1736 Ensenada Cinco is a beautiful Gulf front five-bedroom, three-bath tropical paradise. This pristine home was designed for entertaining! Enjoy this lush tropical oasis on beautiful Pensacola Beach.
Windows cover the majority of the Gulf facing side of the home offering unparalleled views of the pristine white sands of Pensacola Beach. The kitchen, dining room and living area are open and ideal for entertaining. There are a total of three king bedrooms, two of which have private baths. The fourth bedroom has two twins and the fifth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. All bedrooms are equipped with televisions and ceiling fans for guest enjoyment and comfort.

The house was perfect for our large family. The rooms were spacious, the house was very clean and had everything we needed. The garage was full of everything you would need for the beach! Bring ice... the ice makers are very slow. We were able to have groceries delivered from Walmart! You will never want to leave!

Vacation was great, the rental had quite a few quirks. Interior doors that wouldn't latch others that would get stuck and tap the Littles. Also the floor is very unlevel, only one sliding door functions and overall the house is antiquated.....I guess nothing out of the ordinary for the age or was built, just figured they would take care of the smaller easy fixes. On another note location is great, lot size and house size are great as well.

Great beach house as close as you can get to the beach. Lots of space for our family of 6 adults and 5 children. Fantastic views from inside and out. Loved the open plan from kitchen to dining to living area. Extra fridge in the garage and no carpet in the living area were plusses. Enjoyed a rainy day at the Naval Aviation Museum and always a trip to Joe Patti's. First rental we’ve found that we are repeating next year.

Hello, I wanted to reach out to you guys about the house I rented on Sept 13-18th. We are expected to pay $400 for a cleaning fee. However, the house was very much not clean. There was black thick dust and mold around almost all of the vents, the dishes were not clean, and there were dead bugs on the floor in some of the rooms. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it when we arrived, and some of the pans we used from under the stove had food on them. I have pictures and videos of all of these things. The location of the property was perfect. The condition not so much.

Our family has stayed several times in this wonderful, spacious beach house. The views beat any other rental that we have occupied over the last 35 years vacationing in Pensacola Beach. Our stay this year was marred only by the condition of the bunk bed room. The room stays significantly warmer than the rest of the house, the full-size mattress is warped, and the left bunk is not structurally sound. Our guests ended up sleeping on the floor.

This is a truly beautiful home sited directly on an absolutely unbeatable stretch of Pensacola Beach. The home has a large deck (we called it The Lido Deck) overlooking the Gulf that became the gathering place for all our guests. Cannot recommend this home enough for large groups seeking to get together on the Emerald Coast.

We had a great stay! The location of the house and its beachfront access was fantastic. The house offered phenomenal views of the gulf with ample room to accommodate our family. But because of the limited bathrooms and the way the beds were situated it was a little less favorable for sleeping. Also the windows in the two lower bedrooms leaked causing a damp musty odor. The rental agency was extremely accommodating.

But I have to mention that for the price we paid I would think the furniture should have been in better condition. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work. The downstairs AC stopped working on two occasions. Repairman came out twice and on the second time he found the sir filters needed changing. That fixed the problem. The downstairs bunk room had trash and food in the drawers. For some reason the second bedroom fan light on top floor kept blinking and the downstairs twin bed room lamp did the same thing. Almost like a short. Unplugged lamp. Was very pleased with the location on the beach.

The common area is a large space that was comfortable for everyone to lounge around. The pictures make the living room seem smaller than reality.
We had some issues with the electrical early on that was fixed by the next day. Some outlets and switches either don't work or connect to something that we could not figure out.
The beds were probably the biggest room for growth in this home. Simply put, they aren't comfortable. The mattresses are springy and the box springs are very noisy when you inevitably shift in bed. By the third day, the majority of us were sleeping on the floor in some fashion.

Paradise Beach Homes were amazing. They were attentive when we needed support and even gave us a little goody bag when we checked in. The people we worked with were very nice and willing to assist us. The only piece of feedback for convenience would either be a later check out time or earlier check-in time. Since check-in is after 5pm and check out is before 10 am, you feel like you've lost at least a day of vacation value.

House is in an amazing location that is big enough to comfortably fit a large family. Some serious consideration should be made towards updating the beds. We absolutely loved this property. The location on the absolutely gorgeous beach cannot be beat, and the floor to ceiling windows allow for beach views galore. The beds are comfortable, and there’s plenty of room for the kids to run around. This was the perfect house for our family!

The house accommodated our family better than any we’ve ever rented. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. The proximity to the beach was so close! The only suggestion would be to update the den furniture-its a little uncomfortable with the low backs. BUT, we want to come back! Loved our time there!

The house accommodated our family better than any we’ve ever rented. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. The proximity to the beach was so close!
