About this cabin rental
Located 20 minutes from the Yellowstone entrance, this cabin is perfect for visiting the Park! Forget about cold feet with heated tile floors. Relax and enjoy the hot tub, grill, and fire pit right out on the patio! This newly built cabin is equipped with 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 full baths so there's plenty of room to enjoy a getaway with friends and family! Other features: 2 smart TV’s, gas fireplace, loft, back patio w/ seating, and a full kitchen! Close access to UTV/snowmobile trails!
This spacious cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 12
Main Level: The master bedroom features a king bed and your own smart TV. One Full Bathroom is in the hallway but also has a separate entrance from the master bedroom. Around the corner is the laundry area with a washer and dryer. The kitchen, dining area, living room area with couches, smart TV, and fireplace are also on the main floor. The kitchen is equipped with all the cooking utensils and supplies you'll need, along with plenty of dining space for the whole group.
Upstairs: The two bedrooms each have a queen and a single. The full bathroom is between the upstairs bedrooms. The loft space has two bunk beds, two single beds, and a game table for playing with friends and family!
The cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood with short driving distance to the West entrance to Yellowstone National Park (20 minutes). WiFi, towels, sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, are included. Drive way with parking space and room for ATV/Snowmobile trailers all year round! (RV's and camper trailers not allowed)
One or two dogs are welcome. The pet fee is $20 per dog per night. And we require that they never get on the furniture or beds. Even good dogs can get anxious when left alone in a new place and that is when they damage things. So your dog must be in a crate if you leave him behind in the cabin. (We do not provide the crate.)
To keep the cabin beautiful, you are responsible to pay for any damage caused by your dog. Because the extra cleaning will interfere with the cabin being ready for guests later that day, if there is damage or dog hair on the beds or furniture, then the extra cost is a minimum of $100.
You'll have access to the entire cabin including the hot tub, grill, fire pit, washer/dryer, and all the parking space outside! Usually, there is propane for the grill and some wood to burn near the fire pit. If not, you're responsible for filling up the propane tank or getting fire wood at Robins Roost gas station just a couple minutes away. We also ask that you do a small list of tasks before you checkout to keep the cleaning cost low, and to ensure our cleaning service has enough time to get everything ready between guests.
I won't be present during your stay but am available for any questions or concerns. Please let me know and I'll be happy to help.
Only 12 miles/20-25 minutes away from west entrance into Yellowstone National park and close to Henry's Fork on the Snake River. Also the cabin is within about five minutes of a couple restaurants and a gas station/grocery store where you can get anything you may need or forgot.
There isn't any public transportation in the area so you'll need to have a car to get around. There 700+ miles of trails that one can ride motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles etc on. We have ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles available for rent if you're looking for a different way to explore the area other than in a car.
From mid-December to March you can depend on snow in Island Park. The roads are plowed well, but it would be a good idea to bring a vehicle that works well in the snow. A truck with clearance, 4WD or AWD is best.
Take an adventure on the hundreds of miles of trails for snowmobiles, UTVs, and ATVs right out the back door. We also rent out snowmobiles, UTVs, and ATVs as well and can arrange a rentals for you!
We ask that you do a couple simple things when checking out like take your trash to dumpster outside, load and start dishwasher, wash towels and leave them drying, pull sheets off of beds that are slept in and leave them on beds. We do this to make sure the cleaning service has enough time to get the cabin ready for the next guests and to keep fees lower for you.

My family had an amazing stay. The location and neighborhood is fabulous for a family. There is a hot tub which we used every day to relax. The only potential improvement is to have another bathroom. We mitigated the problem by pacing. I will choose to stay at the property again for my next visit to YellowStone.

The location was great and it was a cute place to stay. We were disappointed we could not use the hot tub due to it showing the water needed to be changed.

We had such a great time during our family trip to some National Parks! This property was the perfect distance away. The location was great and the quietness of neighborhood was great for us to relax after a long day at the park to prepare for the next days adventures!

The location was just off the road, but far enough up to not hear traffic. We didn’t get there til almost dark. The microwave handle was nearly broken off. The beds were very uncomfortable and when we stripped them the next day, some of the pillows were stained with who knows what, along with some other the mattresses. The worst part was that we were unaware until we checked in, that we had to wash and dry all towels before leaving. That delayed our trip into the park by almost 2 hours with the size of our party. I’ve never stayed at a place where that is expected. The hot tub reeked of chemicals and was very cloudy.. We were never able to login to Wifi.

We had a fantastic stay! This was the perfect way to visit Yellowstone and have a chance to decompress each evening. Jake was responsive when we had an issue with the coffeemaker the first morning. I sent a note as we were leaving and we came home from a long day exploring to a new one on the front porch - just wonderful!

It was a great location and they utilized the space wisely

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is very peaceful. We stayed there because it has a hot tub and plenty of room for us to spread out and be comfortable and it's close to the west entrance for Yellowstone. Jake and his property manager are very accommodating and understanding. I have saved their number to schedule again next summer for my family and my daughter. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!

We had a good time visiting here. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and host was very responsive to our needs! We loved having the fireplace at night. Would recommend!

The kitchen supplies weren’t great. A usable can opener would be nice.

One of the better places we have stayed in Island Park. A little closer to the highway than a lot of places which for us was a huge plus to make getting to and from stuff convenient. Noise wasnt bad. Beds were comfy. Plenty of room. Hot tub was clean and maintained. Lock box code had changed from what was provided but they responded immediately. Will stay again.

The property looked bigger in the pictures. There were no closets upstairs. One bathroom upstairs for all the beds would be insufficient for more than 4 people and if it was 2 couples it would not be enough. The tile heater in the downstairs bathroom was not working. The host knew there was a boil ban in place when we reserved the unit but did not tell us until a week before we arrived. Very disappointing. Bring your own toiletries and coffee.
We did see a moose in the subdivision 😊

The property was beautiful, and very well maintained. Check on was super easy. The specific location given to us by the owner made locating the property a breeze. We enjoyed a few day stay. Island park is noce and only 18 minutes to Yellowstone National Park. I would highly recommend this property and host.

Everything about our stay was fantastic! The instructions for checking in and checking out were clear. The only small downsides were 1) only having 8 towels for showering and hot tub use for 9 people and then realizing on the 3rd night that there were plenty of clean towels left in the dryer that I wished I had known were available and 2) the hot tub lost a lot of water and the temperature dropped so it was not available for us to use the last day. They did send maintenance but they didn’t get there until 9:30 pm on the last night of our stay. We really had hoped to be able to use it that last day. Everything else was great! Thank you!

Great location for winter. Hot tub was clean and hot. But please please get some new mattresses. I slept on the couch lol

We stayed at this cute cabin in Mid October. The cabin is located 20 minutes from the west entrance of Yellowstone. It had a large hot tub that fit all 7 of us. The hot tub did throw an error message and wasn’t heating well the second day. I contacted the owner and she was very prompt with having someone come out and fix it so it worked perfectly the next night. Tons of kitchen accessories, had everything we needed. My husband couldn’t get the barbecuer to work for cooking steaks but there was a large electric grill in the kitchen we used. It had spices and everything we needed for washing dishes and laundry. My kids loved the open loft area. Would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation win
Stayed here due to proximity and location to West Yellowstone. While it’s not the closest to the entrance - it was a nice house with amenities and beds(space) that we needed for 8 people(teenagers and adults). Enjoyed the hot tub and the grill. Property was well maintained. Drive to and from W Yellowstone entrance is really pretty.

Great stay
Comfortable cabin centrally located. Most attractions were a short drive away. Kitchen utensils were basic but had what we needed. Dishwasher leaked during our stay but manager was responsive and got it fixed the next day. Overall, a great stay.

Spring Break Roadtrip
We enjoyed our stay very much and really enjoyed the location! The rental was everything we needed and very cute and well taken care of. We even got to see some wildlife near the cabin (fox) which was also fun!

snowmobiler
The cabin was nice, in some past reviews they complained about the couches. They have been replaced and were great. The cabin does sleep quite a few but twin beds are not for adults. I was very satisfied with the cabin. I would suggest a few bigger pieces of cook wear. I was disappointed we couldn't park our snowmobile trailer at cabin like I was told. The road getting in is very narrow in the winter. We weren't able to get to cabin first night because of road between West and Island Park was closed, but they did refund that first night. The hot tub was great after riding all day.

Lovely Place
The whole experience was fantastic. Location was perfect, Hot tub was nice and the service was spectacular. For example, half of our group was camping on one side of Yellowstone while the other group decided to stay home. Well the half that was camping 2 hrs from the house forgot to give the key to the other group so they were locked out. Anyways, they were quick to respond with a spare to unlock the door for us.

Moose house
The house is roomy for families with kids and the picnic style kitchen table would work for them. We were extremely disappointed that both couches were broken so no place to sit. A big moose greeted us at check in

Expensive
Felt the property was very expensive. The couches were so broken down, you could not even sit on them. They pretty much sank down to the floor when you did and could not get out of them.

Cabin near Yellowstone
The property was clean, comfortable and spacious but the sofa needs to be replaced so that is why I give it a 4. Otherwise it was very nice.

Feels Like Home
Great place to stay while visiting Yellowstone.
Great location. Everything was absolutely perfect inside the house. Plenty of space to spread out. Hot tub was great at the end of long days driving and exploring. Easy to communicate with property manager also during the stay.

Pros: Great location tucked at the end of the road. Snowmobile trail head was literally at the front yard. Cozy and roomy. Plenty of parking for several vehicles and trailers. Plows kept up on upkeep for the roads to the cabin as well as the parking space. Accepted dogs.Cons: Several battery operated things like lamps were dead. Fireplace remote didn't turn on. Entrance was dangerously slick, mother in law slipped and hurt pretty bad. Had to rearrange some carpeting to reduce the danger. Kitchen table and center island still dirty with food debris from previous guest. Overall...would definitely stay again.

Wonderful cabin w/ Hot tub
Enjoyed the home, bbq and hot tub. Indoor gas fireplace kept us nice and cozy. Lots of snowmobilers in the neighborhood inspired us to go, so many trails around for exploring! Owner and manager were very responsive to our questions and needs.

Fantastic cabin!
We rented the cabin for a week long trip to Yellowstone. The location is really convenient to the West Gate. The cabin was very clean and just as described. Property manager was very responsive to questions and even checked on us during the week via text to see if we needed anything. Definitely recommend this cabin for families or large groups! Loved our trip!
