It was amazing . The area was great . Hotel was nice and amenities were great for all the family.

It's hard to rate this experience because our room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. However, the resort is doing construction and literally put us on a floor that we had to walk through 5 gallon buckets of open paint, splatter, materials to get to our room as soon as we got off the elevator. Out of all the floors that they have at this resort, is it not logical to think to do a floor of construction and put guests on a different floor?
When we checked in, the guy did not even tell us to expect that. When the doors to the elevator opened, and I saw all the plastic, I assumed the floor was closed and he wrote down the wrong room number. We went back down and talked to the front desk and someone walked up with us to show us that indeed, you have to walk through the construction materials to get to a different hallway to get to our room.

They put us below a room that was having carpet installed so we had to listen to hammering. We asked to be moved and the desk clerk was rude and said they were full. I went on line and saw they had availability on line.

Our suite was perfect. Great view, clean, and lounge and staff were great.

The sunset happy hour at the top of the gondola was a highlight. The location is truly the center of the base of the mountain, and the room was really clean, a great shower, very comfortable bed and we had room 521 looking over the pool and up the slopes.
Definitely recommend the Truffle Pig a short walk away for their menu and ambiance sitting on their patio and having dinner.

The facility was “cashless” which is not clearly stated on the website. They would not accept a debit card, credit cards only. There was an additional charge for extra towels and no housekeeping, which also is not indicated on the website. They should be a little more transparent so guests are not left surprised when they arrive. Overall, we were left disappointed in our stay.

Very very kid friendly and the staff was outstanding!

Food at the saddle restaurant was terrible.

Great location and access to the mountain and other facilities. A bit worn around the edges.

The pool, which is how I select hotels and condos, was disappointing, shorter than expected. Another guest and I agreed that the photo is misleading. The "balcony" also was disappointing, more a Juliet balcony than one you could actually sit out on, but no matter because it faces due north, gets no sun, and has no view to speak of. Aside from the balcony, the room itself was comfortable and functional. The bed was firm enough, with pillows of varying softness. The TV, microwave and fridge worked; the coffeemaker leaked. I appreciated the sturdy note cards in lieu of a notepad, and the pens are good.
There were no travel-size toiletries; instead, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are attached to the shower wall. The water pressure was excellent.
There was no hard-copy restaurant guide, city magazine or map.
There was no complimentary bottled water.
Had takeout from Saddles, the hotel restaurant, and the cheeseburger and mud pie were very good.
The "folio of charges," or invoice, corresponded with the quote I'd received.
Would not stay there again.

Inconsiderate check in agent (male). Very difficult to reach the actual hotel by phone. Guest agent was not professional in his behavior or communication and did not offer the level of customer service expected for the quality and expense of the accomodation. Will not stay there again. Also hidden fees like parking etc. Also no room service or room cleaning during stay. Unable to give straight answer like availability of early check in, disappointing when traveling so far to stay there.

Nice but expensive. Many restaurants in the area.

The location is great. Regretfilly there was a hair clump in the bathroom and the room didnt feel clean. The front desk was plesant but not trained to be helpful at all.

Disappointed that only one of the two Tesla chargers was working and I was unable to charge my Tesla while I was there. The chargers were always being used by other vehicles. One of the primary reasons why I picked the Sheraton was that you had Tesla chargers.

Very nice hotel. Didn’t care for additional charge for parking.

Nice. A lot of construction right now

The room was spacious and the beds were really comfortable. Pretty good restaurant at the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay and slept great in the comfortable beds. There are no ice machines however and getting ice delivered to our room took a long time. Also, our Jeep is taller than what can fit in their parking garage so our options were very limited and if we weren’t first to one of 4 parking spaces then we had to pay and park wherever else off premises and try to take a bus back.

Excellent one night stay. Didn’t like paying for parking but other than that it was very nice.

For the price the service was sub par. No room service for a two night stay and i wanted a noon checkout and was refused this.
Our view was of the air conditioning system and our fridge needed repair. It took two requests to get this done.
I did appreciate that there was EV charging on the premises

Everyone that I encountered at this hotel was so kind and helpful. Want To give a shout out to Dave for helping us out.

I loved staying at the Sheraton. My only complaint is that the room they gave us had the most awful view of a wall. You seriously had absolutely no view, the parking lot would have been better.

This hotel was overall a nice place to stay. When I took a shower I noticed that the shower tiles were covered with hair (gross). I called down to the front desk and was really surprised by the dismissive and unhelpful response of the person I spoke to. She said the manager would call me back, after 20 mins I called again. She then transferred me to housekeeping, who did not answer, then I was sent back to the front desk to a slightly more helpful person. I was eventually connected to the manager, Tyler. He was polite and said he would send housekeeping up. They did come up quickly but unfortunately only cleaned off some of the hair. No one followed up with us and they were barely apologetic. This did not feel like a 4 star hotel experience, especially given the price.

Staff was very pleasant, and the lady who checked us in was quite helpful. Clean and pretty property on the base of the ski mountain. Easy drive into town. The only thing that would make the stay even better is to offer a complimentary breakfast.

I think this is the cleanest and well kept up place we have ever stayed in. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative is the parking. The spaces are so tight it was hard to park comfortably.

Beautiful setting

was in town for a wedding, and our schedule kept changing, which unfortunately led to me having to book three separate reservations. The staff and room coordinator could not assist in consolidating these into one room. As a result, we had to check out of our room at 10 AM for the first two nights and wait until 4 PM to check back in.

The view was an unexpected bonus as it’s not a Mountain View room. Unfortunately it is also right behind the kitchen exhaust fans and roof. The main issue with this is the constant wearing noise. 67db and burger van smells with the door open. 45db with the door shut. A really unpleasant and expensive experience. Concierge couldn’t move us and offered $40 off our bill but not enough really. Very happy we only endured one night. Room 207. Avoid!

Very nice rooms plus lobby bar and restaurant.

Everything lovely only thing I’d change is bed pillows - too soft & bedding for sofa bed didn’t include sheets but would definitely stay there again

We had a wonderful time!! The location is great, pool is family friendly and comfortable and food was delicious

This was our first trip to Steamboat and we had an amazing time. You can't beat the location of the Sheraton right in the heart of the Gondola Village area. The rooms are great, particularly if you get a studio that has a kitchenette available, super friendly staff and nice amenities including a pool / hot tub / grills / kids room. Combine the great hotel with how awesome Steamboat is and it was a win win.

Take liked the decor and style of the room. The full kitchen was more than needed for a short two night trip (and no kids) but it’s s great way to design a room, I’d come back here for sure.
The small grocery store in the lobby is a helpful resource, and of course the best thing is the location! Walking right out into Ski Time Square, our room looking up the mountain.

Disappointed, I kind of expected a villa to have a view and we did not. So probably will pass on this property next time.

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the experience my family and I have had during our stay Sheraton hotel, room 213.
Upon arrival, we were excited to relax and enjoy our time, but unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The room we were allocated was situated next to the Jacuzzis, which resulted in incessant noise disturbances, compounded by the presence of a motor that emits a deafening sound akin to an aircraft engine. Despite raising this issue with the staff downstairs, we were informed that nothing could be done, which we find unacceptable. It seemed as though our concerns were dismissed, leaving us feeling disregarded and disheartened.
Furthermore, the room we booked, which was advertised as having a view of the slopes, fails to provide any such view. This discrepancy between the advertised amenities and the reality of our accommodation adds to our disappointment.
Additionally, we were disheartened to hear that our booking through Expedia limits the hotel’s ability to address our concerns. Such a response is not only disconcerting but also reflects poorly on the level of service and care provided to guests, irrespective of their booking method.
As guests who have traveled for 14 hours to reach the establishment, we expected a level of comfort and service that has unfortunately not been met. Our overall experience has left us feeling extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by Sheraton hotel.
