I shared the room with my sister. The room is clean and comfortable, the bed is huge and clean, and the shower and toilet room is very pretty, we felt like a hotel room as it was nicely designed. The AC was great as it was so hot that night. It was convenient to have a parking spot off the street and just at the back of to the house. The street is very nice, clean and well maintained.
There was someone making food at the kitchen around midnight, which was not as nice. I would ask the other residents to avoid using the kitchen after a certain hour, as the door not blocking all noises

A lot of restaurants within waking distance. Nice neighborhood. Getting to my convention was quick by car.
The stairs to the basement room were a little hard on my wife's knees.

Cleaning Services
When I arrived i was sent a different address from the one that was given. This new location did not have any ironing facilities as it was stated in the description. This new location did not have a bathroom door. Also, the host did not answer any of the calls to talk about the new change, however, he called when the time to leave was up.

The price was definitely reflective of you get what you pay for.
A little too noisy for my liking. I was expecting college students but this was more like full grown adults. Everyone still minded their business and stayed outta each other's way. Wasn't awful...just wasn't what I was used to.

Location was good. The bathrooms were decent in the cleanliness. Wasnt difficult to get into the property with the door code. The location was also pretty good since it was in the middle of many restaurants and was a pretty decent neighborhood.
I didnt like the fact that I was moved from my original booking into a new area. The new area was a lot better but the fact that I was moved on the day of was kind of unexpected. Another thing was the lack of information that was given to me when I was told to move locations. I was only given the specs of the room and was given the door and room codes. I wasnt told when to check out, etc. which was very bad since I was woken up by the hosts hard knocking on the door and the eventual opening and barging into the room telling me to hurry up and get out of there with 0 warning.

ants that made their way inside room , during later day/eve. Squeaky queen size bed. Light from the kitchen comes through the door, spoiling the darkness.

Property is clean and safe . Owner/Host has done a awesome job with their properties. This will be my go to spot a lot and less usage using hotels. I didn't want to check out yet, slept well and ready to go. Thanks for the stay!!

From Not even close to what we booked. We are both clos to 70 years old, husband recovering 2 k ee replacements and recent TIA from afib. Impossible for us to navigate 4-5 flights of narrow stairs especially with luggage. We felt this was a bait and switch. Refund promised but not issued. I had to change back thru my bank. Very disappointed
