We were looking for a small house close to fort campbell to visit our son who is serving the usa army and this was the perfect place for our needs. Originally we were goi g to be there over the 4th of july weekend but the area, the people in the area were so nice that we decyded th extend the stay for 2 more nights and the manager richard was so kind and he did not have a problem extending it for us. This was one of our best vacations we ever had since there are plenty of things to do with the family.

The property owners thought of everything. The decor was so charming. The yard was perfect for my grandchildren, they enjoyed the house as much as I did. I am so blessed to have stayed here with my daughters and grandchildren. My heart is full.

Trip to TN
I went to Tennessee to visit family. I typically stay in a hotel, because I get free breakfast. That does not entice me enough with disease floating around, everywhere. I now prefer to stay where I can be sure that everything I touch is clean and I am the only one that is touching it. I clean every place I stay in, first thing. This house was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Everything was in working order, until it wasn't. There was a major appliance that needed replacing, but the owner made arrangements to have it done quickly. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. Check in and check out were painless. I would stay here, again, if I were to ever be in the area, in the future. The area is very quiet and peaceful, and the scenery is pleasant. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a place to stay.

Perfect Night Away
I rented this Tennessee Tiny House for my best friend who was doing a pregnancy announcement for her sisters. We had the best time! Richard was so helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. There are multiple seating areas outside and a fire pit - which we really enjoyed because of the beautiful Springtime weather!
The beds are all comfortable and soft.
The house is decorated beautifully.
From the appliances to the rugs, everything was new and so unique! It is even more beautiful than the pictures! It was perfect for our night away from home!
We are definitely planning on coming back! :)

Only Choose This Property if You Like WONDERFUL!
A Tiny Tennessee House exceeded my hopes and expectations. It is, at minimum, as nice as it looks in the photos and is literally sparkling clean, including the floors. I was there for 5 nights in March 2020, with a friend joining me for the final 2. It felt like home within 24 hours! The renovation is perfect & anticipates everything you want. Outside there are 3 varied seating areas in all around the porch, with the backyard seating being a high-top with umbrella, and soft, ambient lighting strung overhead providing a nighttime outdoor restaurant atmosphere. Yet 1 more seating area is in the yard at the fire pit.
I played Goldilocks and can assure that all 4 beds are comfortable, even the pull-out couch, which includes a prop-up mechanism, making it a great way to unwind and watch TV. The 2 beds in the loft are pillow-top great, and the Master bed is amazingly and luxuriously comfortable. The modern kitchen & jack and jill 2- entrance style bathroom are renovated in the styles buyers are looking for. The whole house feels fresh, clean, and brand new, and knowing it’s nearly 100 years old and no doubt rich with history is a bonus.
Not only do I recommend this house completely, I intend to return and enjoy it all over again one day.

Love this little house!
We were so pleased with our stay at this little house and very impressed with the extra little touches the owner provided, such as, homemade chocolate chip cookies and two bottles of water.
It is decorated so cute and the extra mirrors and outlets (even in the closet) made getting ready for the day so convenient. The washer and dryer were a huge plus after being on vacation for 4 days. The owner was very attentive, even checking on us after there was a terrible storm in the area. We will definitely stay here when we are in the area again.

A Beautiful Property with Beautiful Hosts!!
A Tennessee Tiny House is AMAZING!!! It is immaculately kept and was PERFECT for our group of 6 women in Clarksville for the Flourish Women's Conference at LifePoint Church which was about 7 beautiful country miles from the house. Back to the house...upon arrival, lights on, music playing, homemade cookies (OMGosh were they good!!!), water in the fridge, and a Lysa Terkuerst devotional (same one sold at the Conference) on the living room table...with the sweetest note to US from our above-and-beyond GRACIOUS hosts. Thank you both so much!!! The house was super clean and super well-stocked with necessities, right down to 6 toothbrushes with toothpaste (among other things) in the bathroom "goodie" basket. The beds were super plush, with pillow top mattresses and very nice bedding; also plenty extra pillows & bedding for the sofa sleeper. The towels were also plush and plentiful!! We really enjoyed the outside of the property also...the wrap around deck with plenty tables & seating; the tire swing was great fun; and the fire pit area looked so inviting, even though we didn't have time to use it (or the nice grill on the deck). Y'all thought of everything!! We also really liked the notebook with all the needed info about the house & surrounding area, and the story of the house & its rennovation. So, the combination of the beautifully restored tiny farmhouse, the beautiful property on which it sits (in a totally beautiful area!), and the beyond graciousness of the property hosts...we just could not have asked for more. If we are blessed to be able to return to Flourish 2020, we would count it a multiple blessing to be able to stay in A Tennessee Tiny House again!!!

Adorable, quiet little place
When I arrived several lights were on, soft music playing and wonderfully scented, all contributing to a cozy greeting. The decor was pleasing, fairly new and the space was immaculately clean. Twin beds in the loft would be great for kids but the house is also sized right for one or two guests. Kitchen is fairly well outfitted but if you do much cooking plan on bringing all the oils, spices, foil and storage for leftover food you will need for your stay. The place is very quiet but it does sit about 30 feet from a road that had fairly constant traffic during daylight hours. Rocking in the chairs on front porch was nice but there are other outside seating areas to the side and back of the house for lots of privacy. There is also a gas outdoor fire pit but you need to arrange with owner to come to fire it up. I did not realize traveling straight south from Indiana that I’d be in central time zone so be aware of any time change. Overall this place was outstanding for and I would definitely stay there again

One of my favorite vacation rentals EVER!
I rented this home for myself and my bridesmaids to have my wedding weekend at. We spent three days there, and it was just the cutest place ever! So perfect. The decor style was beautiful, all of my bridal party couldn’t stop raving about it. Richard goes above and beyond to take care of his guests!! I would stay there again just for a vacation. It was so lovely! Although it is a tiny home, it has plenty of space! All 6 of us slept so comfortably and fit perfectly in the home. Book this home for your vacay!

We really enjoyed our stay Richard was very nice and any problems we had he did come right over and talk to us now I don't know if it's because of our phone service but we couldn't use our cell phones here because I think it was a dead zone I'm not sure I had to drive three blocks over for me to make a phone call that was the only negative thing that we had here I would like to thank Richard for his hospitality and those good cookies that he bake for us one more thing the place was very clean and very nice

The best stay in TN
This little gem is a perfect home away from home and Richard is the best host. The attention to detail was so awesome. This tiny house provides charm, cleanliness and all of the amenities of home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We travel to this area at least twice a year and this will be our go to from now on. Bye bye four walls of a hotel room and bye bye to noise of a hotel room. Richard thought of every detail when renovating this home. I can’t think of anything that needed to be added to make this a better place to stay. They thought of everything. I love the touch of fresh baked cookies upon arrival and the other little snacks left for us. Truly thoughtful and very well maintained property. This is our go to place to stay in Clarksville. Thank you Richard for your hospitality.

Amazing stay in a beautiful house
We came into Nashville to visit friends that live there. We were so excited after seeing the pictures. Upon arrival Richard met us welcoming us and showed us around. The pictures don’t do the tiny house justice!!!! It’s perfect. From the decor and charm made you feel right at home. As well as the most delicious chocolate chip cookies Richard left us!!! (Which I need the recipe). My husband and I were traveling with 2 14 yr olds (our daughter and her friend). They loved everything also about the tiny house. They loved the loft. It was their personal space. We all enjoyed the deck out back in the evening as well as the rocking chairs on front porch with coffee in morning. Richard texted me to check to make sure everything was perfect. The hospitality he offers is beyond what we expected. We traveled in to Nashville 2 days and the drive is really not bad. We all enjoyed coming home at night. It felt like our home rather than a stuffy hotel room. I look forward to returning to the Tennessee Tiny House

Great little house! Just as pictured!
We spent a whole week here and really enjoyed having our own space. Would be great to have a king size bed instead of a queen. I was very impressed that the house was stocked with the little extras such as laundry soap, k cups for the Keurig, and some snacks. We are looking forward to more trips to Tennessee and another stay at the Tennessee Tiny House. Thank you Richard for being a great host.

Best "little house" in Tennessee
The house was the highlight of our trip. We had a conundrum of events during our trip and the saving grace was the peace, tranquility and hospitality of Richard's home. Richard was the best host ever. He is easy to contact, super friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay special. We had lovely bottle of wine from the local winery and had the best cookies awaiting us in the kitchen. I had forgotten my toothbrush and the amenities in the bathroom had a spare that saved the day! We liked the winery and Clarksville very much and plan to go back. We hope to be lucky enough to book this wonderful home with Richard again. Staying here is one of the best experiences we have ever had.

Tiny-tactic! Better than hotel
Owner is very nice an accommodating. A great place to spend the night. We enjoyed it more than a hotel. It was clean. All towels and linens were good quality. Directions made it easy to find. Quiet peaceful setting - much more quiet than a hotel. Our kids loved the loft. Definitely would stay here again. Overall clean and modern.

Nice but lacking some basics
The place was nice and clean. Quite location. Close to everything. But really needs some curtains in bedroom to block morning sun and cable and Internet would have been nice.
