Cute unit with well-stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture, bed and sofa bed. Can’t beat the location-we were able to walk to the base for a hike, had easy access to restaurants and caught an outdoor movie. Woke up to hot air balloons in full view right off the deck. Great views from the hot tub as well. Unit was clean and well cared for. Would highly recommend.

Place was pretty tiny and tight, but worked for a one night stopover. Vacasa was very immediately responsive when we couldn’t find code for pool. That should be left in unit. And it was extremely warm so we couldn’t sleep up in loft area. Had to use couch foldout in living room which was fine. Curious as to why you can’t use ceiling fan without light? Wasn’t great for sleeping! Lots of fans and a couple coolers were there so that helped, but I’d get an electrician to fix that fan issue!

Great little condo. Perfect for my wife and I for a long weekend stay great view off of the deck easy access to the mountain and the town!!

Perfect cozy condo for me and my husband to use as a base camp while in town for a wedding. Condo was as advertised, couches were comfy, and the kitchen was fully stocked. At check-in, the key code provided was wrong but Vacasa staff was able to find the right code after a few minutes. The required parking pass was not in the unit. We were told that it wasn’t needed in summer, but every other car had one displayed, so that was a little unsettling. There was no information about pool access so we had to break in every time we wanted to use the hot tub. Otherwise, great stay and we would go back.

We never got to stay in this property. Vacasa contacted us less than 24hrs before our stay to let us know the owner was staying in the property and wouldn’t honor our reservation. Vacasa had to rebook us to a new property.

Cozy condo. Just what we needed. I do recommend walking to gondola area in street shoes and use the lockers. A bit too far to walk in ski boots.

L cation made for a great stay. Beds/pillows left a bit to be desired, but would absolutely stay again!

We were so disappointed in this unit that we left three nights early.
The room has no a/c, a critical detail that is buried 540 words into the listing. The lack of A/C or meaningful airflow made the room uninhabitable— even with windows open and multiple box fans running, the room temperature reached 86 degrees (!!!). The property manager was condescending and unconcerned, replying, “This is Colorado.”
In addition to the 86 degree room, the shower head was broken, the room was dusty, and a few of the doors had some types of gouges in them.
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had as a traveler.

First, you will be on hold for hours if you have an issue. Be aware the sofa bed is broke in the middle and end. If you sit on the end you will fall through. If you sleep 2 people on it you will roll up like a taco. My kids had to sleep on the floor. We were promised a refund for the one night stay and waived cleaning fee since they couldn’t fix it. This was offered we did not ask for it. We called to ask for a repair. Because of the refund thought we had the money to leave and stay at a nearby hotel. When I called to follow up on the one nights refund the office employee offered when we called with the broken bed issue. He stated we would get our money back said “sorry my office manager said no”. We would have just spent another night on the floor had we have known we were not going to get out money back as promised rather than moving to a hotel that had enough beds to sleep 4.

Enjoyed a great stay during a quick ski trip with my college roommate. The condo’s location, decor and amenities were fantastic. Go Davidson College Wildcats!

Location is awesome, walked to/from the square each day with kids. So glad to not have to wait for a shuttle at the end of a day of skiing!
Unit itself was fantastic. We stayed there with a family of 4, two adults + two kids. It felt very clean and the layout worked great for us all week. We had planned to have the kids sleep upstairs, but the stairs were so steep that we opted to have them sleep on the sofa bed downstairs instead.
Free parking in the lot for our rental car, just be sure to get a parking pass from the office.
Hot tub and pool were nice also. Pool was heated enough for the kids to swim a couple times in the middle of the winter.
Would definitely stay here again.

Easy to access and in a great location. Inside was nice but felt very stuffy and dusty. Not to mention the stairs are break your neck steep and it would have been nice to know that beforehand.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this exceptionally cute and cozy condo. It has a retro vibe and a fabulous view of the mountain. We found it very comfortable and functional. It was overall very clean, but there were a lot of live wasps in the loft bedroom when we arrived, as well as a handful of dead bugs in the tub and on the floor in the loft. The live wasps were a little bit of a hassle to catch and remove, and they showed up again the next day, so it seems like they are getting in someplace. This definitely didn't spoil our stay, though - we had a great stay overall and would absolutely go back! Older folks, folks with disabilities, and anyone with a strong fear of heights should be forewarned that the stairs to the loft are extremely steep, more like a ladder - they add to the charm, but are definitely not for the faint of heart! We found it advisable to turn on an overhead light when needing to descend them to use the bathroom at night. Lastly, the driving directions from highway 40 provided by the host are a little misleading and need to be updated: they say "if you reach the traffic circle you've gone too far," but it turns out that a second traffic circle has been built since those directions were written, so, you do in fact need to pass through one traffic circle when coming from highway 40 before you will reach the turnoff for the property, but if you reach a second traffic circle, then you've gone too far.

Very well placed, beautiful views, practical with everything you need, clean and comfortable. It's perfect for a vacation rental nothing else to say.

Condo at Steamboat
Great location- easy to drive to and park and short walk to gondola and chairlifts, resort restaurants and shops. Nice condo with great amenities. Steps up to master bed in loft quite steep so need to be nimble to be safe. Lighting was also low in the condo but quiet and cozy.

Great Stay
Had a lovely stay- the location was perfect. The unit is a bit slightly outdated, however very cozy. Only complaint is that it got extremely hot and we weren't able to get the heat to a comfortable level. Hot tub was great and all the amenities we perfect. Staircase leading up to the loft was very steep- would not recommend for older folks.

Would rent again.
Proximity to gondola was great. We had a few minor issues and Vacasa was on top of them immediately. The epitome of customer service. The wifi access was a bit klugy...sometimes the old password worked and other times the new one would work...but we always were able to have at least one device connected. The description of the unit provided had some issues. The ski locker does not have the room # on it, but rather is '5'. The actual building in the directions is mislabelled. Part of fixing the wifi is to unplug the router, but the only router I could find was somehow fixed to the wall and the plug was not accessible. Generally, things were dim when you needed light...specifically it was hard to read the numbers on the combo locks for the door and the locker. That staircase to the loft is indeed a doozy. Overall though, we really liked the unit and would not hesitate to rent again.

Close to great food and walking paths. We enjoyed sitting by the fire after a day of outdoor activities. The Mountain View from the patio was breathtaking.

SBTGRVL Bike Race
The unit we stayed in was part of a small development with plenty of parking and a great view of the sunset every night from the patio. Much better than a big development/hotel setup, yet had all the same amenities (2 hot tubs and pool with grilling area) with no hassle. We were about 2 miles from downtown Yampa Street and the start line, so on race day it was a perfect warm up. The grocery store, Wal-Mart, restaurants and several bike shops/outdoor stores were about 1/4 mile from the unit in the ski village area. We didn't have to buy anything the unit didn't already have that we needed for our stay. The only thing I will mention is there is not a washer/dryer in the unit. Easy access to the slopes if you are staying in the winter. I would not classify this unit as ski-in/ski-out. The closest lift is across the small parking lot which is flat, then a downhill walk and across the street; total distance about 200 meters. However, at the end of a long day of skiing, it will be an uphill walk, not too steep though. This unit sleeps 4 adults (2 upstairs in the loft and 2 on the pull out sofa), but that would be the max during the winter with all the clothes, bags, gear, etc. Two people in the kitchen is a crowd. It would work for 4 people, but you better be good friends. Perfect for a couple! I would stay here again and I would recommend it to friends and family.

Nice views
Really pretty view on the patio. The staircase is very steep and the huge fireplace mantle blocks your way up. Refrigerator doesn’t open all the way because the counter top blocks it. The pool and hot tub were closed which was the sole reason we booked and nothing about that was listed on the listing. It served its purpose for us to sleep, change clothes. It’s close to the Main Street Lincoln so that was nice.

Needs A/C
No A/C in the summer was brutal. Two portable units were there but they acted as fans, and did not put out cold air. Used washcloth still hanging in the shower. Fireplace hearth stuck out and we continually tripped on it; many stubbed toes and a lil chunk of flesh missing. It was a cute unit, but needed updating. I thought it'd be fun to get a condo but would have rather paid 1/2 the price for a hotel in town with A/C.

Tired property with poor amenities
This is not a stellar place to stay. Dated furnishings. Poor amenities. Lousy experience.

Steamboat West
The listing made the property look bigger and brighter than it actually was. I didn't go with great expectations and we essentially used the space to sleep and change, so it served it's purpose.

Couldn’t have been happier!
The condo is adorable- everything was so cozy, the fireplace was amazing after a long day of skiing. Shower pressure was amazing too :) and being able to walk to the gondolas was just the cherry on top! Couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at this property. Due to covid and the lack of snow made for a harder enjoyable vacation, but that’s ok. We loved the condo. The stairs were steep though . We also wanted to Thank You for issuing a refund for our last day since we left due to covid and the lockdown.

Horrible stay
We had a less than fair stay at this property and would never recommend it to anyone. The wifi never worked so we had to call the hotline and turned out to be an entirely different pass code than what was left for us. The staircase is an accident waiting to happen. We killed 6 wasps in the unit and found a dead one up in the loft. The TV in the loft was never set up to work and multiple tickets were put in to have it fixed and never was. The trim piece fell off in the kitchen when I went to open the doors beneath the sink. That was never fixed. Property should not rented out with the ill level of service provided or lack thereof.

Super nice place to stay
Very clean and nice place. Great location. No issues after check in. It took us about an hour to check in because of confusion between the front desk and vacasa but after that we loved it.

Affordable condo easy walk to gondola
Might be impossible to beat the affordability/proximity to gondola ratio. This unit’s bedroom is in a loft up a “ship’s ladder”. Pull out couch makes for easy sleeping for four. The ladder and openness of the loft make this condo much less expensive than others in this condo complex (I’ve stayed in another unit in this complex before). Built in the ‘70’s or early ‘80’s, the complex is a bit dated but again, refer to my first sentence. Two outdoor hot tubs and a heated pool with an easy 4 minute walk to gondola square (I timed it) make this place choice if you’re on a budget.

Magical honeymoon
We stayed here for our honeymoon, and would recommend it to everyone! The cabin was cozy, close to a lot of things to do. And the view was amazing!
