Decent place, ask all info before arriving

Bang opposite the beach, sea-facing room. Staff intentions were good The room was spacious

Intentions don't matter if you're going to complete noisy work at the expense of our tranquility. Will never come to Goa before 15 Nov. Definitely ask before coming if they have completed all work or they will be clanging and drilling during your stay. The bathroom could have been cleaner. You had critters entering the bathroom from some random crevices

Liked the location and maintenance

I had booked Beachfront rooms but since I had not made advance payment they gave me standard rooms which I didn't like, even though I had confirmed so many times that I will be coming for sure they gave the Beachfront for somebody else.

Highly not recommended

Highly not recommended as this place is not the same as shown on pics. very poor service their ac does not cool no restaurant service … ruined our stay . The lady who runs the place is only for money but no basic service.

Location is super but other than that nothing is ok No soaps provided no water bottles no water to take bath no cleaning in bathrooms worst.. too costly for food also but staffs are good

Great beach vacation

Perfect location on a quieter side of the. Each. Staff extremely helpful. Our family room had two very decent size beds. Something not easy to find around.

No Parking available, ok ok Rooms, No Breakfast provided

It was right on the beach sea facing the view was really good. The room size was decent

It had no parking, we had to pay 400₹ for a overnight car parking in a nearby pay n park facility. The AC kept turning on and off as there was some electricity issue. There was no restaurant and no breakfast provided in price of 3500₹ per night. The shower in the bathroom were not in good state so very thin stream of water was available which made bathing difficult. Cleanliness should have been better too!

It's on the beach itself.its a very quiet and beautiful beach so the location itself was scenic nothing great abt this place. The hotels next to this one were even better.

No restaurant and room that we got was above the entrance. It shakes and you feel scared like it's an earthquake. U can feel it while u sleep and also sit on the toilet. The boys there had very little care about the guest at all. Even to carry the bags i had to request them many times and but i did pay him to carry them for me. I stayed for 2and half days but i paid 3 days without any issues.i checkout at 7pm hence made full payment for the 3rd as well.

Pathetic food and stay. Never recommend. Too extensive, instead stay in some 3 star hotel

location is at right place but nothing else is good

no cleanliness, pathetic service , lot of disturbance inside the room if someone walks in near by rooms, rooms are shaking and not stable, food was worst, we stopped ordering food after onion rings and lime soda itself. way too expensive for these rooms. not worth every penny. you will regret a lot for booking it. spoiled my mood.

The location is good . Poor hygiene . Power problem . Sometimes backup doesn’t work . Staff is arrogant . Food is too costly and qty is too less and bad taste . A sea view cottage cost roughly 5 k which we believe too heigh. Threre is no room service for food .

Staff is not supportive of providing adjacent rooms for family. while checking out, no one from their staff accompanied us to carry luggage to the parking, which is 200 meters away. No daily housekeeping. Hot water was not present in bathroom. Breakfast is expensive and not value for money.

Disappointing

Only the location of the stay.

Food served is not at all good. Everything is oily, bland, under cooked or overcooked. Water in the bathroom collected in one area like a pond. Owner or the staff are not courteous. Just doing away with the basics somehow and minting money only from the location.

The location and sra facing cottage was awesome other then this every thing is just a nightmare for me......

The service was very poor, the owner is very rude and dont know how to speak with customer and there is nothing like service gesture for customers. I do not recommend this hotel in my circle of friends. Also, I had clear my payment 1 day prior to check out still one of this hotel person stopped me and asked about payment in front of everyone in beach....this is embarrassing for me inspite of clear the payment in advance. They dont care about the customers they make a trick how to take more and more money from customer. According to me this hotel is not upto 1 star.
