Townhouse is extremely spacious. We had 15 people for the week and nobody was in each others way at any time. Also, the home was fully equipped with everything we needed to all have a meal at the same time with ample seating. Location also a PLUS. We had a GREAT week and cant wait to come back! Could not be more pleased with this rental. Owner was so nice and the place was better than the photos. We had a full house (15) and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and spread out. We cooked most meals and the kitchen was well equipped. Getting to the beach and boardwalk was a breeze.

My family and I, 14 people, stayed here and the place was amazing. Plenty of room. Bigger than the description makes it out to be. The common area was amazingly spacious. The location was key. The owner, Sundar was very responsive and was there to make sure check in went smooth. Any questions I had, he answered within minutes

We had a wonderful family vacation. Loved our place where we stayed. Having the elevator was great. Heat rises, so, being that there are 4 levels, the AC should be lower than 72 on the 3rd and 4th level.

Amazing!
Our family had an amazing time at Sundar's townhome! This unit had more than enough space to house our family of 11 adults and 2 children. We spent a lot of time on the patio of the unit and in the common areas together, and we really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and our favorite Wildwood restaurants. Sundar was extremely responsive to any questions we had throughout the week. We hope to rent this unit again!

Bike rental close by, as well as restaurants within walking distance. Dad uses a walker but was able to get around great because of the elevator. Only one step to get in. Beautiful 3rd floor with spacious front porch and ocean view, comfortable seating, more than enough space for dining and games with tables in dining area and kitchen. Gorgeous gourmet kitchen with high end appliances including a beverage bar area with wine fridge and separate ice maker. This was a perfect gathering space for the family especially in the mornings and evenings. Laundry room also had brand new quality appliances. Plenty of storage and parking for up to 4 cars. Chairs and beach cart in garage for guest use, but we brought our own. Sundar was an excellent host. Great communication. He did everything possible to make our stay hassle free. We were very pleased with this rental.

Home Away From Home
We just completed our third year at this gorgeous, spacious summer home. Our large family was very excited about returning to this "home-away from home". There are 12 members to our family (including our children and grandchildren) and each had a comfortable place to sleep. The elevator certainly made many trips between the first to the fourth floors very manageable. The kitchen was spacious and equipped with excellent top-of-the-line appliances.
An important feature of the house was having access to the pool below. The close proximity to the beach and boardwalk was an added bonus. The fact that there was beach equipment available to us meant that we did not have to pack so many of those large, bulky beach items.
The owner of the house was very friendly, and always available if we needed anything. This was a great place to vacation!!!

Beautiful family Oasis
This beautiful home was a fantastic getaway for my extended family. Owner went above and beyond to make our stay perfect- and even mailed a forgotten item to us FREE OF CHARGE! ☺️ We traveled from Tennessee and loved that it had its own beach gear with nice chairs. Pictures don't do it justice- plenty of room for your family! Teenagers camped out downstairs and had their own space and adults gathered on the patio or in the spacious kitchen. Highly Recommend this property!! So very happy with our experience!

Family vacation
We took our family to the beach to celebrate my 70th birthday. It was our first time staying at this property. I chose it because we could walk to the beach and all 13 of us could have a place to sleep without needing to have anyone sleep on a pull out in the living room. It went way beyond our expectations. The home is immaculately clean and perfectly situated for easy walking to the beach and boardwalk. It is big enough for all to gather for meals with a seat at a table or breakfast bar for each. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. For a large home, near the ocean complete with garage, elevator and high end finishes, I would highly recommend this property. For anyone with bad hips or knees, know that the Wildwood Crest Beach Patrol provides a pick up service that will take you from a pick up spot down to the water. The service starts daily on July 1. This is an added bonus to staying at this property.

This home is the perfect place to gather your growing family of adults and children for vacation. The location to the beach, boardwalk, and an ice cream shop were perfect to meet our needs. The home itself was immaculate, fully equipted, with ample space for the individual families to have their own space with perfect gathering space for all to come together. The pool and elevator were added treats! The owner was warm, friendly, understanding and professional. I couldn't ask for anthing more. I have recommended this setting to my friends. This was our third vacation there and will be back next year.

Awesome family vacation rental close to everything
My family and I had an incredible stay at this rental. The owner was very responsive and nice. The place was immaculate and had a lot of space for our large group. It is also so close to everything! We loved being able to walk to the beach and the boardwalk without ever having to use our cars. There were three balconies to relax on plus a pool. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the Jersey shore. It exceeded my expectations.

We were told that this rental 's online pictures did not accurately portray the space it had. WOW, was that true! Beautiful from 1st to 4th level, with plenty of space for our family to spread out. One son and family made the trip from across country, so it was important to impress. Owner was very accomodating with a few requests that we made.I also want to say that the owner was exceptionally friendly and responsive throughout numerous communications, while we tried to coordinate a reunion with all our kids, so they could re-experience Wildwood with THEIR kids! Thanks so much; if we are able to pull off another reunion, we will be looking you up. You are in my address book!! Property was clean and well-maintained. Elevator was a real plus, especially when bringing in luggage/shopping.Thanks again for the wonderful memories.

My family and I had a great week at this house. It's beautiful inside, close to the beach and boardwalk. The elevator was a nice touch for a family member with trouble walking stairs. The 3rd floor (great room and patio) was a wonderful place for hanging out, watching fireworks and people watching. We hope to return next year.
