Property very well positioned, near superbe Greenwich beach, you can leave home straight on bike trail easy access from everywhere. House well equipped with full kitchen. The house has great view on bay and PEI sceneries, spent every supper in screened porch. Only down side was no tv’s working, but we used our tablets. Overall very relaxing and equipped property that answered to our needs, a real PEI experience and we should know as wehave been going for 14 years to PEI.

A lovely home with a gorgeous view just minutes from the Greenwich section of the park (our favorite!). I’m 78 and can still do the dunes trail, but it took more out of me than 5 years ago! The house is well equipped with high quality appliances and everything else one would need. Great to have a washer and dryer. Loved reading and eating on the screened porch. The host was great responding to our questions quickly. Our only negative was not having air conditioning. Who knew there would be a heat dome over PEI during our stay! We’ve never needed a/c in St Peters the 6 times we’ve stayed in the area in the past. The house had ceiling fans in the bedrooms, good cross ventilation and standing fans that kept us comfortable when we were in front of them, but the heat was oppressive - not the host’s fault! If we return to the area, we would hope to stay here again.

Close to Greenwich National Park for walking trails and beaches. We enjoyed the screened porch with table and chairs for our evening dinner and watching the beautiful sunsets. There was a jumbled array of amenities in the kitchen but we managed to find everything we needed. Overall a good place for family vacations.

Great time was had by all and The Tyme House was a great spot to enjoy several beaches(Greenwich & Basin Head, Souris) and hikes. We also enjoyed musical events in Montague & Charlotte.

The house suited our needs as a family well. It had all the amenities we were looking for and a bonus to have three bathrooms for seven people. The location was lovely and close to recreational opportunities. It was a great opportunity for our family to be all together which was the most important factor. Thank you

This was our second stay at Tyme House, and I can only repeat what I said last year. It is a comfortable, well-appointed house, perfectly situated to enjoy and explore the "Points East" area of PEI. It features a beautiful view over St. Peter's Bay, and is near wonderful and uncrowded beaches. And, yes, you can swim, because of the warm currents. If you are looking for a place to relax, find peace and quiet, and enjoy fresh air and star filled night skies, this is it. And as an added bonus, there is John, brother of the host whose farm is adjacent, and who is a helpful source of information on all things PEI. I highly recommend Tyme House.

Anne's Cottage was a perfect fit for our extended Family of six.
It is very well appointed and near Golf and a fairly secluded National Park Beach.
Anne was a very responsive host.
Top Marks overall !

Check in was smooth and contact with host was good. Really enjoyed the screen porch for the evenings. AC was not working and bedrooms in upstairs became quite warm. All in all a very good stay

We were 4 golfers from Ontario and British Columbia. This property suited our needs very nicely. Located approximately equidistant from Crowbush Coves and Brudenell and Dundarave.
John was there to welcome us and the cottage was fully equipped for our needs. No hesitation in recommending it.

We have been making the long trip from Maryland to PEI for ten years, and Tyme House is by far the best place we have stayed. It has been tastefully and thoughtfully updated and furnished. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The upstairs bath rooms feature a jacuzzi and spacious tub, while the ground floor bathroom is fully accessible. The deck, screened porch, and the deck off of the master bedroom have wonderful views of St. Peter's Bay, and are perfect for relaxing and reading. This is a very comfortable and well-cared for property.
Tyme House is also well-located in what we consider to be the best part of PEI. There is a wide choice of uncrowded beaches, perfect for long walks, and yes, the water is warm enough to swim. Nearby are also Greenwich Park, a real gem, and the Confederation Trail, perfect for running or bike riding. The PEI sunsets are spectacular, the night sky filled with stars, and the air fresh and clean. Within a reasonable driving range of the House are restaurants offering PEI's excellent seafood.
Communication with Anne Sutherland was excellent. Her brother, John, whose farm is next door, is a wonderful resource. He has a deep knowledge of PEI and the St. Peter's Bay area, and is quick to respond to anything that might need attention.
This is truly a five star property, and ideal for anyone seeking a relaxation, peace and quiet, and the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful unspoiled part of PEI.

Our family, including our 4-year-old granddaughter spent a wonderful 4 days here. The nearby beach is fantastic, biking possibilities are great, and the peaceful and scenic surroundings are unbeatable. The house is spacious and has everything one needs. Love the screened front porch.

We were here two years ago, and really enjoyed our stay in this property in St. Peter’s Bay! The property is terrific and the owner was very nice, showed us the area, was very responsive to our questions. A beautiful location, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a great stay. We hope to return again!

Our stay at Tyme House was a wonderfully relaxing time. Two couples and two toddlers and lots of space for everyone. Great weather and we ate all our meals in the screened in sun porch. Great hospitality from our hosts and everything we could possibly need for a very restful and relaxing time

A group of five of us stayed at the property for a week. The house is perfectly situated and has all the amenities you can wish for. The location is stellar and the views very beautiful. It's peaceful, quiet, clean, modern and we had a wonderful time. John and Anne, the owners, were always available and attended to all of our needs.

Stayed from 07/02-07/10 for a friends wedding nearby. House was very clean and had all the amenities you could need including the amazing second floor balcony with incredible views of the bay. Close to beaches, shopping and golf. Highly recommended for your next PEI visit!
