LOCATION IS FABULOUS! Ski, board, hike, fish, bike or relax! Take in the awesome mountain view and fresh air in this spacious two bedroom, two bath vacation condo. Walk out the door and start your hike, walk to town in 5-10 minutes or take the free shuttle to the slopes or town. Seasonally there is great fishing and hiking nearby as well as fabulous skiing/boarding at Breckenridge Ski Resort.
Property is conveniently located on the first floor of Ski & Racquet Club condos. The perfect getaway with covered parking just outside your door and enough room to sleep 7-8. Convenient free town shuttle is only steps away. The shuttle will take you to town or the slopes! And... if you don't want to take the free shuttle , it's only about a 5-10 minute walk to town.
Master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and private modern 3/4 bath with double sinks and walk in shower. Second bedroom has a full bed and bunk bed. Across the hall is a modern second bath with tub.
Need more room... use the pull out sofa in the living room or blow up mattress. Complete with a full dining area, breakfast bar, and modern fully equipped kitchen for all that love to cook!
You will love the open space living area for gathering with friends or family. Enjoy the flat screen TV's in both the master and main living area, cozy gas fireplace and great deck complete with a grill and a mountain view!
After a full day of adventure, wind down at the clubhouse complex complete with indoor NEW pool, new hot tub, pool table, and sauna. In the warmer months play basketball, pickleball or volleyball on the outdoor courts, enjoy the kids play area or relax and sit around the clubhouse campfire.

The location was perfect. An easy walk to where we needed to go, shuttle to everything in town, enough removed from main street to have some peace and quiet. The property is well stocked and truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is located very close to the bus route. We spent most time skiing but did not need to take the car out. The condo was clean. Ample of beds accommodation. Instructions were clear.

Excellent space for a long ski weekend. Linda was incredibly helpful with all of our questions. The unit is steps away from the shuttle stop, which made access to the mountain and downtown very easy.

Condo was in great shape. Plenty of space for everyone. I was 1 of 4 people sharing the space, all with our own snowboard gear, and everyone had enough room. Kitchen was equipped. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were clean.
Condo had great proximity to the shuttle busses that run you up to the condo. Just a few stops away from peak 9 or Breck station.
Only a few minute drive to Main Street.

Great property - we loved the view from the balcony and the secluded feel even though it was very close to town! The location to the bus stop could not have been better (literally steps from the condo). The bathrooms were really nicely updated.

Clean place close to slopes and town. Shared areas (pool/jacuzzi/sauna) are old and need some cleaning/updates, but the condo itself was perfect for a extended weekend.

Our family stayed in this condo the week of Thanksgiving 2022. The condo is in a great location with lots of wildlife to enjoy from the large deck. It is quaint, clean, and comfortable with lots of amenities to enjoy. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend others as well.

Everything was just as described, no surprises. Since it was only my spouse and myself, we didn’t use the second bedroom, but there was plenty of room for another couple/kids. We loved the ease if getting to the trails, restaurants, and shops.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and just as listed. Perfect size for our family. Short walk to downtown right down Main Street. Bus drops off right outside if you don’t want to walk. Everything we needed was there.

Very good condo with great views of mtns!
Really good experience at this condo with just a couple of disappointments. The views of the mountains are as described. Disappointed that there was construction right behind us when sitting on the deck, but that won’t be there for long. There is some road noise from CO-9, so if you want complete quiet, choose somewhere else. However, in other places you won’t have the views this condo has.
It really is easy to walk to town. The sidewalk is right on CO-9, but we felt safe. The bus route is the gray route. The chalkboard in the condo says “brown” but there isn’t a brown route to take. Use the app as they suggest. Very helpful.
The beds were all very comfortable; the redone bathrooms top notch. The kitchen was one of the best stocked we’ve ever stayed in. Very helpful to have so many everyday items including utensils and towels!
Easy check in and easy getting into and out of condo with our stuff. We enjoyed the fireplace too in the cool mountain mornings.
The condo was very average in cleanliness when we arrived. This is a cleaning company issue, not an issue with the owners and we’re sharing more specifics with them. I would anticipate things being different for others based on how Linda cares for the condo with what is in her control.
Overall we would choose this condo again because of the location, views, beds and bathrooms.

Spring break skiing with family
What a wonderful experience. We come up to Breck 2-4 times each year. This kitchen was by far the best equipped if you enjoy cooking a few meals in. The bathrooms are remodeled and very nice. Beds are comfy. Location is great! You can walk or drive to town. Thank you for sharing your lovely cozy home. 😊❤️

Had an incredible time for a quick ski trip. The free shuttle bus is steps from the door and makes getting to the mountain and downtown a breeze! The place was clean and everything we easily with Linda communicating all the details. We will definitely be back!

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient
Hosts were great. Very promptly responsive to all communications. Unit was clean, comfortable, well furnished and well equipped. Everything worked properly. No issues with heat or hot water. Plenty of space for our family of four. We used the lower bunk of the bunk bed and it was remarkably comfortable as were all other beds. There is no laundry in unit but there is a well maintained, coin operated, laundry room just steps away in a separate unit. The bus stop for the “free ride” shuttle bus to downtown and ski mountain bases is also just steps away from this unit. The bus was incredibly convenient and useful and it came by very frequently (every 15-20 minutes or so). This rental exceeded our expectations and would absolutely stay again if we ever return to Breckenridge.

Great stay. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. Beds were very comfy, pillows not so much. Hot tub was clean and felt great after a day on the slopes.
Very easy walk to town and the ski lifts. Bus was convenient.

Great condo close to town
We had a perfect stay at the condo. Beds are comfy, kitchen is equipped with all the basics you need and it was just as advertised. It was easy to get to Main Street and we appreciated all the instructions from the owner for our arrival. We’ll be back!

Perfect family getaway
We loved staying in this condo so close to Main Street. There was perfect sleeping arrangements for my family of six and the kids loved the sports court and indoor pool. We would definitely come stay again.

Nice property
The overall stay was great. We love Breckenridge and come here a lot. The property is cute and just as listed. The clubhouse was a perk, it has a indoor pool and hot tub both clean and not crowded. The pool table didn’t have any usable pool sticks, though. The condo has everything you need except pool towels which I thought was strange. Seems that’s a easy thing to provide, but not a big deal. The condo has a very long balcony which was nice for the whole family to sit out there in the mornings. The beds were super comfortable but the dining rooms chairs were not and seemed to be falling apart. Lots of beds available if you have a large group. The location is a bit too far from Main Street to walk into town to avoid parking but a very short drive (5 min at most). Linda was very pleasant and responsive to work with. The only negative thing that effected our vacation was the rule to be completely quiet after 10pm. We had family in town and wanted to play board games at night but had to keep ending early because of this be silent rule. I understood because others live above the condo that aren’t on vacation like us but I would more likely choose Beaver Run or Gravity Haus or many others we have visited before so we didn’t feel restricted. There was also a note near the bed comforters that said they’d prefer you to use only the small blankets and not the comforters because it was more work for them to be washed. Not sure if this is a normal practice now- I have never seen anything like that and found it odd.

Breckinridge Weekend Stay
This was a great location with short walking distance to downtown Breck. We didn’t even use the shuttle but that is a very nice touch if your not up for the walk. The property was great exactly as described and as photos show. I would definitely book this location again.
