Place was good... beds a bit uncomfortable. Good instructions for the amenities. Cluubhouse jacuzzi was nice.

It was a wonderful summer vacation at this property!
Location is great by the Olympic Park and easy access from the Freeway. A grocery store, shopping and restaurants just across the highway. It was an easy 5-10min drive to Main St Park City.
Lots of space and other than permanent stains in the carpets it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had lots of dishes and we were able to make some nice dinners at this townhouse.
Overall, for our family this worked out wonderfully and the next time we are in Park City we would love to stay at this location again.

The location of property was good, the unit was a little hard to find since the unit numbers did not stand out on the column. The hot tub was nice, but the clarity of the water was bad and the chlorine content was way too high. Some of the items in the kitchen need to be updated, like pans and cooking utensils. We did not like having the streaming services for the TV, would have preferred regular dish tv.

I chose this place specifically because it had AC. The reason for our trip was because my 19-month-old granddaughter has health issues and we were going to get a second opinion from the Children's Hospital in SLC. You can imagine our disappointment when we arrived and the air conditioner was not working. Poor baby girl oxygen level dropped to 91
(if she drops below 90, it means a trip to ER, just to give some perspective here) that night and I'm sure the heat didn't help her. And it wasn't just that the AC wasn't working, but there was heat emanating from the fireplace even though we didn't turn the fireplace on. The glass on the fireplace was also quite hot to the touch. So not only was the AC not working but it felt like there was a heater on, on a hot summer day. Uggh! It was also a safety concern for me because my twin granddaughters (19 months old) and my 4 year old grandson were with us so I worried they could get hurt if they touched the hot glass of the fireplace. There was no screen around the fireplace.
Anyway, I called Vacasa and it was pretty much a nightmare. I reported the safety issue of the fireplace being too hot, but after waiting on hold the guy I spoke with said he would have their maintenance guy call me right away. After waiting over an hour, we called back. This time the person we spoke to said they didn't have any record of any request for maintenance to call us. GREAT. as you can imagine, it's getting later and later as we keep waiting. So then they say they will contact their maintenance guy. Still nothing. We wasted so much time trying to talk to various different people to get someone to come fix the AC and also to address the hot fireplace safety hazard but to no avail. I finally spoke with a Vacasa representative in Salt Lake City and he tried to get ahold of maintenance but couldn't. He contacted a rep in Park City and she called me and these last two points of contact were great to talk to, but they were not able to get anyone to come fix the ac unit that night so our first night was miserably hot and 82 degrees inside. They suggested we open the windows so we did eventually, even though I don't always feel comfortable sleeping with all the windows open when I'm in an unfamiliar place, but some of the windows were so stuck from never being used, it was challenging to get them open. The bathroom window on main floor needed repair and wouldn't open. The basement room window couldn't be opened because the screen was all torn up.
There was ONE fan available in the whole house so we put that in with the children since we had the one with special needs, lung issues, which I was sure to mention to all the vacasa reps I spoke with.
In the end we survived the night but it wasn't the most comfortable. The maintenance man showed up first thing in the morning and got the AC running. They had failed to turn the breaker on for the AC units so it was just a flip of a switch but not one I was familiar with. It would have been nice if someone could have even walked us through that OVER THE PHONE so we could have AC that night but they didn't. The maintenance guy also ended up turning off the pilot light to the fireplace so finally it quit emanating heat.
We were very disappointed in the slow communication, the amount of time on hold, the lack of any way to help us out that evening, and no offers for anything to try to make up for how essentially our first night there was ruined because we were hot and miserable and trying to hard to get ahold of someone to help us out. We couldn't even head out to do anything because we kept hoping someone would come to fix the problem but they didn't.
The house itself was clean. The hot tub was clean. the chairs outside and the grill outside probably could use a good scrubbing. I did wipe down the plastic chairs a bit but they could have used a little ext...

I love Bear Hollow Village, and this unit was plenty clean! I'll give it that. But....
-Beds were horrible
-Decor is outdated and mismatched
-General furniture appears to have been randomly sourced as leftovers from several homes from the 90's.
I'm not exaggerating. Also the Owner's car was in the garage which was odd, and made it tough to fully use the space for bikes, etc.
I would not stay here again but appreciated the low rate last minute. For your own sake update the unit!
Cheers people.

Location was good - both to Canyon's parking lot and the grocery stores in Kimbell Junction. If you weren't driving, it is close to the bus stop.

Great in many ways but furniture, flooring, decor needs total update
Pros: Lots of space, incredible hot tub, amazing view from back deck, huge well appointed kitchen, garage, end unit, very clean (the whole place felt clean, no weird smells or stains). If you plan on going to a lot of different destinations in the area this is a great location - about a mile from the highway and shopping (including multiple grocery stores). If you plan to stock up and do a lot of cooking, this place would be a good place for you. Cons: All of the furniture, flooring, and decor needs to be modernized/replaced/updated. The whole place is stark and bland. If you are looking for a cozy, mountain lodge feel, this is not a good choice until updates are made. If that doesn't matter to you then I would recommend staying here.

Bear Hollow Beckoned & And We Came Back
Had our own parking space, lots of bright light, clean and welcoming space. Kitchen extravaganza and large dining area. Hot tub also beckons after hard days of skiing. Large master shower and dual zone heat, for cool sleeping (our choice). Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley very accessible and shopping a stones throw. Great restaurants close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our return visit. A clean & comfortable space just like home!

Park City Christmas
Property was clean, we'll equipped and spacious. Prime location for skiing. Only two minor issues. Lights are way too dim and no cable TV. TV has Amazon Fire Stick and relies on apps but we were unable to access network TV.

Overall a great place to stay; just needs a few upgrades
This place had oodles of room and was perfect for our family with adult married kids and grandchildren. It is in a beautiful surrounding with an awesome trail for running (or biking) and is located perfectly for Kimball Junction and also not too far from downtown Park City. It was very clean, had good appliances/amenities, and was nicely decorated. We would have enjoyed our stay a little more if the beds were more comfortable. The mattresses could use some updating, especially the one in the master bedroom that is a Sleep Number that does not hold air, so we were constantly having to adjust it because it wouldn't stay at a comfortable level. Also the lighting in all the rooms was very dim -- new, brighter lightbulbs are a must. We loved having the big table in the kitchen to play games but had to bring in a couple lamps to be able to see what we were doing better. Having more than one TV would have been better, like having them in the bedrooms, even if they were set up for us to just cast to or use our own internet accounts on them. It was super nice having the garage parking and the other parking spaces too. And the hot tub was incredible and a real plus for this place! We would stay here again, but hopefully it would be in a little better shape next time. Thank you for the bonus offer on the extra night -- we enjoyed having a little more time in Park City.

Bear Hollow Beauty Was An Excellent Stay!
We loved how welcoming this house was, the large living room open to the kitchen and dinind area, the hot tub was devine after a full day skiing! The bedrooms were wonderful all of the amenities were present to make us feel as if we were in our own home! Close to the ski resorts, and shopping, yet quiet and private location. We had a great experience from Vacasa and their communication and explanations a breeze. Thanks for a great stay.

The house is nice be better with a king bed in master. Cable was great could use an upgrade on the tv and would be nice to have a tv in at least on more room??? The Vacasa people were great! Nice to have a real person answer the phone that speaks english so we can understand each other. Having a garage is fantastic. Not sure how it would be size wise if the owners car is there as they said it could be. At almost 3K $ a week we will shop but would consider this place again.
