This house is great!! Great communication, easy check in. The location was perfect! Close to the beach and restaurants. The house was large and very clean and we really enjoyed the pool area as well. Would definitely recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay. About 1.5 miles from two beaches, pool area with water feature is great, and there were several things at the home (grill, beach chairs, bikes) that made our vacation even more enjoyable.
When we arrived, the bathroom did not appear clean, so we reached out to John and Tina. Tina was quick to respond and send a cleaner; we appreciated the prompt communication and solution.
Check-in and check-out were easy!

This home exceeded our expectations. The photos don’t do it justice. Very clean which is important me and my family. Perfect place as a base camp to explore Naples Fla. and surrounding areas. Would stay there again

Great location with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. We used the bikes that came with the house to bike to the beach one day as well as to a nearby restaurant (Skillets) and ice cream shop (Royal Scoop). The description of the house is accurate and the owners were very responsive, kind, and thorough especially after Hurricane Ian. Our only disappointment was that the pool was not heated and with water temps around 69-70, we couldn’t use it and it was one of the main reasons we booked this house and kept our reservation after the hurricane. We loved Naples Park and plan to return next year.

Home is cozy and is equipped with basic necessities for a comfortable stay. Beach chairs & towels are a nice added feature for travelers coming by plane. Neighborhood is older, yet extremely convenient to a major highway full of restaurants and shops. About a 20 minute walk to Vanderbilt beach. Walking is best as it's expensiveto park ($3.00 per hr and $1.50 for each additional hour) Sand is crowded, please get there before 9am if you want a spot on near water. Owners did provide a free pass to Wiggins State park which was preferred since it covers parking fee but again, get there by 9am if wish to find parking in one of the lots that has access to swimming. Pool in backyard was clean and we did swim most evenings during our stay..

Seriously, it was perfect. One level. Decorated tastefully. Well stocked kitchen. The lanai was beautiful and had a clean and clear pool. We were cool and comfortable in the blazing Florida sun. And the owners were responsive and easy to work with. I look forward to staying here again. I enjoyed it that much.

This property was excellent for our stay. We arrived the day after Christmas and stayed for New Year’s Eve. The house was great, they had everything you need for a great stay. Highly recommend this property if you are going to be visiting the area.

We stayed here for 4 nights just before Christmas. The area was not super crowded which was nice - especially for going to the beach! There still is traffic (it’s Naples!) so just don’t drive around during rush hour. The house was much larger than we thought. Very high ceilings. Beautiful kitchen, great pool area (we only discovered when we left that there is actually a bathroom right outside by the pool!). Master bedroom off on one side of house with huge bathroom and two other bedrooms on other side and they share a bath. Layout very nice. Lots of good light. The front door is made totally of glass and you can see through it, but it’s off to one side of house and we felt safe. Just not used to that where we are from :-). The door to the garage does lock when you close it, so you would have to go back in through the front door (not a problem- just be aware). Owner does provide garage door opener and there are two adult bikes and two kid bikes in garage. The neighborhood was quiet. Mixture of types of houses (rental is one of the nicest), but very safe, nice area. I walked around and biked around and everyone I saw was very friendly. House has everything you need- hair dryer, lots of extra beach towels, beach chairs, cooler to use, iron & ironing board, washer & dryer (out in garage), even has puzzles in closet and lots of books in drawers under TV cabinet. There is a Publix about 3 minutes by car, as well as a Trader Joe’s and Whole Food. Near mall (can’t remember name but practically across the main road) which was fun to walk around at night. If you go out on 99th street there is a traffic light. Owners also let you use their state park pass and recommend a park literally a 3 minute drive away. We drove there every day. If you go to the public Vanderbilt beach, you would have to pay $8 at the parking garage. The state park pass saved us a lot of money. At the state park (owners have booklet with information) there were 5 different parking lots and this time of year not one lot was even 1/2 full! Busiest beach day was Sunday (not Saturday) and even then parking not a problem and we easily found a spot away from people. As far as Covid goes- that’s the beauty of renting a home. You can stay home and relax by your own pool, walk or bike outside and be around people as much or as little as you choose. The stores all require masks. We had a great time! Hosts were in touch & answered any questions! Highly recommend!
