Absolutely loved the property. The location and scenery was beautiful. My girls and my mother all had a great time and wish we had more time to spend there. Everything was perfect up until check out time, and the reason I say this is because as we were packing our vehicle to leave a lady pulled up really fast, parked at the Villa next to us and hopped out the car to remind us that check out was at 10a. His was about 10:20am. My entire family was out of the house and in the car with the exception of myself and my mother who was helping me tie down our luggage and cover everything on the outside of the vehicle with our tarp due to rain. I admit we were definitely a little late leaving the house but I felt attacked and very embarrassed at her approach and rude demeanor. I feel I am a humble man and and I'm willing to take account for my family and I running late for check out, but there are a lot better ways this interaction could have gone. Especially as a paying guest. My first ever experience with VRBO and at the Lake of the Ozarks. For all she knew there could have been an issue or a legitimate reason we were still in the parking lot at 20 after 10. Her approach was just very unwelcoming and left a bad taste. I apologize on behalf of my family and I for running over check out time. I'm a single father with 3 girls. 2 teens and a 7yr old. My mother is 66 years old. I'm not making excuses or looking for sympathy, but please know that time was spent cleaning up thoroughly.

This place is everything advertised and some. The place was kept very tidy, as well as warm welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

We love the Tree Top Village area. We have stayed in more than one and this one is unique. The stain glass throughout the house is absolutely beautiful. The decks continue to get added to and there is ample seating at all tiers. Since this house has a private dock, you really are to yourselves. The lower deck has stairs for water entry or fishing along the shore line. The front if the deck is fully open for a boat. If you have small kids, that might be nerve racking. For us with preteens, it was perfectly fine. Our kids enjoyed fishing. We loved all the fall colors and chilly mornings looking at the lake. The house is very clean. There is everything you would need to make meals. The microwave was on the older side so making popcorn did not work out well. We struggled some with lack of counter space or storage of food we brought, but very much enjoyed the bar top along the open floor to ceiling windows for snacks and meals while enjoying the view. If you come in colder months or get a rainy day, there werent any board or card games at this property. You would need to bring your own, which we forgot. The indoor pool is also very clean and easy to access.

Tucked away in a cove with breathtaking views. The house provided everything we needed. Loved all the decks especially the one that let you walk right into the water. Owner was very flexible and quick to responded. Nice complex with pools and pickleball court. Would definitely go back.

After a horrible year and preparing for a new start in a new state we needed to just breathe. What can go wrong has. We needed to unplug and refresh, this spot was perfect. Note: what can go wrong usually does for us. This didn't go wrong, but i did lose a rose gold ring with a raspberry garnet set in it. Not a lot of monetary value, but I'd love it back if it shows up. Thanks for EVERYTHING.

Great time on the lake. Easy access to the water. Lots to do in the area. We spent lots of time just chilling and watching the boat traffic on the main channel of the lake. Note that kitchen space is pretty small, so don't plan for large-scale gourmet meals. But worked great for us.

We have stayed at a few of the treetop, but i can honestly say this is one of the best. The show stopper is the deck! The different levels gives you AMAZING views during the day and the night view is so tranquil. We fished off the deck and enjoyed our coffee in the AM and wine at night. The very very best part is . you can walk right into the water off the deck. It was perfect for floats. Big convince! We will definitely be returning.

The most peaceful Thanksgiving we've ever had. The views from the house and deck were absolutely breathtaking. The house was lovely and had most everything we needed. The owners were kind and easy to communicate with. We can't wait to stay again.

The communications beforehand was great. Owner gave us all the details we needed to check in/check out without any problems. The home was just as described. King size beds in all three rooms was definitely a plus. The views and access to the water was amazing. In the picture it shows a ladder off the deck into the water but we were pleasantly surprised to find stairs instead. There isn't much traffic on the water or on the road, perfect spot for relaxing. There are no beach towels provided so bring some to use outside on the deck. As the home states there are several decks and lots of steps down to the water. The only stairs inside are the spiral staircase. The staircase is narrow and might not be ideal for pets and young children. I was glad we didn't bring our dog along. I would have liked to have an extra blanket or two for cold nights, we ended up buying some. And, there aren't any side tables for the bed downstairs. Overall, we had a great time. The home is situated in a quiet area but still close to everything we wanted to see.

We had a wonderful vacation - my wife, kids (5 and 7yo), dog, and parents all had a great time. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths gave us plenty of space. The boys loved jumping off the deck and swimming. The multiple decks gave us room to do a lot of different things outside. We did have one day of rain and the living space was a little tight since we were stuck inside all day. We loved the indoor and outdoor pools on-site. We were able to get an access card over to Lodge of Four Seasons as well - the boys loved exploring there and checking out the waterfall, my wife enjoyed getting a massage, and we planned to get back to the pool there as well but ran out of days. Our host was very responsive whenever we had questions. We had a great time! Thank you!

The glass/roundhouse was a great place to enjoy some family time. Very unique and we had great views of the lake from all of the decks. If you’re a fisherman this is the spot for you! The fish were practically jumping on the swim deck/platform in the mornings! The pictures aren’t 100% accurate as the lounge chairs have actually been upgraded and the deck as well, we could walk down the steps right in to the water as well as out of it easily. We have never stayed in a home with so many mirrors EVERYWHERE (ceilings and walls) but it reflected the light beautifully! Our host was great at communicating with us and let us know there were some open slips by the pool we could use to be picked up at for a day on the lake. He was also great when the batteries died in the lock he had someone out within 30 mins to change them out for us. We had everything we needed to have a little cookout and make our breakfasts and lunches. Very close to the bagnall dam to catch some great restaurants and shopping. Only cons, we were a bit nervous with the round stairs in the middle of the kitchen/living room as there wasn’t a gate and afraid our doggo would try and head down them, there were a lot of steps so if you have anyone who is handicapable they may have a difficult time enjoying the beauty except from the top (which is still worth it in my opinion), make sure you bring your own beach towels and for any cooking snobs (as my husband is) maybe bring a great pan with you if you plan on cooking alot/staying awhile. These things did NOT take away from our experience just a heads up/minor inconveniences! I would definitely recommend this amazing location and beautiful views!!! We enjoyed our stay on TreeTop drive. The manager was responsive when we needed things, and the area is great. Kids enjoyed playing in the water off the deck in the cove. The pools on the property were also nice (though the indoor pool was super hot and not as relaxing “out of the sun” as we had hoped- as all the doors were open and no air conditioning). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, bbq was great for grilling outside, and the multiple decks meant we had choices for mealtime and happy hour lounging :). Thanks for a great stay!

Came here for the Fourth of July and couldn’t be happier .. kids jumping of the dock into the night.. beautiful views of fireworks right around the bend on the pontoon the lovely home owner helped us coordinate.. it was all such a special experience!!!

We loved all the different levels of decks, direct access to the lake, and the short walk to the pool. The rooms were spacious with king size beds which is a plus. The only thing that I wish was different was a larger kitchen and softer beds. Overall a great place that I would stay at again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house and location were beautiful! We loved having coffee on one of the decks every morning, fishing from the dock, and just taking in the beauty around us. Our kids loved it as much as we did. We were so glad we could bring our dog along too. We were sad to leave and are already figuring out dates for when we can come back! The owner/property manager were great at communicating with us! Highly recommend!
