Great communication, big enough for family to stay comfortably. Super location, minutes from grocery store, shopping, skiing. House is well maintained, clean, kitchen is stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. We didn’t use the grill or hot tub but it’s conveniently right outside. Bedrooms have ample space for clothes, jackets, suitcases. Gorgeous views in the snow! This is definitely a property we will be returning to!

Beautiful location with lots of space for everyone
We stayed to do some snowboarding and touring of the area. We had quick access with short drives to the locations we wanted to visit and for supplies/food. There was more than enough space for us in the house for the 2 families we gathered where we could get together to eat and play games or just have some time on our own. Being on the river was beautiful. We could even sit outside and had lots of choices. The shuttle for Beaver Creek was right across the street for easy access to the hill. The kitchen had tons of space for supplies and the house was clean and comfortable. We'd stay at this location again without hesitation! Thanks for sharing your space.

Amazing Trip
I kind of hate to write this review because it may end up the house is not available next time were in town, ha! Couldn’t have been better.
Location: It may be the closest home (not condo) to Beaver Creek that is not in beaver creek. First turn out of the resort and you are there. We rented our gear from Base Mountain Sports. That meant we could park in the Villar Center Parking lot and walk up the stairs (not the elevator) and come out directly across the street from Base Mountain Sports. Parking was $35 a day but we saved about $600 a day not staying on the mountain so great trade there. BMS will stop your skis over night so you can drop them off there after skiing and jump in car and be home in minutes.
House: Very well card for. Great bathrooms, steam shower was a great bonus. Used hot tub, then cold shower was a great afternoon! Views of River are great.
Parking: Plenty of it. Had three parking passes and a garage. Little bit of a walk from parking lot to house but non issue for us. Could maybe be for some.
Communication: They were incredibly responsive.
Overall would absolutely stay here again. Great price, great people, and great location.

Beautiful Condo right on the Eagle River
Excellently appointed kitchen, beautiful house with great rooms and bed options, great WiFi, fast communication from host. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this house if you require lodging in the area. We fly fished the Eagle River valley for a week from this location. Close to fuel, liquor store, grocery store and a fly shop. Highly recommended.

Perfect for what we needed
Great place! We were a group of three dads and three teen boys in town for a lacrosse tournament in June, and this place was perfect for us. It is well-built with an updated interior. Each of the dads got his own room on the second floor. One boy slept in the main floor bedroom. The other two boys slept in the top-floor bedroom loft. The place was clean and well appointed. We appreciated that the owner left supplies (trash bags, laundry detergent, saran wrap, etc.) for us, which came in handy. The sound of the river at night with the windows open was wonderful. The hot tub was great and perfect for the boys after playing lacrosse. The community was quiet (though there was a lot of hustle and bustle in the adjacent community across the street, but it didn't really bother us). Only negatives were that the top loft gets hot during a summer day and is difficult to cool off at night (house has lots of fans, which is nice), and there was no cable TV (even though there was a remote labeled "Comcast"). There isn't really any walkable retail or restaurants, but plenty within a few minutes' drive. It was competitively priced and we really enjoyed our stay.

Family holiday get together
Our family of seven met half way between Grand Junction and Denver for a holiday get together. We were not disappointed. The property is in a great location to get around town. The home is spacious and the living area is very comfortable for a larger group with the fireplace being a cozy touch in this room. Each of the bedrooms are spacious and decorated beautifully. The master suite will spoil you with large soaking tub and a private steam room. We got in a routine of soaking in the outdoor hot tub each evening followed by sitting in the steam room to warm up before jammies went on. Very relaxing!! The view from each room is beautiful with the sound of the moving river water from outside adding to the ambiance and lulls you to sleep. The upstairs bedroom is large enough for a larger family or lots of kids. We prepared a complete traditional Thanksgiving dinner for seven in the kitchen and were pleased to find all the dishes and pots and pans needed to complete this task. There are three bathrooms which make it very convenient for a larger group. We had three vehicles onsite and as they warn you there is really only three spaces available for this unit. It is only a short distance to walk into unit from parking. There is a fire pit just outside the unit with a lovely view of the river, just bring some wood. We played a lot of board games and card games in the evening. The owner has supplied some games and movies onsite, as well. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this unit for a family getaway. We plan to re-visit in the summer.

This Beaver Creek home was perfect for a Christmas holiday vacation for 9 people. Great location.
We loved this BC home- perfect size for 9 people with 4 kids in the top floor. Super close & convenient to Beaver Creek Village and skiing along with Vail. Grocery stores & Walmart right around the corner. Hot tub to unwind after a long day of skiing. Our families truly enjoyed this home and everything it offered. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to BC.

This is a very clean large townhouse that is located right on a beautiful stream.
We had a very nice time staying here for the three days around a family wedding held near Vail. We had 4 cars between our 9 guests which was a bit of a problem since there are only 3 parking spaces. The owner promptly addressed our concerns though and we ended up parking in a guest spot with a sign in the window indicating which unit we were with. The beds are very comfortable but take note that the beds indicated as Queen size are actually not Queen size but Double beds. This was not a problem for us but just something that we hadn't expected since the site says they are Queens. One thing that was a little inconvenient is the fact that the downstairs bedroom on the main floor shares the fireplace with the living room. This means that the person staying in that room has no privacy when the living room is being used if people are watching TV etc. Overall it was a great place for a large group to stay and we were very impressed by how clean it was.

Beautiful; perfect location to all areas...
Super clean, comfortable, convenient location to everything! Super well equipped kitchen; parking...just a great rental and location! Only 3 of us, but could probably accommodate 2 similarly sized families easily. We’d definitely go back! Thank you!

Delightful Vacation on the River
This townhouse is truly lovely with views of the river from almost every room. The decor is well done and there are many comforts of home like extensive cookware and a nice choice of family games and DVD’s. When we lost internet and cable one day - oh, the horror for the teenagers- we called the cable provider. They said they would come out in 4 days. Mike got on the phone to them and they came out that day! The location is great too. There’s a shuttle that runs through Avon and Beaver Creek that is half a block away.
I hate to praise the house too much because I’m afraid it will be unavailable the next time I request it. The only slight drawback is the layout of the bedrooms. There are two master bedrooms, which is great, but the third bedroom, on the same level, only has a double bed. (We had hoped to include another couple, but our spoiled society does not even recognize a double bed.)The third story has a great loft with two double beds and a sitting area. The teens loved it but had to share the second full bath on the second floor with Bedrooms 2 and 3. There’s a nice daybed room on the first floor, and another bathroom. It works well for a large family, or two couples with kids, but I think 6 or 8 adults might be awkward. Of course, my large family gathers together a lot and have found it a real challenge to find properties that satisfy 5 or 6 couples. They make very few houses with 4 master type suites. When we were kids , this property would have been perfect 👌

Beautiful home with lovely river and mountain views
The house was all we hoped for and more. The sound of the river lulls you to sleep at night and waking up to the beautiful scenery is fabulous. Sitting on the patio or in the hot tub looking at the stars, what could be better! Could not have a fire due to restrictions, but the pit area overlooking the river was delightful anyway. The house is very comfortable and roomy enough for everyone (6 adults) to have space and yet be together for meals or conversation. Lots of hummingbirds among the landscaping was a wonderful surprise. All in all a wonderful experience!!

Fantastic House and Location on the River
I just love this house! The location can’t be beat, and the river is so close that it’s both mesmerizing and soothing. I especially love to sleep in the bedroom that has windows along two walls – it makes me feel like I’m sleeping in a tree house. I went to the Eagle Vail Golf Course almost every day, both because it’s only 5 minutes away, and because I think it’s the most beautiful public golf course in America. I can’t say enough about how helpful and nice Mike (the owner) is, and what a great lodging choice this is. My only regrets are that I can’t come more often, and that I can’t take the river home with me!

Memorial Day 2018
The sites and sounds of the Eagle river was awesome. We all slept like babies! Location was very central close to all retail and restaurants. Wish the home had ceiling fans because upstairs got pretty warm in the afternoons. Several of the windows were in need of repair and lacked screens. Interior was also in need of a good insect spraying. I spent the first couple of days clearing spider webs. Appeared that no one had rented the unit over the past several weeks. Also would have been nice meet the homeowner or at the very least have his contact phone number rather than communicating via email.

An oasis on the river
Wow! The spacious living room and the two large bedrooms on the second floor look right onto the river. So beautiful and peaceful. The home itself is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. It even comes with a garage! We will be back.

Great House, Great Location
I can’t say enough good things about this home (which truly felt like home) and how much we enjoyed our stay. We were lucky enough to have 3 generations with us, 8 people total, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The main floor bedroom was perfect for Grammy, no steps. And the steam shower came in handy after our long hikes. Three of our favorite hikes (all within a short drive) were: Booth Falls in East Vail, Lionshead Peak in Minturn, and Paulie’s Plunge in Eagle Vail.
The location can’t be beat, right next to the Eagle River, which was lovely to fall asleep to, and you can see it and hear it from every room in the house. The fellas loved the fishing. Lots of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, and the Eagle Vail Golf Course is the most beautiful public course we’ve ever played.
Mike, the owner was great, quick with his responses and so helpful throughout the entire process!
