Carillon Beach is an exclusive, gated family resort located on 4000 feet of private, pristine sugar white sand beaches and the clear Caribbean-blue-green waters of Florida's Gulf Coast, just beyond the east end of 30-A. It is a wonderful family community with 3 common pools, one gulf-front and one heated, a children's playground and kiddie pool, basketball/sport court, pier, chapel, bicycle rental, tennis courts, shops and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay. House was nice. Did not think instructions for the check in process was clear. Front gate very little help. Did not like the carpet in the living room. Shedding was extreme required us to constantly sweep/ pick up.

This property is managed by the owner, and he was very responsive, but the overall condition of the home and floorplan was not good. The home was not very clean and had a lot of deferred maintenance, the back door did not lock, the washer and dryer did not work at all. The day we were checking in, the owner told us he just found out it was broken but he gave us no plan to fix it during our stay. After a few days, he said he was on a wait list for a repairman. Considering we paid nearly 13k for the week, I would have expected a new washer and dryer being delivered.. We never pack many clothes for the beach, and being on the beach we use a lot of towels. There were no clean towels delivered and there were no beach towels in the home at all. The only solution came 2 days before our week long trip ended with his offer to pick up our clothes and return them a day later. The problem is, we didn't pack a lot of clothes with the anticipation that we would have a working washer and dryer. Large spiders were in the house and a couple of large roaches. I cleaned every day in hopes it would help, although spiders are a different story. While the home is on the beach with a nice view, the main level balcony feels wedged in between a walkover and the neighborhing home. The walkover made the downstair balcony not private at all. The floorplan is so tight, the kitchen and master bath especially. The owner is nice but this is too much responsibility for an owner. It needs a property manager.

Our dryer was broke and Chris let us know before we got there and did his best to arrangements for us. Chris was very helpful and returned every call. Wish check in line at gate didn’t take so long. But once in the property, it is best community to stay a week in. Beautiful views on the beach.

Carillon is such a special place to start and this beach house did not disappoint. We were multiple families coming together and the house suited us perfectly. The pictures as always can never do the beach justice, but they depicted the house accurately. Each room is very spacious!
Chris was great and very responsive. We will definitely be back and won’t hesitate to book the property again!

Perfect setting for a perfect week
The house was great! We had no complaints. Chris was available whenever I had a question which was not often, but he responded promptly! Would definitely book this house again! It was right on the beach and plenty of room in the house for the 10 of us. (Mainly adults)

The property was as described and worked well for our 5 adults and 2 kids. Being directly on the beach was amazing and you cant beat the views. The private beach communty was a huge benefit to be away from the daily tourist areas but close enough to take a short drive.

Perfect house in an unbeatable location
Loved every minute at Beach Buoys! Chris’s house had everything we needed and the beach was RIGHT there! The view is absolutely incredible and the neighborhood is adorable. Gated community meant we didn’t have to worry about security issues or fighting with people for space like on a public beach. Chris was very communicative and check-in/check-out process was a breeze.
My family has been to beaches all over the states and the Caribbean and Carillon might be the softest, whitest sand and clearest water we’ve ever seen. The home owners we met were also so kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back to visit again soon. Thank you, Chris!

Great location
We have stayed along 30a for several years during the week of Thanksgiving and this was one of the best locations for ease of getting around. The neighborhood is very nice and mostly quiet, although there is still some construction going on. It is definitely family-friendly and offered all of the amenities that we were looking for for our family of 9.

Spectacular Ocean View!
We loved our week at BBGG! Chris responded promptly to messages and was happy to answer all our questions about the property and local restaurant recommendations, in addition to volunteering suggestions for sites to see and activities to do. The home is beautiful and comfortable but the stunning ocean view and easy access to the beach was the highlight for us! We wish we had more time to explore the private neighborhood and its multiple pools and other amenities but we found ourselves spending almost all our time on the beach. The location is very convenient to stores, restaurants, and the many beach towns along 30A. But other than a few shopping trips and dinners, we opted to enjoy the home and the beach. And if you enjoy staring at the night sky, the master bedroom's patio is just perfect. We will have fond memories of this trip!

BBGG at Carillon Beach
We had 3 teens and 2 parents-there was plenty of space and we didn't even need to use the bedroom in the basement. The view and location was outstanding. Couldn't be any closer to the beach-walking inside for lunch or the restroom took a minute. Fairly close to Rosemary-just over the bridge-maybe a 10 minute ride. The house had everything you needed. We had a minor issue that needed fixing and they were very responsive and fixed the same day. If I was going to Carillon, I would definitely stay again.

Great house with a great location. My family and I really enjoyed this house with private direct beach access. We took full advantage of the beach and the many amenities the gated community offered to include tennis courts, basket ball courts and pool. Panama City and Shel Island are only a short drive away to enjoy pontoon rentals, great restaurants and jet ski rentals. Property was well maintained, clean and the kids enjoyed their own entertainment area downstairs. Chris the owner was available and even called to check in with us upon arrival. Thanks Chris for sharing this great property.

Wonderful stay in Carillon!
Wonderful house in a great gated community. Less crowded beaches than the typical 30A beach, but a quick drive if you want to go check them out. Chris was so easy to deal with and it’s a perfect house for families and right on the beach! We will be back.

Beautiful Beach home in a gated community
August 3 through the 10th of 2019 we stayed in this wonderful home in a beautiful location everything was as advertised . We are a family of six adults five children we all had plenty of room and privacy . We all had great fun at the beach and the pools located in the community there’s also a basketball court and play area everything was very neat and clean .

I can’t say enough great things about BBGG! Our party consisted of two families that stayed here for Spring Break and had a wonderful time! There were 12 of us and we never felt crowded.
