An absolutely darling Casita located right in the center of the Santa Fe Plaza.
Quaint, comfortable and just the GREATEST locatin. Walking to all shops and reataruants.
Clean, very well equipped kitchen.
Very comfortable beds and plenty of HOT water.
Mary Ann went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. Mary Ann even contacted us prior our arrival to make sure we had dirctions and to let us know we could check in early.
The Casita was the icing on the cake to make our stay in Santa Fe perfect. We would stay here in a heartbeat.

The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the plaza and amazing restaurants.

The place was charming, quiet and comfortable. I can't wait to stay again!

The casita was well equipped and very convenient for walking into town, as well as driving to sites a bit farther afield.
Our only caveats concern the mattress, which was too soft and the toilets that were too low. However, if you are not seniors like us, these probably aren't a problem.

Enjoyed the art galleries on Canyon Rd, the plaza and attending a concert at the Santa Fe Opera house.

Highly recommend this VRBO. Close to downtown. Very comfortable Casita! Private parking. Many great restaurants within minutes of Casita. Will definately book on our next getaway to Santa Fe! Do not hesitate for your stay….

Fantastic stay in Casita H! Definitely home away from home and we wanted to stay longer. Everything we needed was provided and the space was perfect for a small 3 generation family vacation. Parking right in front of the unit was very convenient and the location was walkable to everything in the downtown area; short drive to museum hill. We loved our stay and are already looking forward to staying again. Thank you, Maryanne!!

This cute little gem is within moderate walking distance to the plaza, but the sidewalks are narrow and broken in places (not the property manager's responsibility BTW). Casita H is a cute but older property with wood floors and plenty of furniture (an added blanket chest and chair in the living area are not pictured). Be cautious if you have mobility issues (uneven floors and narrow areas to walk around furniture, and the parking area is pea gravel).

This is a great area to rent. Standalone casita with patio for a little privacy. Nicely equipped kitchen. You can walk to Plaza, it is just under half a mile but there are several nice casual places to eat around the corner so if you did not want to trek downtown for a meal you did not have to

We absolutely loved this spot. It was perfect for our family of 4. The only complaint is the condition of the pans to cook with. Scratched up teflon is not the best, but other than that, it's a win if you're looking for something that feels like Santa Fe and is close to shops and restaurants!

We spent 2 weeks in Casita H. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location could not be better. Off street parking, could walk to the Plaza, shops, restaurants, farmer’s market, etc. But also only a couple of blocks from the main road to get to cultural, historical and outdoor activities outside of Santa Fe. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome location! The Plaza is just down the street. Parking awesome. Casita was great for 4 adults. Might be a bit crowded if the other 2 girls would have come. Other than the refrigerator not having ice or water everything was great. Would definitely stay again or at any of Mary Ann's properties. She is awesome to work with!! Great trip!!!

When we booked this casita, we didn't realize how centralized it was in relationship to museums, restaurants and stores. It was perfect for us since we didn't have a car at our disposal. (Lyft and Uber service are also readily available, especially for rides to and from the airport, and/or to Museum Hill) We enjoyed the walks (we are both over 70 years old) and we enjoyed returning to our unique & cozy rental to play cards in the evening. We certainly would like to return at another time.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this adorable casita. The location was super close to the Plaza and the Railyard. We'll be back!

We stayed at Casita H with another couple. Maryann contacted me beforehand to be sure I knew how to check in and was next door when I got there. The place was perfect for two couples. Anticipated all our needs and was a fantastic location close to the plaza. Cute and comfy!

This small but efficient unit is walking distance to so many "must see" places in Santa Fe, lots of great restaurants close by too.
The unit could use a little updating, but still a good place to stay.

Authentic Santa Fe
This casita was perfect for our large family and the location was conveniently downtown. They had everything we needed in the home, which helped make our stay more relaxing. As our plans for travel evolved Mary Ann was extremely accommodating and always available for assistance.

OK, But
We enjoyed our stay but our over all impression of the property is that it needs a deep cleaning. Dust was fuzzy on lamps, picture frames, bed frame, etc. Cleaning fee was quickly refunded after our complaint. Difficulty using door key resulted in door knob being replaced. Front door mat needs to be replaced as this is one of the first things people see.

Cozy, well located taste of Santa Fe
We loved this casita. Very comfortable with two nice size bedrooms. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Perfect for a girls weekend. Mary Ann ensured our arrival and comfort expectations were met. Easy walk to the Railyard and Thomasita’s for wonderful food and margaritas . Then the next night very easy walk to the Plaza to see the Christmas lights.. We hope this casita is available for our next sojourn in Santa Fe. We will return.

Comfortable and Cozy
Casas de Guadalupe are a wonderful place to stay as a couple or a couple of friends. We could even bring our dog! Check/in was easy and the information given was excellent. Our casa was clean and well-equipped. It is very well-located; it is close not only to the Plaza, but to Sprouts, a wonderful grocery store. We took a day-trip to Ojo Caliente which is about an hour away and well-worth the drive. Again, it is a great place to hang one’s hat while in Santa Fe for a few days!

Nice to walk to town and have parking in front
We had a wonderful stay. Just an FYI, there is not a separate den with pull out, it is the living/kitchen area. Great little casita with nice amenities.

Friend's couple's get-away
The location of this home was phenomenal! We walked to the Plaza almost every day. It is a shopper's haven. We loved being in the heart of activity and so much available to do. We did have a rental car which allowed us to drive to places further away for some great hiking; water rafting and history seeking. Communication was great with this property, they were incredibly responsive and helpful! We are very happy with our experience!

Short walks to the Plaza was the perfect detail to top off a very nice stay in a well supplied cabin.

Very well kept, nice and warm especially on those very cold days.
We had a good time, the house was perfect especially since it was close to downtown area. The grocery store was close and so were several resteraunt that we visited. We plan on coming back in the future.

Property was perfect for our stay. There were 4 adults. And within walking distance of the plaza.
This property was perfect for us. Within walking distance of the plaza when weather is nice. The house has wood floors that are old. But everything was clean and just what we needed. Will stay here again if in Santa Fe.

best time ever.
Our stay on this property was the best time ever. The casita was in the perfect location to everything. The plaza had tons of restaurants , museums, and shopping. We did not need the car at all. Inside was clean with all the comforts of home. The beds were comfortable. It was nice not having to share a bath. There was everything you needed to make a meal . and the washer and dryer was an added bonus.
