Very nice location in East Vail Racquet Club about 10 minute drive from Vail Village. It is also at start of Shuttle route( 50 yards from Condo) which means we got seats for ride in as they pack the buses. Condo was spacious and clean with lots of seats for our group of 6 with comfortable rooms and baths. Kitchen was nicly stocked with basics. Biggest disappoint was building hot tube was not working. The owner ( who was very prompt to respond to messages)) is crediting back our visits to Vail Racquet Club which is a very nice facility close by. While large couch recliner was comfortabe it is getting worn out and we could not light pilot on fire place are fortunately my only complaints. As said, owners are very attentive to our comfort and ready to respond to all my messages even before we arrived. I highly recommend both this vail location and the owners if looking for a larger condo for large groups.

While searching for a VRBO in Vail for our yearly ski trip, a hot tub is a must for sore muscles after a day of skiing. Did see a review that the hot tub was out of service in March of 2023. Figured that was 10 months ago and it was fixed. We were informed the DAY BEFORE arrival that it was not. Host offered to cover the cost of $35 per person, per day, up to $300, to a nearby racketball club. We take advantage of the free Vail shuttle and the 30 minute return trip was unacceptable. Hot tub hasn’t work in months, which host verified via text. Then there was the issue of the leaking water heater. Workers came the next day to replace while we skied. They were still there when we return from skiing for the day. It appeared it was working when they left, but we only could get one hot shower in. Informed host that some adjustments needed to be made (Google search flashing error code) that none of us in our party were qualified to do. Then, the fireplace switch did not work. Could not shut the darn thing off. Fortunately, one of us knew how to manually shut it off. We did inform the host of that. Host stated that 2 different attempts were made to fix the fireplace at an earlier date, but it probably needs to be replaced. OUR STAY… no hot tub, no hot water and no fireplace. We worked with host and were given a partial refund for our stay. Other than these 3 important issues, the condo was clean, well appointed and spacious. NO WORKING HOT TUB.

Nice sized condo right next to a bus stop. Perfect for a family or group of friends for a ski weekend

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this property! It was clean, spacious and comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The bus was steps from the door and provided very convenient transportation into Vail. The hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. We would highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

The overall stay was great and made the trip that much more enjoyable. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The community hot tub was out of service during our stay and the host paid for our group to use the Vail racquet club hot tubs. One thing we would recommend is advertising multiple bathrooms, when we booked the trip it only showed the spot having 1.

We had a short trip to vail for a family wedding. This condo was in a perfect location to all the festivities at Vail Village. The condo was large enough for all of us. 6 adults and 3 kids. Would stay here again!

The property was fine for our family, although initially very hard to locate especially with all paths covered in snow, the directions to locating the front door were not clear. Beds were okay, and there were plenty of pillows. towels and shampoo available. Kitchen was very functional, plenty of dishes and cooking wares. Furniture and finishes slightly dated, but everything worked fine. There was an instant hot water faucet at the kitchen sink that did not work. Also. the property advertised a hot tub which was not operational due to electrical outage at the property but this was communicated by the owners just before we arrived. Overall, it served our family well, and we really enjoy the proximity of East vail and the bus service.

Condo has everything needed for an enjoyable ski vacation. Thanks so much! Just a little disappointed the hot tub is broken.

Very clean, easy place to stay. We stayed with friends and it was very easy with the number of bedroom and bathrooms. The kitchen is not large. It wasn’t a problem for us, but some might need more space to cook. We brought all our finners ready to bake, but it was a well appointed kitchen with everything you should need. The owner was very quick with responding to any sent messages or questions. The biggest disappointment was the hot tub not working. I was really looking forward to using it after a long cold days. It was part of the reason I chose this place, but it wasn’t stated wasn’t working.

Great entertainment system and comfortable couch. Plenty of towels, linens, and kitchen supplies. 10-15 minute drive to Vail
Village, easy access and parking. Great view out the porch window. 3 bathrooms really helped with a 7 person trip! Awesome place overall

This is a wonderful condo and location.
Grandkids loved Bighorn park. We loved the fireplace and so happy to get to use the sled. Shuttle experience was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay, Great Location
Beautiful spot! The pictures really don’t do it justice. The sofa was amazing, big hit! Bus stop was convenient and less than 100 yards away.
The owners were also very friendly and responsive. Would stay here again!!

Our favorite place to stay in Vail
This condo is just right for our family. Well maintained and clean. The owners are wonderful and very helpful. Location is near the bus stop. It is on the third floor, so it is very quiet. Can’t recommend it enough.

Coved-19 stay
Overall the stay was a wonderful week, however, the condo was not prepared by the owner’s error but made up for it by crediting us the cleaning fee and one night’s stay.
The only negative to this property after renting it two years in a row is that the upstairs bathroom could use some work. Maybe raising the towel bar above the height of the shower door would allow the shower door to open all the way. Also the shower door does not close all the way allowing water to get out on the floor when showering.
But we would stay again as our group likes the location and closeness to the shuttle bus stop.

Very good overall, a few to many steps for an “old” man.

Comfortable home
We enjoyed staying at this four bedroom condo unit. It is well furnished and comfortable. The internet and TV worked well and we enjoyed the gas fireplace and hot tub.
The unit is on the third floor with stair access.
It was a nice place to stay.

Great Ski weekend Condo
The other father and our sons all enjoyed the condo and it was spacious enough for five large guys. The reclining movie L-shaped sofa chairs was a great touch and we all sat and watched movies in comfort. Overall a great experience

Excellent
Condo is comfortable and bright and we’ll layed out for the four of us. Enough room for a family though we were 4 seniors. Very accessible to the shuttle stop and as one of the first stops on the East Vail bus run, the bus is very empty and seating available. The condo could use a few upgrades but overall our stay was wonderful. I would recommend this rental very highly.

Would definitely return!
The place was perfect for our group of four adults and two children. Only two exits from Vail. Kitchen is well stocked with supplies and spices, sugar, etc., so you don’t need to buy staples like that. More importantly, there was a small issue on arrival that Sheila (the owner) professionally and properly handled. I wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Visual delight; comfortably furnished; exceptionally stocked kitchen
Wonderful Vail Valley views. Perfect layout for our group of 3 couples, baby and toddler. Appreciated the all-seat recliner couch and Xfinity comcast tv. Kitchen and dining table served us well, as we ate all dinners/breakfasts in condominium with additional guests.
Thoughtfully updated and appointed decor. Plenty of towels, kitchen baggies, batteries, bath extras, etc. Parking always available at building base. Very much worth climbing the stairs.

Perfect size for 2 families
The house was perfect. We spent a majority of our time out, but were happy to come back to a comfy bed! The pool was a great break for our kids!

Great Place to relax after skiing
This place is really big and comfortable. Well stocked and everything you could use for cooking is here as well as some staples which we appreciated. The bus stop is nearby and we found the racquet club down the street as well. Had a great time

Just right for our family! Quiet, easy parking and bus access, Stocked with everything we needed!!
Could not have been better. We've HomeAway'ed several years in Vail at Christmas and this was the best yet. Of course, more luxurious places, with ski-in/ski-out are available, but are way outside our price range. Bedding was very good, plenty of sheets, blankets, pillows, etc. Nothing ratty or saggy or over-the-hill.
Kitchen was not big, but very easy for 2 adults to cook and clean together, even with grandkids underfoot asking for this or that. A wide variety of extra appliances (stand mixer, crock pot, blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) are nice and work well. Lots of pots and pans. Maybe bring a good chef’s knife with you…the knives are sort of utilitarian and flimsy, but that’s no big deal if you are not picky about knives. Great TV, many DVDs, BIG dining room table seats 10 comfortably which was important to us---6 big chairs and two benches that can seat 2-3 each easily. It's on the top floor of a 3 story building, so a few extra steps in and out, but we felt that was perfect as we had no upstairs neighbors that might have altered our quality of sleep. Not far from I-70 but you can't hear traffic unless you strain to hear it. Nice fireplace (gas) and it is very pleasant.
Owners are super-accommodating, and quick to reply with any concerns. Towels, sheets, etc. are plush and in good shape. Washer and Dryer are right off the kitchen, so very accessible. It's easy to integrate 'throwing-in-a-load' amidst the chaos of everyone going in and out the door for skiing. Hardwood floors throughout are clean and easy to keep that way.
The 4th bedroom in a Vail Condo is often a loft, with little privacy. But here, owners have enclosed the open loft with a large window and blinds so the upstairs bedroom (and en-suite shower and toilet) are isolated and quiet. Much better than average.
All in all, a terrific condo!!

Promising but incomplete
We enjoyed a pleasant time with our family in a beautiful location but the rental requires serious improvements before we would stay again. It appeared that they had not finished remodeling.
PROS: Spacious; Loved the couch; Beautiful floors and granite; nice location near a park; quiet; loved having a washer and dryer.
Cons: Smoke detector dangling from wall, apparently not working; Electric baseboard heater had exposed wires - thankfully we had no small chIldren;
No screens in two bedrooms. Since it was hot had to open window with no screen and a couple bees flew in.; Window casings were rotting ;sliding screen door to the deck would not stay on the track; coffee maker did not work.
All in all, it has the potential to be a very nice condo but it is not ready to be rented to others.

Fantastic!
Our family had such a wonderful stay, thank you Shiela! Where to start..? the space... an awesome open floorplan with so much sleeping space. The property was stocked with everything needed to make anyone feel right at your home. Ohhh, the timed gas fireplace was amazing, you wake up and turn the dial, instantly a warm flame to get you ready for the slopes. All appliances are brand new (with the exception of the classic sub-zero fridge, which nothing in the new market can touch...). Even dry your gear in the frontload washer/dryer. Here's where it get's good- after a long ski day, all you want to do is relax with the family... just kick back on the 10 person L couch with electric recline to recuperate with a big screen TV. Seriously the most comfortable couch ever. I can't say enough about this property, take your family here and build everlasting memories. Thanks again. Clayton and Fam.
