This village of key biscayne building has just been remodeled with new infinity pool and beautiful bright surroundingsincludes private assigned free parking. Apartment is complete with beautiful furniture, complete kitchen and more. WIFI included. Master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom with one full size bed and a twin bed. A new sofa bed allows for comfortably sleeping arrangements for seven. Pool is just a few steps from this ground floor unit. The private entrance to the beach is a block away, with bathroom and shower facilities. Shopping, grocery and more are also walking distance, one block away. This condo is in the perfect location, near the beach and near restaurants. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Key Biscayne is a beautiful safe town with laid back vibes. The condo was clean and cute and had everything we needed. Great for a small family.

This was a perfect fit for our family of 5, and the location was wonderful. It’s on a quiet street, very close to the beach, and still within walking distance to restaurants. The apartment was clean and the host was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to spend some time on Key Biscayne.

The owners were great to work with. They were very responsive when we needed them. Their place is situated within walking distance to the beach. They supplied beach chairs, umbrellas and although we didn’t use them, sand toys for kids. The area was very safe and I felt comfortable for my teens to go out walking at night. Winn- Dixie is close by for groceries and other restaurants if you choose to eat out. There is a washer and dryer, which was nice to have in the room. Parking was tight, but that goes for everywhere in the area. You do have 2 spots available to park. We had a fun vacation- thanks!

Amazing location with short walk to popular Key Biscayne Beach. Just a short walk to The Ritz-Carlton. Condo was clean and I believe recently renovated. We would definitely stay again!!!

Walk to beach in 5 minutes and multiple restaurants within 5-15 minutes. Short drive to historic sites and Miami. Not your typical tourist destination as most people seemed local. Beautiful area.

Great Decision!

We were going back and forth between a few different condos in this area. We actually decided to go with this one because it was way more budget friendly. And boy am I glad we did! This property has it all. Close to beach and pool was just right down the hall. The pictures really don't do this condo justice (inside and out). I highly recommend!

My friends and I had a great time on Key Biscayne and in Miami. The property itself is in a great location, walking distance to beach, shops, grocery, and restaurants. The island is peaceful and beautiful to spend walking everywhere! The location is also quiet at the property and even walking throughout the island. If traveling off the island frequently, it is definitely recommended to have a car as ubers and rideshares are pricey and can take a while waiting. Communication was easy through the app and owners called to check in on us a couple days in. Will need your own beach towels and toiletries-a quick pick up at the shops. Other than that, the a/c had a hard time keeping up during the day, but at night it was fine. Everything we needed was there and available to make our stay enjoyable for the week. Would book again if returning to Key Biscayne/Miami area.

This lovely condo is situated close to the beach, shopping and parks in quiet Key Biscayne. Our family enjoyed the beautifully decorated and very comfortable condo. The owners were very welcoming, responded quickly and were excellent hosts. Having beach chairs available was outstanding. We took advantage of the beaches, walkable quiet neighborhood and restaurants in Key Biscayne. It was a great stay and we rested well in the soft comfortable beds. We wish we had more time there!!!

We had an issue with the air conditioning but the owners were very responsive and we worked it out. The accommodations were superb and very well stocked with everything we needed. Very nice location and walking distance to grocery store, beach, restaruants and shops.

We loved our stay at the property! Pool was only a few steps away. The condo was cozy and well decorated with lots of useful beach/ pool items. Location was great as well! A block from the beach and store/ restaurants! We loved every minute!

Perfect for a Family of 5

Perfect for those arriving by air and looking to enjoy the beach. I couldn't travel with beach chairs and umbrellas so it worked out perfectly that the rental had those available for our use. The walk to the beach was a very easy quarter of a mile.

Glitch with lock immediately addressed and fixed. All were very nice. Condo very fine. My wife states that it could have been a bit cleaner at the beginning. I personally did not notice. Very comfortable for 5.

Great apartment, building and location!

We loved the "Welcome to Paradise" apartment, building and location. The decor was fun and delightful, convenient parking spot, fully furnished, very clean and comfortable layout with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. We enjoyed having breakfast and then walking on the beach in the mornings. This was a last minute reservation and Mario and Flory were so helpful, accomodating and easy to coordinate with. They called, emailed and texted apt details so it was easy to have the address and codes with you at all times. They treated us like close family coming to visit. We love the Governors Lodge building. The halls are very well lit, very clean with beautiful landscaping and quiet. Thank you Mario and Flory for sharing this delightful home with us.

Great location. Tidy apartment but windows all open directly into parking lot if that is a problem - it wasn’t for us - super quiet windows. Parking was a tad difficult with construction workers using our designated for storing materials - but owner was able to get us another spot. All in all would rent again if in Key Biscayne.

Very clean, bed (at least the one I used) was very comfortable. A longer walk to the water than we anticipated - the area is very built up with condos, etc. We had hoped to go walking each evening after doing business during the day. It's a great area to walk around, but hard to get to see the water. It's close to a park that is really nice with bike and walking trails. We were a bit disappointed at 3 nights without AC. We contacted the owner the 2nd days but he was unable to get the technician to fix it. There's a pool that's nice - we did not go in, but enjoyed sitting next to it.

The property was very beautiful and well maintained. Parking was very conveniant and right beside the door to the condo. The private beach access was just a 5 min walk away which had bathrooms and sprayers when you walk out to wash the sand away. The only complaint was there wasnt much for local food on the island.

The condo was perfect for my family. Very close to the beach, about 5 minute walk. Close to the Walgreens plaza, which was great. Really the only down side was all the construction going on at the building and the pool. Otherwise my family and I had a great time. We will probably stay there again on our next visit to the key.

We had a great stay here from Christmas to New Year’s. The condo was just was described and as shown in pictures and very clean. The owners were very responsive when the code to access the condo did not work when we first arrived and we didn’t have any problems after that. Access to the beach is a quick walk away and we really liked the private entrance. Supermarket and restaurants are a quick walk as well. Plenty of towels as well (beach and shower)! The only negatives to our stay were that the building was under renovation (which we did not know until we arrived) and the pool was not open because of the renovations (the owners let us know it would be closed about 4 weeks before we arrived). We were visiting family on the island and used their pool instead, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but it would have been disappointing if we didn’t have another pool to use. The renovations otherwise were not a problem as they did not seem to be working on it while we were there. The only other negative was that there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper in the house and no dishwasher soap. Thankfully the supermarket is very close but that was surprising. All in all, we would definitely stay here again!

Group of 4 stayed first week of May. Plenty of room for all. Home was clean, well stocked with necessities. Tastefully furnished. Nice quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. Nice pool and area for walking. Beach was beautiful. Short trip to downtown Miami. Owners were very accommodating. Will definitely recommend. 5 star stay!

The description stated that it was 2 blocks to the ocean which was true. But there was no public access to it. We could not even get close by driving as everything was owned by hotels , etc. we drove to Briggs park which was awesome and so worth the $8.00 fee. Great place to spend the day. We also found the man (and occasionally wife )who was either association or self appointed who always sat in his chair with patio door open to be very unfriendly and gave us the feeling that he was very unhappy that we were in his pool. He was there all of the time. We did not use the pool. Key Biscayne is beautiful but lacks much for night life if you are looking for it. There were 5 of us - women over 50 - staying for the Miami Open tennis tournament. The condo is exactly as displayed on the website. 2 identical bathrooms in the hallway. Kitchen has been remodeled and has all the necessary equipment. Big refrigerator with an ice maker. Coin operated laundry facility was convenient and easy to use. Pool was maybe 5 steps out the door. Quiet - older building with quality construction. Big tv with Direct TV. Grocery store 3 blocks away. We walked everywhere. Tennis Center can be walked in 23 minutes!! Slower gate an easy 30 minutes. Enjoyed Novocento restaurant in same strip mall at grocery store. Owners were excellent communicators and easy to contact. Would visit again - actually wish to be there now!!

AT HOME IN PARADISE!

AT HOME IN PARADISE!

We've just had two wonderful weeks in a great apartment. The place was very clean and well decorated with a beach style design in every room. The paintings and all the detail attentions made us feel at home. We enjoyed a lot the short walk to the beach with the palm trees allees and the sound of the wind. We literally fell in love with the village of Key Biscayne! Its relax, the people are very nice and you can do everything riding a bicycle or walking. The supermarket and nice cafes and restaurants are in the very near area. We will never get tired of the views of Miami while driving on the Rickenbacker bridge. Thanks you Flora and Mario for letting us have such nice holidays! E.B.V

This condo was very clean and well appointed. Ceramic tile throughout is always a good idea at the beach! The beach is a short walk away and very nice. Mario was easy to contact and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
