Although we endured Hurricane Debby, we had a great time. There were plenty of games, televisions and rooms. The owners were very gracious and replied to all our correspondence in a timely manner. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, cookware, etc. which was a happy surprise. Great place, great location, and great hosts.

This was the second time our family has stayed at the house, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered! The house is very clean and we love that it has so many beds so our young adult children don’t have to share. The owners are so accommodating, when I asked if my daughter could park her car there when arriving earlier than check in time, not only did they say absolutely but they went out of their way to communicate about when the cleaning staff was finished and she could get in. Much appreciated! We will definitely be back!

The house was roomy and comfortable. The small kidney shaped pool an absolute delight after a few hours at the beach each day. The beds were surprisingly comfortable with soft-top memory foam mattresses. In fact, the master bed was so comfortable, I didn't even miss my own bad back back home. We had a plumbing fixture fail upon arrival in one of the three baths, one that the owner when contacted had fixed the very next day. We enjoyed the home very much. A few updates could make the home that much better.

Great stay! Condo was very clean and decorated nicely, kitchen was fully equipped for families they love to eat in. Easy access to the beach, just a few steps to the ocean and a small view of the ocean from the porch.
This was our 2nd year staying here and our family plan to stay again next year.

This unit was perfect for our group of 7 women. It was our first family “girls trip” and we had plenty of sleeping room and parking space. The stairs into the unit and up to the second floor bedrooms were sometimes hard for the older ladies, so I would say it’s best for anyone who can easily walk stairs. Even though we were across the street, it was very easy access to the beach. The area was quiet and not crowded, which we loved when on the beach. Condo was beautifully decorated and very clean upon arrival. No check in process since the keys were locked onsite. This was very convenient. The pool is small, but most of the time we were the only ones in it, so it was like having our own private pool. Nice lounge chairs around the pool area to relax in. A nice perk was that the pool is literally right at the bottom of the unit steps, so that was great when you wanted to stay close to the room. Lots of space to keep beach chairs, shoes and bags down in the parking area, so we never had to carry those things up to the room. If we had any questions during our stay, the owner was very quick to respond and answer. I would definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend!

First time renting a Vrbo. I wasn’t sure about what to expect. The place is perfectly located for a peaceful family vacation. Second row from the beach. Literally across the street from the sand. Nice neighborhood. Clean and peaceful beaches. Three covered parking spaces. The place is ample, confortable and clean. Plenty of room for our group of 9.
Twenty minutes from the big stores (for groceries and supplies e.g. Costco), and the attractions of Myrtle Beach.
A couple of minor suggestions: leave some garbage bags, hand soap and detergent for the renters (first time renter, so I don’t know how common is this).
In gral. a great experience. I would rent it again.

This condo is an exceptional place to stay, especially when guests come to visit. Very spacious with 4 bedrooms which allows for privacy when desired. This unit is very clean throughout and exactly as pictured on the website. We stayed for 3 months so the on site laundry facilities are a real plus. Just a few steps across the street brings you directly onto the beach. At the same time the ocean can be glimpsed between the houses across Ocean Boulevard. Sunrises are a must see!!! Surfside Beach is our favorite location along the Grand Strand!
Sharon and Larry are great to work with. They are extremely quick to respond to any communications and always eager to please. They are the best property owners we have dealt with on any of the VRBO properties at which we've stayed. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!!!!

The rental was great for my family. The only disappointment was with the pool. It had leaves in it and looked dirty but think it just needed some TLC. Overall a great stay. The proximity to beach was great!

This house was exactly as pictured. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Awesome location, just walk across the street and you’re at the beach! Very quiet neighborhood, and couldn’t hear anything from the unit next to us. We had a problem with the downstairs AC unit and the owner called me to respond right away and within minutes had a company scheduled to come out that night. Our family had a great week and would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect! Main reason we loved it was how clean it was. Everything was as pictured as the listing. Such easy access to the beach that was seriously a 2 minute walk! We loved the binder with pleaces to eat and things to do/use! Only thing we wish was better ,was the pool was cold and the down stairs bedroom with the 2 twin beds. Wish it was upstairs with the bigger beds (bedrooms) since they were used for kids 9 and 7. And it was not pet friendly ( we have a yorkie and would have loved to bring him! We definitely would have paid a deposit to bring him) We absolutely will recommend this place to everyone and hope to be back in the future 🖤

This house accommodated my dad, and 3 grown kids and just steps to beach was very important. Our hosts were quick to respond to questions and very nice. No worries about garbage and recycling, as the dept of sanitation takes it out and return the cans! Kitchen is stocked and property well-maintained. Master bed super comfy!! Other beds were a bit softer but no complaints. We did not use the pool. There was an issue and pool service came out wound up draining and refilling. Area is nice and quiet. Would've preferred a propane grill over the charcoal one provided (so we ate out more). We would definitely book this house again in future.

We had a great stay and hope to visit again soon! The condo is very clean, with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. Sharon was responsive to any messages and made check-in / check-out incredibly easy. I would highly recommend this great place.

Weather much better than anticipated. Everyone loved the proximity to the beach as well as the pool. Plenty of room for our family and everything worked well. We rented chairs and umbrellas and felt it was worth every penny.

Everything is as described and you can’t beat the location! We had a little issue with one of the bathtub and the owner, Sharon, took care of it immediately making our vacation one of our best ones! We are already looking into our calendars to come back to this great place!

Excellent place to stay!
We have stayed here several times and every time has been great! The public beach access is just across the street. There are plenty of beds, and plenty of space for parking. The place is very clean and well equipped. And as always, the owners were very quick to respond and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Convenient Location, Great Family Stay
Location of this condo could not have been more convenient. It was a perfect fit for our family with lots of kids in tow. Although not directly on the beach, I could still hear the waves and look between the houses across the street from the kitchen. The crosswalk and beach access are just a few steps from the condo making it easy to go back and forth as desired for snacks, meals, etc. Condo is well maintained with a nicely accessorized kitchen.

Girls golf trip
We were a group of seven serious senior lady golfers playing in a three-day tournament in that area. Ours and the other golf courses in that area were readily accessible from that condo location.
The condo was very nicely furnished, beautifully decorated and very clean. We each had our own bed except for two who slept in the king bed with no problem. And we had six vehicles as we were from different locations - in addition to parking under the condo, there was a parking area behind the condo that we used. The beach was across the street and no problem getting there. And there was a pool in the back. We did have to bring our own linens and towels - ok so more comfortable with our own. Yes, I would stay there again. The condo met all our requirements.
