Spacious, clean lake home resting on 180 ft of prime Jimmerson lake front. One of the best beaches on Jimmerson! Over 4,000 sq ft home features 3 floors. Large, cozy upstairs has 2 well-decorated queen bedrooms, 1 king bedroom and a full bath, plus sitting area. Main floor has handicap accessible, very large bathroom, king bedroom w Roku tv, queen lakefront bedroom with deck off of it (Accessed through King bedroom) . Walkout basement separates into 2 parts. The 'man cave' has a Smart TV for video games and movies, 2 queen beds, and 3 single mattresses. Very sound proof for the teenagers who wish to keep later hours than the adults. Other half of the basement contains partial kitchen with 2nd fridge, large Roku tv, roomy half bath, and walks out onto the cement patio to the lake.
Whether you are looking to watch the children hunt for sea shells, enjoy the lake side fire pit on chilly evenings, fish off the edge of the property, or spend time playing cornhole and yard games, this home has it all.
Lake house is located just 3/4 mile down the road from festive restaurants, such as The 6 on James, Acupulco Grille, Brewskies Bar and grill, Club Paradise and Waterfront Bistro. +Tom's donuts. Just a short boat ride around the bend and you will find yourself on Lake James, where you can dock your boat at Potowatomi Inn and play beach volleyball or enjoy the vast public swimming beach.

This property exceptional in its spaciousness and decoration. The lake view is beautiful and my family voted to stay here again next year! They loved the convenience and space to spread out! So many great restaurants in the area too!

It was fantastic! Our family consisted of ages 3 to 81 yrs old and we ALL loved the home! I can't emphasize enough how perfect everything was. The host was incredibly helpful and full of useful information that made everything even better! I need to mention the outside area and lake was incredible. We will definitely go back. I would give it 6 stars if I could!

This property was more than expected! There was a ton of room throughout the house and more than enough cooking and cleaning supplies for our stay. Many amenities for people of all ages. I would wake up in the morning and have coffee while looking onto the lake. The sunsets were my favorite part. It was a little bit colder when we stayed, but I hope to be back again when it's warmer as the area was great! Really made me want to come back to Jimmerson Lake again.

This was an amazing home for our family to stay in for the weekend of our daughter’s wedding. We are from out of town and it worked perfectly. Only suggestion I would have is for the owner to include in the listing that the three singles are mattress that are standing up in the corner in the basement and not actually beds. It all worked, with some shuffling as I could not put my 75 year old Mother in law on the floor as we were originally counting her as having one of the single beds.

We were very pleased with the accommodations, very clean and plenty of room. Many times you are told a place sleeps a certain number but what was great about this place is only in the basement would you have to share a room to get the beds you need. The outside patio areas were awesome and seated a lot of people comfortably. Beautifully concreted with an overhang and a fire pit on the patio off the covered area. The owner was great to work with and I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this location.

This was an amazing, beautiful, clean, warm, perfect home. Each and everyone of us had a wonderful time we felt so at home. The communication with the owner of the house was wonderful. She kept checking on us making sure we had everything we needed. We are already talking about coming back again in the summer. I don’t want to give a good complement because I don’t want somebody to take this house away from us but if you’re looking for a wonderful visit with family or friends this is the house to come to, I give a rating of 10 of the home. Thank you for all of your help. The area was wonderful the shopping, the wineries, the dinner, places, the kitchen, and the home was wonderful. We did some good cooking in groups. It was so much room, the tables were great the entertainment room was wonderful . Thank you again.

This place is amazing. Right on the lake with beautiful views of the sunset. Very spacious with plenty of room for our large extended family. Lots of seating for everyone. Tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms were nice size and the beds were very comfortable. Owner was extremely pleasant and answered all our questions quickly when I reached out. Everyone in our group had a great time. Would definitely love to stay again. Recommend this place highly. Our group included ages between 6 months and 84 years old. Everyone had a great time. The house is perfect for different families to have their own space. We love the basement for activities including pumpkin carving and Christmas ornament making. The table was great for playing games. We loved the fire pit for s’mores! Loved our time together!

This is a beautiful home and the host is very easy to work with. We were a family of 17, ages 3 months to 90 years. There was plenty of space for us all. The kitchen has all the cooking supplies you need, plus plenty of dishes and utensils. Large open area in the basement we used to play games. Only about 15 minutes to town and antique shops. A 5 star rating from us!

This was great family friendly home with lots of space and amenities. It is right on the lake with beautiful views . There is no beach but several public ones nearby. Pokagon State park is very close and also family friendly for hiking and biking. Was a convenient midway point for family coming from Cleveland, AnnArbor and Chicago. The only downside is the kitchen has no sink disposal which may be an issue for all lake property……Not sure. The property was immaculate. We would definitely return.

We rented this house for a long getaway weekend in January as a Christmas gift to our adult kids (and our grandchildren). Unfortunately thanks to covid, our party of 16 turned into a party of 5 with no grandchildren. So we barely touched the basement and still had plenty of space for us. The kitchen was well stocked and the owner extremely responsive to any questions we had. However, we didn't cook much as we decided to eat most of our meals out since we were a small group of adults. What was unexpected (or maybe I missed it in the description/reviews) was the beautiful sunset views - amazing! We would definitely rent this house again in the future.

We had a cousins reunion with 5 families. There were plenty of beds, plenty of room for us to spread out. We had a large table with plenty of chairs on the main level & in the basement. There was access to 4 toilets at once & all the toilets were available when someone was in the shower except one. We could play cards at night in the basement & not bother the people trying to sleep on the main floor or upstairs. This house was so beautiful and so peaceful. It is a perfect place. There was a gas grill, fire ring, 2 kayaks, picnic tables, patio furniture, corn hole game, other games & toys for kids. We couldn’t find anything we needed that they didn’t have. This was the cleanest, most well stocked place we’ve ever rented. We had an excellent time. Kim answered all my questions right away. We definitely plan to come here again.

It is also very well stocked for a larger group (we had 17 people), including everything needed for cooking to items that are convenient when your group has a baby. The location if perfect if you like boating around Lake James & Jimmerson. Our entire family is excited to stay at this home again in the future.
