The home is a short walk to the plaza and many restaurants. A quick drive to the opera, our main reason for the trip to Santa Fe. Supermarkets are an easy walk or close drive. The house is well equipt, the beds comfortable, the atmosphere is relaxing. The back patio is perfect for morning coffee. We intend to rent this house again when returning to Santa Fe, and are letting friends know about it, too.

The location in the heart of downtown Santa Fe was wonderful. We enjoyed the rustic charm this VRBO offered but would suggest replacing ceiling fans which were needed & noisy as well as the beds which needed some updating. The kitchen was very well equipped & update & it was wonderful to have laundry facilities. We also appreciated the backpacks hanging in the office to use in our daily excursions out.

Six of us enjoyed a week at this property. Had everything we needed.

The location was excellent. The home was well furnished, with everything we needed. Communication was great, and check-in was easy.

Like many old houses, this one has a circuitous layout but it worked well for us. Location was great, walking distance to plaza, Sprouts, Railyard area (< 1 mile).

Comfortable spacious house in quiet neighborhood. Easy walking distance to coffee, dinner, bars and plaza. Our family ranged from 18 months to 73 years. Everyone had a blast.

The house met our needs for a first visit to Santa Fe. We were out and about most of the day but gathered in the afternoon and had coffee in the morning. The beds were comfortable after a day of walking. The large table in the dining room was a good place to play games and eat snacks. The neighborhood was quiet at night.

we liked the spacious accomodations. Bathrooms were good, and beds comfortable. Plenty of seating in liv room and dining space was nice for all 8 of us to sit and eat.
Nice walk into town so no need to drive the car.

Pros: Location, wonderful backyard, quirky layout and interior which we loved. Quite neighborhood, safe parking and very walkable.
Cons: need updated pictures, front porch not as pictured, living room furniture not as pictured and beds not as pictured. No blender or bbq cleaning tools. The bbq was dirty and we were unable to us it.
All that being said, we enjoyed our stay, spent lots of time enjoying the lovely weather in the backyard.

This is a lovely property--there are three comfortable and private bedrooms plus a fourth, private single bed, plus two full baths, a set up that was ideal for our party of four. Check in was a bit bumpy, but the fault was partly ours because of the difficulty in opening unlocking the front gate and limited communication prior to arrival. On arrival, however, our host was patient, kind, and very helpful, and from that point on we had a wonderful time. It's a beautiful home--spacious within, lovely backyard, private fenced in property, lovely and well stocked kitchen. A 15 minute walk to the Plaza and even less to nearby restaurants & Whole Foods makes this an ideal place to stay (and the neighborhood is quiet, too). We would DEFINITELY come back! A+ VRBO rental.

My family had a great stay. The beds were all very comfortable and they were all full with my extended family. My family of 4, my sister and her teenage son and my parents were all able to stay under 1 room. The layout of the beds/baths was a little strange but overall we really enjoyed the stay. The kitchen was well stocked with tools and our host was great at communicating with us.

We had a blast. Good location, lots of amenities, especially in the kitchen. Hope to return when the weather is warmer so we could enjoy the backyard!

No lights on inside; no heat till we figured it out; no house info (wifi etc). For your clients staying in the winter, turn the heat on before they arrive; for those checking in at nite, turn on the inside lights.

Perfect place for 5 adult men. Lilas brought us firewood and came to take out trash even though we were ready to do it ourselves. Owner was very attentive to our needs. Close to downtown. Had a great trip!

We enjoyed our home-away-from-home in Santa Fe. There was plenty of room for the six of us who ended up staying there, and the fenced back yard was great for our dog. This home is attractively decorated--think boho chic--and spacious. Would definitely stay again.

We came up with our dogs to celebrate Thanksgiving with our friends and family. We loved our space and was great spacing for all involved. The walking distance to everything was a huge plus, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare a beautiful Thanksgiving feast. We will definitely be back and thanks for providing such a cozy space!

This historic home was perfect for our group of 5 friends. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms were updated. The master bathroom was especially nice. We spent a great deal of time on the great outdoor patio space. The neighborhood was quiet and it was a quick drive to the Plaza or the Railroad District. Lila responded quickly to our questions about the property.
Only the master has air conditioning, so July temperatures in the 90’s should be considered when scheduling your trip.

We really enjoyed the property and the owners were very responsive. Thebproximity to The Plaza was great so lots of great restaurant options are nearby.
I would advise anyone truly needing 5 bedrooms, that one is a pass-through to get to one of the "true" bedrooms and the other is on a closed in porch. Also, the only AC unit is in the Master although the provide plenty of fans. It got a bit warm during our stay so I would keep that in mind.

The property is located in a quiet, residential area within walking distance of the Plaza and restaurants, as well as the Farmers and Artisans Market. It was spacious and each of our party of 4 had separate bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and condiments and the washing machine and dryer were a plus. We enjoyed the private back yard in the evening. A plus for us was the quiet neighborhood, away from the tourist bustle, but yet convenient to major attractions downtown. The owner was quick to respond to inquiries and requests for supplies. Perfect for larger groups or families who want more of a homey experience and space to spread out. Thank you, Lilas!

Lila’s home is amazing. She has thought of everything. So comfortable. Both inside and outside space is well kept and well thought out.
Three of us on a sister’s trip. We were surprised to see how spacious the home was. Neighborhood was quiet, easy walk to restaurants, shops, Canyon Rd (we are walkers).
Communication was Lila was great.
We hope to return and will definitely recommend this home to friends.

The location was perfect and the house was big enough to accommodate 4 adults. Great communication with the owner!

A spacious, comfortable house in a great neighborhood close to downtown. The house is well equipped and nicely stocked with bathroom and household products.
We appreciated the extras like robes, coffee, washer and dryer, and reliable wi-fi. A few concerns: The front gate sticks badly and the heaters didn’t quite keep the whole house warm. Plus, the king sized bed was a little too firm!

We had a great stay, lots of beds for all of us, and comfortable beds as well. The property was close to everything. Property was comfortable and loved the authentic feel of the house.
Great communications with the owners.
Only suggestion would be a full size washer and dryer and darker blinds

The house was great for a women's reunion of 4 people. This home was clean and met all of our needs while being very convenient to walking downtown. We did have to park on the street, but the outside space was lovely. Old house, so be prepared for creaky floors, but the charm was evident in every room.

This was a wonderful home to stay in for the 7 of us. We were able to take the short walk to the Railyard and have fabulous food and visit the art fair. We also walked to the Plaza. No need for a car. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and dishes, if you wanted to cook. Lilas is a very accommodating and responsive host. We loved it!

Great place for a get together! Tranquil back yard area to relax with a glass of wine.

Great space for 3 couples. The advertised 4th bedroom good for a child, not adult. Lots of dishes, pots and pans, glassware. We spent lots of time outside on patio and front porch, beautiful for morning coffee and evening cocktails/dinner. Location great! Got confused on checkout time, so cleaners had to wait for us to get out. It’s 10 not 11:00. We’re sorry. Overall, a most enjoyable stay!
