About this house rental
Nestled in a secluded valley in Ojai, on more than five acres of foothills, this property offers stunning views of orchards and mountains. It is both close to town and directly adjacent to the Los Padres National Forest. Watch beautiful sunsets, lounge by the tranquil pool and spa, grill locally-caught fish on the BBQ, and enjoy all the wonderful activities that Ojai and the surrounding area have to offer--great restaurants and shopping, numerous spas, miles of bike paths, outstanding golf, abundant tennis courts, and wine tasting from local vineyards.
The house has five bedrooms and four baths. There are multiple balconies off the bedrooms that offer lovely vistas of mountains and orchards. The all-natural Pure Latex Bliss beds provide restful nights of sleep. Beautiful hardwood floors and country and antique furnishings complement the house. The kitchen and dining room are well-equipped and large enough for families and small groups.
The property is best suited for quiet getaways for families and small groups. Parties, events, or other gatherings that may involve loud music or excessive noise are specifically not allowed. The maximum number of guests is strictly limited to 10 guests, including children. In order to prevent the spread of Covid-19, we ask that all members of the group be from one household.
Please note that if you are inquiring about a reservation or using the "book now" feature, please include a description of yourself and your group, as well as the purpose of your stay in Ojai. All groups must be pre-approved before "book now" requests are accepted.
In order to complete a reservation or "book now" request, we also require a copy of your driver's license and the names and ages of all the guests in your group. The details of your stay will be included in a rental agreement that will be attached to your reservation.

Part of me wants to keep this place a secret, so it’ll always be available when I want to book it, but it would a disservice to the amazing location and hospitality from Andy.
Everything about this rental was incredible — the location, the views, the amenities, the bedrooms, etc. In a lot of ways, it reminded me of staying in a villa in Italy, which I had the privilege of doing one summer. But the villa never had a pool or hot tub, so I guess this was better!
I also appreciate Andy’s kindness and attentiveness. He always responded to messages within 15 minutes or less.
This is a 5/5 star rental! We definitely plan on coming back!

This home is perfectly serene and private while being only 5 minutes from the center of Ojai.
Our girls weekend fit perfectly here - the views are spectacular and there are plenty of chairs, balconies, and special spots to take advantage.
We loved the giant dining table and the outdoor tables made al fresco eating easy.
We ended up foregoing many of our planned activities to hang out at the house and pool - everything we needed was right there!
We highly recommend this home for a girls weekend!

What a wonderful home! It is so large and comfortable. Lots of places to hang out, dine, play cards, swim, enjoy the view. Wonderful trees, pool. A bit tricky to find, but just carefully read the owner's instructions- that helps!

A group of 8 stayed here for a weekend trip to Ojai and we loved it. The furniture is actually updated from the photos listed on VRBO and is nicer. The whole neighborhood is beautiful. There are multiple terraces in the house with gorgeous views. This is a great place for friends or family and I would definitely recommend it.

We had a great stay! The house is perfect for a large group. Gorgeous setting. Beautiful pool. Stocked kitchen. Great BBQ! House is very clean! Charming house filled with toys and books for kids! You are minutes from town. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

My friends and I stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful relaxing stay. The pool was the highlight! The views from the pool and all areas of the property were outstanding. Because it was so nice, we mainly lounged around the pool and cooked most of our meals in the well equipped kitchen. We had to communicate with the owner about a maintenance issue and they sent a handyman within a 1/2 hour and were very responsive. We would all love to stay here again!

This home and the property it's on are so gorgeous. It's a beautiful, tranquil place to relax and enjoy the wonderful sites of Ojai. It feels secluded, nestled in the hills and surrounded by nature, but it's just 10 minutes away from downtown Ojai which has adorable local shops and local restaurants with amazing food. The home itself feels so warm and cozy with lots of fun and quirky decor that feels very Ojai. The house had plenty of space for me and all my friends to get ready together before going out on the town, and lounge about and relax when we were staying in. Having the pool with the built-in hot tub was such a fun addition to our trip. The host left very clear instructions for how everything works and was quick to respond to any questions I had. He was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here!!!

We had 6 old friends get away for a weekend of hiking, cooking big meals, and spending time in the luxurious house and pool catching up. All in, it was perfect for our group - a beautiful location with great vistas, but close to hiking and easy grocery shopping to cook meals at home. A great find we'll hope to come back to!

Our group of 10 (2 grandparents and 4 grandchildren with both parents) found this to be a very comfortable and joyous place to celebrate Christmas in Ojai. The pool and spa were magnificent and worth extra fees to keep heated. The house was spacious and clean with fantastic views. The kitchen was well provisioned for the meals we ate at the table which accomodated all of us.

The Views - The stunning views from the property are nothing short of breathtaking. Each morning, we were greeted by the majestic mountains that seemed to touch the sky. The vibrant sunsets painted the sky in hues of orange and pink, offering a picturesque end to our days. And.. a total bonus – the weather was perfect.
The House - The house itself was a marvel. Spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities, it catered perfectly to our family's needs. The large windows framed the natural beauty outside, creating a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living.
Wildlife Encounters - Our stay was made even more special by the wildlife we encountered. Deer gracefully roamed nearby, a gentle reminder of the untouched beauty of the area. The variety of birds added a melodious backdrop to our mornings. Even the occasional sighting of a snake and skunks added an exciting element to our adventure, reminding us of the raw beauty of nature.
Perfect Getaway - This property was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It provided a tranquil space for our family to reconnect and create unforgettable memories over Thanksgiving.

We spent a weekend at Andy’s place last year and were happy that it was available to return. The place is just fantastic, well equipped and comfortable. The jets in the spa weren’t working, and next thing I knew the pool guys were there to fix it. 5 stars all around—this is the best rental I’ve experienced.

The house was perfect for our family get together. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The views are amazing. The location is very quiet. The pool was amazing. Really enjoyed the big dining table so we could all eat together and really visit. Everyone commented how great the house and location were. I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area and wants a high quality experience for family and friends. The kitchen is very well appointed and we had everything we needed for our weekend.

Our family and close friends throughly enjoyed our stay for the weekend. 9 adults & 1 infant had plenty of room inside & out. The property is stunning and views outstanding. Inside is decorated beautifully and lots of room for eating and playing games. The pool area is great too.

We had plenty of room for our group of 8 women friends to spread out, cook in the well supplied kitchen, relax in the hot tub and take in the spectacular views of the Ojai Valley. Beds were very comfortable and the house felt very private. Everyone agreed the house was a great find.

The house is wonderful, comfortable, full of gorgeous art, and very well equipped, and it’s in lovely countryside only 10 minutes from town. We paid to have the pool heated and had a great time swimming with our two grand kids. The owner gave us excellent directions and clear house information, and was quick to respond to any queries. All in all a five star experience.

I stayed here for annual trip I do with 6 friends, and it was fantastic. The grounds and view are prettier than the pictures, the house is completely stocked with everything you might need, there was ample room for 7 of us, and Andy was very responsive. Everyone was wowed by the property, and we ended up just hanging around outside admiring the view, watching sunsets, and going in the pool/hot tub for the overwhelming majority of our stay. I highly recommend for a trip to Ojai!
