• 3 bedrooms/3 full baths, sleeps 8 (one king, one queen, 2 sets of bunkbeds) Each bedroom has its own bath.
• HUGE, comfortable patio/porch with great conversation seating and a dining table for 8, out there as well. Plenty of room out here for relaxing and looking at the sunset. The deck has two open, screened sides which offers more room and a great breeze.
• Smart TV’s in every bedroom for video on demand (you must have your own account). The bunk bed room has TV for kids as well.
• WiFi internet available and cable
• 30X12 dock space. Lock box at dock for you items overnight. Boat launch and trailer storage options close by.
• 3rd floor, walk-in unit with NO STEPS, walk right in from parking for ease with carrying your things in. Great for those with little ones, or older family members.

Can't stress enough how pleased we were with our stay! The condo is beautiful, even better than the pictures. The screened-in balcony was great with plenty of room for everyone to lounge. The kids loved jumping in the lake off the swimming deck, fishing off the pier, and hanging out at the pool. Jim was wonderful to deal with - very prompt with communication throughout our visit. It is only about a 10 minute drive to Bagnell Dam and all the shops in the downtown area. We'd highly recommend staying here, and can't wait to visit again soon!

We have rented from Jim for several years. Both units he’s had are beautifully well kept, easy to checkin and checkout. He is very easy to contact and quickly responds. This particular unit is very spacious, and the location is perfect. We can always relax and feel “at home” when we are there. Thanks, Jim!

Great space, location, and layout. Awesome deck to hang out on and enjoy the main channel view. Close by boat and car to many restaurants/bars and the slip was convenient and easy to get in and out of. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was perfect for a family stay at the lake! The pool was great and tennis/pickle ball courts were a nice athletic start to the days. The condo was very clean and spacious. Communication with the host was excellent! Highly recommended!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The lake view from the deck is amazing. I could sit on that deck watching the water 24/7. Our children and grandchildren used the lower pool daily. We didn’t have any luck fishing, but it was still fun for the grandchildren. The owner is very easy to communicate with for questions or concerns. He always responded very quickly.

This was our second time staying in this unit. We have zero complains. The place is clean, perfect for families, and it is equipped with everything you might need. Place is better than the pictures posted. The lake view is magical. Jim was great to work with. We highly recommend this place!

The screened porch and lake views make this place. It is bigger than we thought with a large master bedroom. We spent most meals on the screened porch. The kids(teenagers) loved the swimming dock and pools and spent a ton of time there. This condo was just what we needed. Thanks Jim!

We had an awesome trip. The condo had everything we needed. The rooms were exactly as described and the pictures were exactly as shown on the website. We spent our most time on the screened in deck overlooking the lake. What a great place to spend a few days with family. Jim and Karen were very accommodating with any question we had. We will definitely book again. Five stars all the way!

We had 6 adults and 1 child and the place was amazing! Big enough that we all weren’t on top of each other and close to the pool. The pool was great for my toddler and the boat slip had easy access. Over all a really enjoyable time!

The condo was very nicely furnished and very spacious. The kitchen felt older than the rest of the unit. Very convenient entry with no stairs. Two of the bedrooms had beautiful views of the lake as did the great, lovely, and very large covered and screened porch and the living areas. We had a lovely visit there with family.

This three bedroom condo(that slept 10) was exactly what I was expecting. The decore was lovely and modern. The beds were very comfortable. Nice size kitchen had everything you needed. The main reason I wanted to rent this specific unit was the screened in porch with plenty of comfortable furniture to fit us all and the view. The views were amazing. Thanks to all that made this possible. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. I hope to be back😁

Nicely decorated and appointed with everything needed for our trip! We had an awesome time and especially loved the outdoor balcony on the lakefront! The condo complex was great as well with Pickle Ball courts and a fire pit that was nice since the weather was cooler while we were there.

Amazing spot, we came away feeling we had the best unit, with the best view and the best deck, of all the units in this development! It was well appointed and outfitted for guests to feel immediately at home. That said, I wasn't clear how oriented the Ozarks is, and this section of lake perhaps in particular, around motor boats. I came imagining swimming in the lake, but the swimming dock is not situated well to enjoy swimming as its own activity (it's between 2 large boat docks, and there were often bits of debris/trash trapped and floating). Swimming appears to be about the pools. If you are a lake swimmer, I recommend coming with a boat or paddle board or kayak, and planning on exiting the cove to enjoy the activity. (I ended up buying an inexpensive SUP at West Marine). What a wonderful week, thanks Jim!

Beautiful condo with a very large screened in balcony that has a lovely view of the lake. The kids bedroom (bunk beds) was away from the master and had it's own TV - perfect for teenagers. Owners went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

The pictures are very accurate. It is so spacious. Nicely decorated. Very clean. Kitchen has everything you could need. Beds very comfortable. If you use the king bedroom, it has a very large walk in closet. Awesome views from screend in deck. 2 ceiling fans on deck and 1 in each bedroom. There is 2 box fans which came in handy. A/C works flawlessly. It was in the 90's during our stay and we stayed very comfortable. Used the provided boat slip 2 days which was very convenient . Talked to owner, Jim once while we were there. Very pleasant to talk to. Book this unit, your won't regret it.
