This house was a great location for family to stay for our visit to Annapolis to celebrate a milestone birthday. The off street parking was a bonus!

Patricia‘s property is amazing. I would definitely recommend it. We had eight adults and one child. We all slept very comfortably. We actually had room for two more guests if we wanted. The house came with all the amenities mentioned in the ad and probably more. I have absolutely no complaints. The one thing that I would like to suggest is when giving the code to disable the house alarm we leave out the hashtag symbol. It definitely leads to confusion. Again, it was quite a Wonderful house in a great neighborhood and a wonderful weekend

We enjoyed our stay. The location was super convenient to my sisters boat at SAYC. We were able to walk everywhere. It was an extremely hot weekend and the house was a convenient place to stay cool and hang out with family. The house was well stocked and everything worked as it should.

This spacious upscale home was in the perfect location. It was just a short walk across the 6th Street Bridge to downtown Annapolis, the City Dock, shops and restaurants. Yet, when we wanted to relax midday or in the evening we enjoyed the deck and fire pit. The home comfortably accommodated eight adults, and has a well stocked kitchen. There were just a couple minor issues but the owner helped us to correct those and they did not hinder our stay. Everyone said their beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. If we travel to the area again, we would stay here.

Family from different states converging on Annapolis for a weekend of sailing, touring the Naval Academy and enjoying local seafood! The house was tye perfect size and layout for one 70ish aged couple, our middle generation of cousins and their kids in their early 20s. This home base for our adventures was so comfortable and had literally everything we needed for our stay.
The beautifully landscaped backyard was perfect for relaxing, playing board games provided by our host and dining al fresco.
The house is well appointed and provided so many extras that it really did feel like our home away from home.
The only issue we encountered was with the WiFi not working as provided in the welcome packet. We communicated with the owner who was very responsive but, unfortunately, we were unable to resolve the issue. However, this minor inconvenience did not detract from an excellent stay and we were extremely satisfied with this property and will definitely be looking to book it again in the future.

The property was in excellent condition, just as the photos described. And in such great proximity to the AYC and the waterfront and historic downtown Annapolis.
The owner was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay. Five stars; would highly recommend.

Lots of room. Clean. Well appointed with lots of “little things” that add to overall homey feeling. Close to old Annapolis and Davis’ Pub 😀 in Eastport. Kitchen well set up. Overall , it worked really well. To know for older folks: no bedroom on main level, so stairs to a bedroom. Great place! Thanks

This home was a great place for my family to stay during our visit to Annapolis. There were 9 adults and this place fit us comfortably. House was clean, beds were comfy, location was great (and quiet), and parking was great. Would definitely stay again!

We originally intended to have four guys (all age 52+) staying here for our 30th USNA reunion. Because of the location so close to downtown and all of the room that the house provides, after everyone got to town, we ended up having three other guys decide to cancel their hotel rooms around the Annapolis/BWI area and stay here…four upstairs, two in the basement room and one on the basement rollaway couch. There were two bedrooms with two beds, so a lot of us had roommates again for a few days. There were no spouses staying, but if there were, at least another two people could have stayed here comfortably! The house became the natural place that everyone gravitated to after the planned reunion events…the kitchen and living room are so large and comfortable that several of us just stayed up talking until late at night, and because there is so much room inside, we weren’t outside bothering the neighbors. We did have crabs delivered one afternoon and were able to eat them outside…it was a great setting. This house helped make our reunion much more special than if we were all out in hotels somewhere, or meeting in some restaurant with limited ability to get around and talk to everyone. One thing we found out quickly is that there is an alarm on the house that I didn’t notice because I didn’t read the check in directions closely…sorry!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect! Easy walk to shops, restaurants and waterfront. The house had fantastic space for our family to get comfortable and spread out. The teens especially enjoyed the basement space! We enjoyed family meals at the large table in the kitchen and on the deck. This is our second time staying in this house and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay for CW! Perfect location and size for our group. For the few occasions when we cooked, we had everything and more that we needed in the kitchen for cooking large breakfasts and dinners. The house was super clean. The backyard space is awesome, even better than the pictures. Easy walking to DTA, USNA and around Eastport. I really cannot say enough about perfect it was. Pat is wonderful to work with and was very helpful and accommodating to our needs! Will certainly stay again next time we’re in the area.

This house is beautiful and fully stocked. We are a group of 6 ladies in our 70's. We were able to walk into town every day to see all the museums, shop and eat. Did take the water taxi twice. We enjoyed the variety of art work in the house, and loved eating out on the deck. The neighborhood was very quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We came in for Annapolis sailing regatta. Super close to AYC activities and crew could come and go as they pleased without worrying about parking as the driveway held both of our trucks.
Hope to be back next year too!
Pat was super responsive to a few Qs we had along the way.

Everything was as described: easy walk to the Spa Creek bridge and downtown Annapolis, a nice quiet neighborhood, good parking in driveway, a terrific deck area with comfortable table and chairs, great kitchen and eating area, comfortable bedrooms and good bathrooms. Pat was very responsive. A large comfortable, nicely decorated, reasonably priced rental close to historic Annapolis can be hard to find -- this might work nicely for you, as it did for our family.

We stayed here for a family wedding at the end of September. The home is spacious (we were 7 adults), immaculate and well-stocked. Our host was wonderful in communicating and also very accommodating for a special request. It was so nice that we (our immediate family and my sister) could all stay together for this special family event.

The home was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. PRIVATE fenced rear yard was great for the pup and eating on the deck was so enjoyable. Being on a small court with a driveway for 4 vehicles was a huge plus. Walking the Eastport neighborhood mornings and evenings became a highlight for us. Pat was super responsive to all communications (thanks). Would absolutely book again.

Our stay from 08/20-08/26 was pleasant in this centrally located home in Eastport. Aside from driving to Giant we walked everywhere. Our dogs loved the Annapolis dog-friendly vibe with treats and water bowls and outside dining with us. The property is large, as we knew, and the AC kept up with the August heat. Thanks Pat for sharing your home with us.

Wonderful and relaxing stay in Eastport-Annapolis home! Every vacation rental property should provide the same care and attention. No hidden surprises, listing is correct and communication is wonderful with owner/manager, Pat.
Thankfully, Pat’s home was available at the last minute. We’re 20+ years local’s and when our AC stopped working in 90 degree weather on top of in the middle of upstairs bathroom water leakage with kitchen ceiling damage renovation in progress, we got lucky and booked immediately.
Pat’s home was and is so relaxing and comfy which, as you can imagine, was much needed and appreciated.
So, as locals ourselves, during your visit to our lovely historic and beautiful town, you’ll be close to many attractions, restaurants and events within walking distance. Don’t feel like a walking, no worries a $25.00ish Uber/Lyft are usually very close by for booking a ride.
THIS IS THE PERFECT LOCATION AND PERFECT FAMILY GETAWAY HOME. Everything from cleanliness, fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms to driveway parking and beautiful back patio are perfect and welcoming.

We came to Annapolis for a celebration of life for a dear brother, Bill Lawton, class of 64, who was lost in the Bermuda triangle in 1966 when he was flying over it in his A7 and was rediscovered by the History chanel.
There was plenty of wonderful space for all to visit. And the sleeping accommodations were great! The house was very clean and had ample furnishings! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We were looking for a place in Annapolis which would be about equidistant for our two children, spouses and babies to meet for a weekend together. This property was perfect—needed amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. It was wonderfully located where we wanted to be. The house was wonderfully furnished for our group and the kitchen had everything we needed. And if that wasn’t enough, the owner was very nice and accommodating. She was very quick to get back to our texts and answered all our questions. We would definitely stay in the house again.

We had a great time! We rented this place to attend a wedding, and were within walking distance of the venue, the welcome party, an awesome brewery, and cute restaurants in downtown Annapolis. Location couldn't have been better. The back deck was also perfect for our group to hang out while still socially distancing from each other, which was also facilitated by the number of bathrooms. Overall, a great stay!
