only in our 3day stay🙂

Nothing. Expensive stay but total waste of money. Not at all clean. Worstest stay ever.

Bathroom not clean. Room not clean. Old materials. No maintenance. No resturant. Not sure why this expensive. Not sure why booking.com encourage this stay. Only one socket. No AC.

Direct on the beach for exceptional low price - Very Happy

180 degree beach view. Room and balcony on the beach. Super service round the clock. Huge bed of about 180x180 cm, room about 5x5 meter, sea side full window front. I don't think you find a better one for that price. Very happy 🥰

Amazing stay at Mountain Palm Patnem Beach

The ambience was amazing. This is a beach side property.Behaviour of Ramnath, who is all in all there is very nice and polite. He managed everything on the beach for my birthday celebration. Food was great as well. Patnem beach of south Goa has the most amazing view.

MOUNTAIN PALM BEACH RESORT, PATNEM- THANK YOU

The location of the property is mind blowing. The sea view front, the restaurant, sunshade, beach bench etc all are available for use. The staff are very co operative, friendly and they keep the premises always hygienic. I must thank Mr RAMNATH who is proprietor of the property has looked after us for every single request. At the last me and my family want to express only ' A BIG THANK YOU ' to all of you.

Very good

The hosts (Ramnath and Family) are as good as the views are from these cottages. In my opinion, these cottages are meant to provide you with basic comforts/facilities so that you can freshen up/sleep in the rooms when you take a break from relaxing at the beach or shacks. Beaches are clean and well maintained. There are at least two life guards keeping an eye out through out the day! I would love to visit again and definitely recommend this place!

Maybe think about getting stable electricity supply so that the ac/fans can be utilised through out the day/night. The rooms heat up during the day.
