Direct Ocean in the heart of Cocoa Beach. Walk to restaurants, cafes, outdoor dining with live music, and entertainment. End unit with 30 Ft. balcony on second level (5 ft off ground)

**3 miles South of Cocoa Beach Pier**

This is a beach front unit with private gate to the beach. Pool in the front of the building. There are two parking spaces. You may choose to park underground or above.

Dining area and living room looks out onto the ocean and a 30 ft. balcony equipped with seating. The living room has a navy blue lazy boy sleeper sofa, a white leather recliner and a 50 inch flat screen TV. Dining area has a large wood tsble with 6 chairs (2 folding chairs in closet), bar stools The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with NEW appliances and includes full- size washer/dryer.

There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk in closet, Flat screen TV, and direct view of the ocean. The master bathroom is also newly renovated, has a walk in shower and linens are provided. The guest bedroom has a twin and a queen bed .with a full bathroom right next to it, along with flat screen tv.

Beach towels and beach equipment are provided.

Beautiful condo right on the ocean. Updated, very clean, kitchen and bath had everything you needed. The beds are super comfortable. The patio is very spacious overlooking the ocean. Marissa was very accommodating and communicated very well. We would definitely rent this condo again!

This was my first vacation in 20 years. It was an amazing experience the weather was perfect. The beach and condo was so clean. They had everything we needed. We over shopped 😂. My family became closer because of this stay. The owner was there at the drop of a hat when I needed her. Definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful stay with a perfect ocean view and direct beach access. Fully stocked kitchen and had all the beach gear we needed to spend the days with our toes in the sand. Great location, we took a day trip to Kennedy Space Center. Owner responded quickly to our questions. Memorable family vacation.

We had a great stay in this condo. The condo itself is very updated and clean. And the view of the ocean is fantastic. Being next door to beach bars/restaurants was also very convenient. Many other restaurants and coffee nearby. Having beach chairs and other things for the beach was also very appreciated. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

This place was very clean, and direct beach front access through a private gate. along with lifeguards present. It was close to everything. Nicely furnished and equipped for our family. We all loved it and want to come back next time.

The individual unit was perfect. Roomy, clean, overall excellent. The complex itself is in need of some updating and repairs, but judging by the construction equipment and noise was in the process of receiving those repairs.

This place has the location all wrapped up. From the deck, you look directly into the Atlantic Ocean! You can take a few short steps out and be on the beach. Play in the surf and watch the ships sail by my. Very comfortable bed and nice furnishings. Located right in the middle of everything you need!

This beautifully decorated condo was perfect for our family- well appointed and well stocked with beach towels and toys, comfortable furnishings and beds. The first floor balcony was raised about 8 feet so was very safe for the 4 year old. The view is oceanfront wonderful. There is even a stray cat who loves to be petted so the kids loved that.

I have rented many beach condos and this is one of the best. The location was perfect. Lots of shops and restaurants just steps away from the condo and the actual position of the condo within the building as at the end with a short walk to the beach. The condo is extremely spacious and you can’t really tell how large it is in the pictures. It’s really big. I could see my family when they were down at the beach from the balcony which was convenient when part of the family wants to be in the condo and the other wants to stay at the beach. The furniture and decorations are classy and the condo itself has been nicely updated. The condo was also clean and the linens were clean and kept up - they were not worn out. As I said, I have rented several condos because we live in the middle of the state and like to go to the beach for a long weekend and this is the first condo that has blown me away. It’s really perfect. Usually people that rent their condos put junky furniture and worn out linens and towels in their rental but this place felt like home. I definitely want to rent here again!

This property was clean and layer out very nicely. With lots of room. The owners provided us with everything needed from beach chairs to sunscreen, from kitchen utensils to a cooler to pack to the beach! It is a great location within walking distance of restaurants, entertainment, and dessert shops! There was one small issue that the owner could not prevent, with the kitchen sink, but she was very easy to work with and get a hold of, and on top of her game making sure the issue was resolved quickly!!

We traveled to Cocoa beach for the holidays and after staying there I'd love to live there. Especially in this condo. It was very well maintained, clean and comfortable. Marisa was so easy to get in contact with when needed, which wasn't often since everything was ready to go when we got there. I would highly recommend this place.

I decided to take a last minute trip with my family . We had an amazing time here .. Everything we needed was provided & the items we had to get were near by! The pictures don’t t capture the beauty of the beach located right outside on the balcony!! I would love to rent this condo again !!

It is such a great apartment in a perfect location for the beach and downtown bars and restaurants. Marisa and Jonathan are great hosts and always respond in a timely manner to any questions. We absolutely loved everything about our stay here! The check in process was super easy. The condo is in the perfect location and the view is beautiful! Everything was clean and the condo is very spacious. We have 3 small children (7 months, 3, and 5) so we brought a ton of kid gear that we really didn’t need to because Marisa has a lot of things at the condo already! There was a pack n play, cot, baby feeding seat, and tons of beach toys. There’s a grassy area right outside the balcony that was perfect for our kids to run and burn energy without having to pack up to go on the beach or to the park. There are carts in the parking garage and an elevator to make unloading the car incredibly easy. I highly recommend this condo for your next family vacation-you won’t regret it! This condo was perfect for our young family.

We did a family trip - two days at Universal, one day at Kennedy Space Center and one day beach bums. We had secure underground parking, secure entry into the building, secure entry onto the beach. The master bedroom was really awesome, the second bedroom was good, but better for younger children then our two older kids (19 and 20). The layout was great too. However, it was the location to the beach and within the area of Cocoa Beach that was priceless - honestly one couldn't ask for anything else and at a very affordable price as well.

This rental is for the outstanding view from the deck and the extremely clean and well stocked condo. Plenty of space for our family to enjoy. The only thing to be mindful of, the restaurants and bars that are immediate area start their live music early in the day. I would rent this condo again regardless of the music for the view, access to the beach, and the quiet peaceful sunrises.

We had a great time at Cocoa Beach. The condo & beach are beautiful! The condo is super clean with every amenity we could ever hope for! We did not rent a car as we thought we would be able to walk to lots of restaurants and to the pier. But there was only one restaurant we walked to (Coconuts)and ended up taking an Uber or Lyft to other restaurants & attractions. Next time we will definitely rent a car! Thank you to the property managers who made our vacation awesome! :)
