This recently renovated 2nd story condo, with elevator access, is in one of the premier communities in SW Florida, Bonita Bay. Bonita Bay, is bordered by 2 rivers and Estero Bay. More than 1,400 acres of nature preserves, including lakes, and a 12-mile network of biking and walking paths. There is also a full-service marina. This largest model in Wild Pines, has a completely renovated Kitchen. Both bedrooms have sliding doors to the large wrap around lanai. Master bedrm has a king-size bed while Guest bedrm has a queen bed and twin bed.

BEACH ACCESS
The Bonita Bay Shuttles will take you free of charge to the nearby beach at Doc's Beach House, and also Lover's Key! You may drive and park of course also, for a fee. We supply chairs and umbrella in the unit.

BEACH ACCESS STARTING APRIL 2025
Plans are that the private Bonita Bay Beach will be ready with their new Building providing a 2nd story dining area with a beautiful view of the gulf! As usual there will be free lounge chairs and umbrellas.

Enjoy all the amenities at Wild Pines including the pool, hot tub, gas grills and tennis courts. Then take advantage of all the rest Bonita Bay has to offer, including walking or biking along the beautiful tree lined paths, as well as enjoying the parks, with bocce ball and playgrounds, and free kayaks.

Beautiful gated community. Condo was well appointed with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of cooking supplies. We hit up Costco before checking in and we're able to make all of our meals at "home" saving our family of 5 a considerable amount of money. Utilized the free beach shuttle to visit Lovers Key beach one day and also used the free kayaks at Spring Creek which was one of the highlights of our trip. Also drove over to Bonita Beach a couple of times to watch the sunset. The pool in the condo complex was close and convenient. Communication with the host was always quick and helpful. Would recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you!

We came to town for my son’s baseball tournament. We didn’t have a specific resort booked for our team, so we all stayed in different places. My 14 yr old and I really loved this condo. It was comfortable and quiet. It was a perfect place to come home to after long, hot days at the baseball fields. There were 2 other families from our team that stayed at Wild Pines, so they had fun swimming, throwing the football around, and just hanging out. The condo had everything we needed. I borrowed one of the beach/camping chairs for the baseball games. It was a lifesaver! Being so close to Publix was also a huge bonus. It’s also worth saying, thank you for the visual instruction on the shower nob! Ha! It’s such a little detail, but I loved it! The whole Bonita Bay country club was beautiful!! Beach access was very easy. We used the Bonita Beach access #4 parking lot. It’s a very small lot, but I always lucked out and got a parking spot. The beach there was beautiful and not crowded. The drive up Hickory/Estero Blvd to Ft M Beach was also very easy. If we come back to Ft. Myers we will definitely come back to this condo.

The condo was clean and very spacious for two people. Having an ice maker and washer and dryer in the apartment itself, will be a deal breaker for me from now on! We went to Delano Wiggins State Park every day which is a LOVELY beach, $6 to park with an envelope system which IMO is well worth the day at the beach. There were beach chairs and an umbrella (not the best quality but they did the job) and other beach accessories in the unit including beach towels. There were plenty of bath towels and wash cloths for us and I washed them every evening with our swim suits which worked out perfectly. We honestly were not concerned with shopping or restaurants so I really cannot comment on that. The owners were attentive to our needs as there were a few minor hiccups with the unit during our stay. They were doing roof work during our stay a non issue for us but when the hosts found out they offered a full refund if we wanted to cancel completely due to the inconvenience. The workers were conscientious of us entering and exiting the building and made sure we could do so safely, and every night they cleaned up like they were never there. All in all, a nice unit, a bit outdated but not an issue for us in the least.

Amazing property. Peaceful and relaxing area. Very close to beach and other activities. Property was spacious for all five of us and the outdoor rap around patio was a bonus. Would definitely book with the same unit again. Amazing time!

We enjoyed the condo and all the amenities. Well equipped with essentials and play things for kids. Great location across from pool which worked well when our grandkids visited. Also, short walk to DeRomo was great for coffee/lunch etc. Very responsive hosts.

Pat and David were so helpful in communicating with my son who got to the unit before we did. We love the convenience of the location to the promenade, beach, and other restaurants. The layout of the condo is great for two families, and we love the wrap around lanai. Pool is so close and lovely. The condo was clean with nice towels and linens. There was a notebook with lots of good info and maps. Hope to come again. Would highly recommend Wild Pines and this comfortable home.

We enjoyed the location and layout of this Bonita Bay condo. Very clean and comfortable. It came with everything we might need for our stay. There were some nearby, walkable shops and restaurants. The beach access was very nice - chaise loungers/umbrellas set up, ice water, bathrooms, plenty of parking (off season when we visited). We would definitely book here again. The hosts were very available had we needed them. It was all great!

The condo itself was large and comfortable. The two wings were ideal for a family. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all the essentials. The wrap around porch was a lovely place to eat. It was clean and well maintained. The Bonita Bay Area was wonderful to explore with lots of bike and walking trails. Plenty of activities close by. The tennis courts, pool and hot tub were just across the parking lot. Lovely small lake with lots of waterfowl activity to sit and relax.

Call a beautiful, well kept, and most comfortable condo. We got a short driving distance of the beach, great restaurants, and entertainment. A short walk across the parking lot to the pool and tennis courts. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. The owners checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. They could not do enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

David and Pat have a beautiful condo. Excellent amenities, across from the pool and very quiet. Kitchen is well equipped and gas grills are close to the pool. Private beach is especially nice otherwise you would need to stay on the beach. Public parking for beach access would be a nightmare. Private beach attendants were very helpful and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean.We enjoyed are time and hope to return!

The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo had everything we needed; a clean and spacious place to stay, quiet and gated community and easy access to the private beach on the gulf with chairs and umbrellas included! The condo has a new and fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms spacious each with nice full bathrooms. The condo was on the second floor and had a large screened in porch where we ate breakfast each morning. The condo was also centrally located with access to shopping, malls, restaurants and beaches all nearby. The host was wonderful and called us right back when we had questions. We highly recommend this rental and we will return!
