Look no further, you have found your Luxurious Penthouse Condo Rental at 705N in Crescent Arms! Located directly on the sparkling white sandy beach of Crescent Beach. Feel confident booking my unit for your vacation. When you arrive at my condo, if it's not perfect and exactly as it is listed, I will do what ever it takes to make your stay extraordinary. My cleaning staff follows the CDC guidelines for cleaning, and I have allocated enough time in between guests checking in and out of my condo to thoroughly disinfect and clean the condo. My condo is protected by Bio-Safesurface's antimicrobial application. The condo is completely renovated with all new kitchen appliances, and cabinets, new living room and bedroom furniture, freshly painted throughout, and updated/renovated bathrooms. It's beautifully appointed and absolutely immaculately clean! I don't treat my condo as a rental, which means I purchase items like bedding that I would want as if I lived there every day.
The condo has Saatva mattresses, pillow toppers and pillows on all of my beds to give you an amazing nights sleep. I can't tell you how many guests text me after their stay asking me where they can purchase the bedding for their home because they had such a wonderful sleep experience!
Another amenity you won't find in many condo's on Siesta Key is carpet! Would you have tile on every floor in your house? Then don't settle for cold tiled floors for your vacation retreat!
The condo also comes with a third twin bed, and fits perfectly between the current twin beds. Or pull the two twin beds together, and with a specially made harness that keeps the beds together while covering up the gap, you have a comfortable queen bed!
Have Kids? The flat screen TV's in each bedroom, as well as in the living room will keep them busy when you are looking for some down time. The XBox gaming system is a complete hit with the kids, and lets parents unwind quietly! (Can you tell I have two boys) :)
Wireless Internet Access: Wireless Internet Access if Free.
XBox Gaming System: Condo comes with an XBox gaming system and 15 games. There are a variety of games for all ages.
There are two coin operated washers and dryers in a separate room just outside my unit door. If there were any closer, they would be in my unit!

This was our family's 4th stay and once again, it did not disappoint. The location, and the condo are awesome and Gary is a great host! Highly recommended.

Condo itself was great and had everything we needed. Only faults we found were the location of the pool, the cost of laundry and the fight for beach chairs in the morning. The pool is located at the front of the property which we found odd. We spent $35 to do laundry for the week. Not sure about anyone else, but beach towels get gross so we only use for 2 days before washing them. You basically have to line up for beach chairs by 7:30 to get an “ideal spot”. People are in line by 6:30-6:45 and when they let you on at 7:30 they literally run to get the front row chairs. Found this to be quite comical. Absolutely no issues though with the condo.

Great location for a stay right on the beach. Would recommend group of 4. Washer/dryer convenient right outside unit. Private beach. Grocery close. Nice relaxing vacation, quiet neighbors.

We had a great week in Siesta Key. The owner, Gary, is so easy to work with. Anything we had a question about, he was right there to help. The condo's location is excellent, couple of steps to the beach. So clean, so well equipped! We used the mattress harness to make the 2 twin beds into a king bed. This was very comfortable - better than I expected. Beds, pillows, and linens were very comfortable as well. Great place!

The owner was super nice and easy to communicate with. We found no issues with check in/out of the condo. The condo itself is very nice and comfortable. It suited everything we would need for our trip. The condo is well stocked with extras - blankets, pillows, toys, beach chairs, etc. this was nice as we don’t get that with all condos we rent. Very easy walk to restaurants, bars in the area. We would definitely stay here again! The only negative we encountered (has nothing to do with the condo we rented) is how the property management makes you line up for beach chairs at 7:30 am. Seemed juvenile and could create a safety issue as everyone runs when they “let” you on the beach. Hoping management re-thinks this practice.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Gary's condo. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location can't be beat. The only suggestion I have is adding some black out drapes, otherwise no complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

We appreciated the great communication and support from Gary and his property manager. They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The condo is a great location with views of beautiful sunrises in the morning and a quick walk to the beach for gorgeous sunsets. One of our daughters saw a large seahorse during a sunrise walk. Our family of five was comfortable in Gary’s condo and had everything we needed to cook for the week. We hope we get the opportunity to stay again in this slice of paradise.

As advertised. Kitchen appliances need cleaned. 12 hr fan in bathroom is annoying. Better instructions for the thermostat would help. Nice condo with a large balcony. Chairs on the beach come w/the condo. Excellent contact w/owner. Would vacation here again.

The condo is in a perfect location on Crescent Beach. I rented a few condos as my three adult children came with their families. The condo was perfect for hosting Thanksgiving as the kitchen is well appointed and the table seated eight. Thanks for sharing your lovely condo with us.

The apartment is well taken care of. It is spacious, clean, comfortable and right on the water. We had a great stay at crescent arms condo 705 N. I like convenience of a private beach. There are few things that need to be fixed at the condo: receptacle outlets almost everywhere but especially in a bathroom with a king size bed bedroom. It’s impossible to use a hairdryer there because the plug in will not stay in. The condo also needs new cooking pans, the ones there now are all scratched and I wouldn’t use them, not safe health wise. We had two huge cockroaches in there, no idea where they came from and they did freak us out. Seems those are very normal for this area, not sure if it’s normal to have them inside condo. Condo is nice but needs a very good cleaning. Thank you Gary for a great communication and for letting us to stay at your condo.

Prior to us even arriving great communication with Gary and when he says anything you need or any question you have he means it ! Throughout the trip he checked in to assure everything was well.. First time I’ve ever been notified of a room being ready before check in at 4pm but Gary did and such a beautiful condo an great family atmosphere.. highly recommended

We have stayed at crescent arms many times and love the location, beach and sunshine. This unit is well equipped with very comfortable beds and upgraded bath. The unit was very clean.. had our 10 month old grandson for a couple nights before a quick trip to Disney. Worked out great. Especially with the carpet for him to crawl around on. Would not hesitate to book this unit again!

Everything was great. The condo was ready for us. It was clean and nicely furnished. Plenty of dishes and utensils for those who like to cook. Beds are comfortable. There are extra pillows and many towels. Three TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

This was our 4th trip staying in the condo, and we've been happy with the experience each time. It's always very clean, which is important to us, especially with a toddler. The condo has all the things our family needed for the week, including beach toys for our daughter (who LOVED the beach). We'll definitely be back!!!

Getting into the condo was smooth. Gary gave us everything we needed to know ahead of time so when we got there it was a easy. The condos are a little older but this unit had a little updating and has been taken care of. There is lots of stuff there to make things easier, from kitchen dishes, pots and blender, but also beach chairs, boogy boards, sand toys, beach bag, coolers and more. It was super convenient. The beach is just steps from the condo and is beautiful.

Gary the host was great, let us check in once cleaners were done. Beds and pillows were super comfy all had foam mattress pads. We love the condo it comes with free beach chairs and 75 bucks for the week for an unbrella. Very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Also bathrooms were all updated great pressure and water temperature. Great stay with Gary- this is on the 7th floor with an elevator, laundry is right outside condo for $2.00 a wash.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean. Kitchen had exactly what we needed. Having carpet in the living room and bedrooms was SO nice!! Gary was excellent. He communicates very well. Directions to enter Crescent arms are spelled out clearly in his email. It is right on the beach and the pool is very close as well. We will definitely be coming back again!! It exceeded our expectations!

Wonderful stay at Gary’s property! Everything was as described in the listing, if not better. His condo was conveniently located to eatery’s, shops, and a short few yard walk to the beach! He had everything you needed for a beach day. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Siesta Key!
