We enjoyed staying in your cute cottage.

Just as advertised. Probably more space than we needed. It was fantastic. Great yard. And deck!

The single bathroom was a bit awkward as being accessed only through the main bedroom but the home was beautifully styled, was spacious and was wonderfully located near our main family home in Morro Bay.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location for being near the park and beach. We also picked this spot so we could go to Hearst Castle (30 min away). Everything was well appointed and it was a great backyard for our dogs. Lots of books for our 6 year old to enjoy.

We had a great time hiking, beach walking and wine tasting. NFL playoff football was happening and we were able to watch with our firestick on the large screen TV.

The house was as advertised. The bedrooms are a little quirky but the queen beds are very comfortable. As advertised you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the bathroom but that wasn't really a problem. The twin bed was not super comfortable according to my daughter but all the rooms were large enough.
The best part is the main living room and kitchen spaces. Plenty of room and very comfortable. Nice stove/oven for cooking.
The location is nice quiet neighborhood. Quick to drive to main part of town. One of our favorite areas.
Backyard area was nice for our golden retriever.
The owners were quick to respond to questions. My only complaint is that they could have stocked paper supplies appropriate for the length (6 days with 4 people) of our stay. Ran out of toilet paper, dishwasher soap, and trash bags.
There was nice selection of books, games, and puzzles and great internet speed.
Nice having the washer and dryer. Was really comfortable and great way to spend Christmas.
I think we will be back.

Excellent stay for humans and pets only draw back was having to enter bathroom thru a bedroom. Owners might consider a screen door to get more ventilation inside. Really enjoyed our stay would definitely stay again.

Pros: Location was more convenient than I expected and super quiet. Appreciated the kitchen being stocked with all needed dishes and cookware. Washer and dryer was a plus.
Cons: The rug in the living room and the bedroom carpet should be replaced. They definitely make the house not look clean.
And please leave some basic instructions for the keypad. It's not as intuitive as the Schlage keypad.

Overall ok but really needs a cleaning. Terrible stains on carpet in second bedroom. Pancake mix splattered on stove. Empty chip bag under couch within sight. Lots of dust bunnies. Need to review cleaning regiment.

We have stayed in a few VRBO's in the Morro Bay/Cambria area, and this is the best one. Spacious living and dining room with one large bedroom. We had room for two dog beds in both the living room and the back bedroom. Easy/quick access to the backyard from the back bedroom. The dog loved short sprints on the grass every morning. Beds were comfortable, neighborhood is quiet and close to the grocery store, downtown Morro Bay, and the beach. Nice deck in front if the weather cooperates.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we hope to come again for a longer time period! The house was spacious, the front deck had an excellent view, and we loved the peacefulness of the back yard. It is in a great location for quickly getting to downtown Morro Bay and Cayucos. The neighborhood is also quiet.

Nice location for driving. Definitely farther from beach than advertised. Issues with electronic door lock, window hard to open in queen bedroom, housekeeping provided no bath soap, some wash cloths and towels were stained, water pressure was low (1951 home with galvanized feed pipe needs replacement).

Too many stains in master bedroom carpet
Coffee table bottom had hair/dust
Carpet in family room not very clean
Nice to have washer/dryer
Great deck with couch and table/chairs
Bed was comfy
Kitchen ok

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was comfortable for all of us, especially kitchen and dining room. We had a baby and a 9 year old( who loved the toys). The dog also loved it and appreciated the grassy yard.

Very much enjoyed our stay at this house for our annual getaway! Kitchen with everything we needed for eating in, roomy and comfortable living room. And the deck- wonderful to sit outside and see the ocean! Bedrooms a bit small and with only one bathroom we were slightly inconvenienced but we managed alright. Nice quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Loved our stay!

Had a great time. House is a great place. Hilary was so great and helpful. Ocean view. Back step hard for older guests. Could use screen door on the front door to get better ventilation

Cute older home in residential neighborhood; could use some attention to cleanliness. Carpet in primary bedroom was old and stained; cobwebs in corners upon arrival and kitchen is unorganized with nowhere to put your own food. Living area is great with views of Morro Rock and a distance view of ocean.

Our family congregated for our daughters graduation. We had 2 beautiful sunsets! Plenty of room to hang out and have a family dinner. Felt like our small dog was safe to roam the backyard. I wish you didn’t have to walk through a bedroom to get to the bathroom, but we made it work. Thank you.

This is the second time staying in this house. It's been a great place to stay in Morro Bay that is dog friendly and has a backyard for the dogs to play in.
Convenient location near the dog beach off of HWY 1, and a short drive to everything else Morro Bay has to offer.
The only negative is the only bathroom is inside one of the bedrooms. Our group wasn't large enough to make this a problem, but larger groups might find it inconvenient to use the restroom while the bedroom is occupied.
Overall great house to stay in and Heather is awesome!

This property is more beautiful than the pix! A great view of the morro rock and ocean. Very comfortable and great for cooking. We will definitely stay here again.

This home is so cozy and relaxing. Very clean and has everything you need for a home away from home experience. Enjoyed the front patio with a ocean view. Great for a family vacation. We would definitely stay here again. It was a very relaxing stay in this cozy home.

Very nice house in quiet neighborhood- comfy beds, very well-stocked kitchen, deck with ocean view. One bathroom which might be an inconvenience with parties of more than 2. But overall a great experience -would happily re-book.

My wife and I lived staying here as we enjoy Mprro Bay and Cayucos. It is the perfect quiet setting between the beach, great dining, and the beach less a mile away driving. Also was able to bring our puppy, possibly the best house for our dog the stay as well.

Nice house and close to downtown & ocean !

It was a great place to stay especially if you have kids! It was very kid friendly. The kitchen was nicely stocked! I adored the backyard! Overall we loved our stay and we would rent again!
